JASMINE ROSE

Laying on her bed Jasmine looked around at her walls thinking about the past few days. She was now here in the lab, doing what she had always dreamed of doing. Shaking her head, no she wasn't going to go back in thought, she had a few things to do today, and then she would have free time. Getting up she looked around her room which was dark, the way she liked it. "Come on." She spoke looking at the floor where her Shiny Flygon Perseus lay. She loved her new pokemon, he was hard to catch, but well worth it. As she walked over to her door he got to his feet, following her.

Walking out and away from the bedrooms she came to a hall that wasn't lit as well as the others. She noted that she should have Hades light it up before she went back to her room, since it kind of gave her the creeps. Walking down the hall she heard Perseus right next to her, as the Flygon looked around the darkness. He could see well in the dark, and she was using him to find her way. Sighing out loud she wondered how long this would all take her. She didn't think it was to long, just fixing up a few things, and then she could go back to sleep.

Seeing her Flygon's scales somewhat glowing even in the dark, she smiled. She was shocked as hell when she found a shiny Flygon out in the wild, and was even glad when it was close to the lab. She had no idea that Leon had caught a shiny Flygon as well and had given it to Kali.

[Admiral Striker General]

As Jasmine wandered the lab, things seemed very still and quiet for some time. True to Kali's words on Jasmine's first day, there didn't seem to be many Pokemon left around here at all. Some minutes into her trek, however, the eerie atmosphere was finally broken by the faint sounds of movement and voices in the distance. It would seem Leon and Kali had returned already from their errand, unless someone else had found their way in without setting off the alarm, which was hardly likely.

The voices were faint, and their words incoherent, for the most part. At times, they faded out of earshot entirely. To the girl and her dragon, then, the only thing that should be clear from them so far was that they were, in fact, having a conversation of some sort. As this went on, however, the voices began to grow a little louder, the tones often firmer, though still only the smallest bit now and then was clear, and only then if Jasmine were trying to listen. 'Are more.. ... Especially-....'

Finally, there was the deeper sound of his voice a moment, followed by "(You?) are NOT fine! Why (do?) you DO that!" It was a little muffled and distorted by the distance, perhaps even still a bit quieter than a normal speaking volume from this distance, but clearly audible for the most part, and easy enough to guess the worst bits.

[Jay]

A rather low volumed voice followed this, and it became relatively hard to hear for a moment other than the fact that there was indeed a voice talking. "And it took ME threatening YOU......You're...a child," the other voice answered back with a rather forced tone that left the words actually distinguishable for a moment. Many words were lost in the air as the voice had shifted volume levels, yet certain words were clear.

[Admiral Striker General]

"What!?" For some moments after that there was no sound at all, then finally, "You LIAR! ....(so?) TIRED of this! You ...... (I do?) ..... ANYTHING you don't like ....(pull?) that damned card!" There was some reply from him a moment (perhaps ending in 'alone!'?), to which her quick response was, "..MIGHT (if?) ...WHY it needs .... left alone so badly!" What the hell were they talking about?

[Jay]

"Because I do not want (it?).....again!" the male voice answered back louder than before, and there was a rather defined angry tone in this. To this the word child was repeated but from the other instead. "I am not," the voice answered back. The voices passed for a few seconds somewhat hushed than before, and it was that much harder to guess what was being said. However, the voice came back again into definition. "Drop it already."

[Admiral Striker General]

"WHY." This was perhaps the strongest word so far, left completely on its own. In return, the man seemed only to repeat himself, at least closely if not to the letter, again telling her to drop it. "(Give? Gift?)....a reason I should!"

[Jay]

"Because you....for me!" the male voice shouted back now clearly not trying to hold any wording back now. There was silence for a full second before a mumble was made about some sort of rules and a something along the lines of 'forbids me ... giving .... you' from the other. "Quit being dramatic! Quit....me!"

[Admiral Striker General]

A small sound of shock was barely audible, though certainly much louder on their end. A brief hesitation after that and "(Your/You're?) IMPOSSIBLE!" The female's voice had become notably more strained, now- more emotional perhaps. "..do EVERYTHING for you ... ALWAYS there ..... anything but your well-being ..... YOU certainly never (think/thank?)... you STILL don't ....?! ....more can I DO!?"

At this point, even vague as it had been from a distance, his answer should not have been difficult to guess even if it wasn't fully coherent: to 'stop' something or other 'and leave it alone!' "I CAN'T, okay!?" The voice had become more strained still; while the sound might be misleading, it was very possible the speaker had just begun to cry, or was getting close to it. "Seeing you like that..." It grew too weak to hear for some moments here before finally picking back up. "couldn't help at all! How-...."

Utter silence took hold here for nearly ten seconds. If the voices continued at all here, it was too quiet for even the lowest hum to sound so far off. It was broken, however, by not-quite-muffled sound of a frustrated scream, followed by the faint thunk of something hitting metal. "YOU SELFISH BASTARD!" Again a few moments of silence, then the echo of a slamming door.

Clearly, this argument had become a bit one-sided.. "Don't just walk away ....... Nothing's (ever?) ..... you ... keep running!" Yet again the sound of a door being slammed. "DAMN IT." A banging sound rang out once, and things quieted. The female continued, hardly a word audible throughout; though by higher tone of what could be heard, any doubt as to whether she was crying should have vanished now from eavesdroppers. "...bastard ...... need to ............ why ....... ask? ......."

Again, there was only silence from his side, and she finally replied to it with something of ".....don't give a damn....."

Some moments later, and the smallest sound of a door being rushed open was accompanied by a faint sound of pain. There was a very brief inaudible exchange in which it sounded like the man's voice may have returned, if just for a moment. Here, there was a faint but very distinct sound of skin hitting skin... hard. "I HATE YOU!" came the strained shriek. From here, the sound of running through the halls echoed a few moments, then grew fainter until it was out of earshot entirely.

Then all went silent.

JASMINE ROSE

She head almost cleared the dim lit hallway when she heard a faint noise, and saw Perseus's head shot up. He stopped walking, waiting to see if she could find out what it was. It was hard to make out, and she was only able to pull a few words from it. But it was enough to know that it was Leon and Kali, besides it couldn't be anyone else. If it was anyone else the alarms would have been going off by now. Hearing a deeper voice still far off, the only thing she picked up from that was threating. Puzzled she looked at Perseus, who didn't look like he was having any better luck then her hearing what was all being said.

She decided that she should get a bit closer, and singled for Perseus to follow her. It was still somewhat hard to find out where they were coming from, and soon heard them talking again. They were still faint, and once again she was having a hard time picking out what they were saying. So far she was gathering that they were not happy that was for sure. Wondering why the two of them would be fighting, with each other she pressed on. After a few seconds she heard Leon's voice louder and angry. She didn't have time to think about what he had said before Kali spoke, and she could pick out the word why.

As she walked the words got a bit louder. Once again she heard Leon and then Kali, and Kali sounded like she was the most upset. She jumped when she heard a scream,and something hitting metal. She looked at her Flygon who looked just as shocked as her. In her mind she knew that now would be a great time to let Apollo out, but she didn't want to. If they saw the spider listening in on them, she might get into some big trouble, and she didn't want that. Though her eyes got wide when the door slammed, and then she heard Kali screaming at Leon that she hated him, and heard the sound of footsteps. They grew fainter, until it was all quite. She didn't know what to do right now, so she just walked forward a bit more, but keeping her pace slow.

[Jay]

"Well hot damn," a voice called from the ceiling just above Jasmine. If one bothered to look up, they would see a very distinctive purple haired man hanging upside down on one of the pipe areas hanging from the ceiling. Black Jack Spade was all but smirking to himself even upside down. "I haven't heard a break up like that since well... my last hah," Jack laughed to himself at that before looking down at Jasmine below him. "Well hi," he grinned.

JASMINE ROSE

Jasmine jumped when she heard a voice from above, and quickly looked up to see a man hanging upside down. Looking at Perseus, who had also turned his attention up wards. She tensed, how in the world did this man get into the building? She scowled at his words, and stepped back a bit so she could keep her gaze on him, without having to crack her neck straight up. "What are you doing here?" She was just glad that Perseus hadn't shot off an attack at the sudden appearance of a man that Jasmine didn't know.

[Jay]

"That's not how introductions go," Jack smirked downwards at Jasmine. "You say 'hi my name is....' like this 'hi my name is Black Jack'" he said aloud and with a rather easy grin on his face. "So what's your name?" he asked.

[Ryder]

JASMINE ROSE

Jasmine sighed when he spoke her blue eyes flashing, "The names Jasmine Rose, noble of the south." Putting her hand on Perseus as the shiny Flygon gave a snort. She knew that if this got in any way ugly that she could just have Perseus take care of this. But she didn't get the feeling from this man that he was a huge threat to her. He might just be more annoying then anything. Moving her hair out of her face, "So, I'll ask again, what are you doing here?" Hoping that he would answer the question now that she had told him her name, but some part of her doubted he would.

[Jay]

"Hanging around and listening in on a conversation between Alias and his little-..... oooooooooooh so that was what the fighting was about!" Jack suddenly broke into a grin and laughed rather easily. "Alias that dawg," he laughed again. "So are you his new woman? Or was he trying to have two? or?" Jack stuck his tongue out and then bust out laughing again. "Man... I didn't think he had it in him."

[Ryder]

JASMINE ROSE

Jasmine narrowed eyes when Jack talked, but by the way he talked she gathered that he must know Leon in some way. As she listened to what he said, she became more tense. Pulling her sword out of the scabbard it rested in, her grip tight around it. "No, I'm not." Her voice was ridged as she spoke to him. Most of the time she was relaxed and nice, but at times her temper did come to life. And nothing got it started faster then a man, talking about women this way. She noted that she had never told Leon about this sword, but it was easy enough to hide, it wasn't huge or anything. "Something you better learn fast, I won't be spoken to in a manner like that." His laughing annoyed her, and she was just temped to have Perseus attack anyways.

[Jay]

Jack continued to hang upside down but blinked a moment in surprise. Well ain't she cute? Casanova Jack was now talking in the back of BJ's mind, and all he could do was smirk in agreement with the voice. She wasn't half bad, but not in his taste. Casanova shut the fuck up before I fucking kill you where you fucking stand.... Jack the Ripper was hissing now with venom seething in his voice. He was already angry with Black Jack as it was, but Casanova always managed to get under his skin, per say, despite the fact that they, in truth, shared the same skin. All of you are being annoying... BJ will you please shove the others to the back? the one without a name sighed out in Jacks' thoughts. He was not tired of the situation but more tired of the fighting. Through this all, Jack remained silently hanging upside down.

"Well then what was that all about," the purple haired man finally blinked and then smiled again before releasing his legs and twisting his form to land on his feet now in front of Jasmine. "And don't you dare threaten me or I'll leave you like I did my last girl friend." He smirked rather darkly at that.

[Ryder]

JASMINE ROSE

She snorted as she watched the man, "Like I should know." She watched as he came down, and stood in front of her. At his words she smirked, "Like I'm scared of you," her voice coming out in a taunt. She had become used to threats, since Joey had done it to her half her life. She looked at Perseus, who had his gaze pinned on the man, and let out a warning growl. Though he got down, she didn't put her sword again, she felt better with it out, and until he was either gone, or she had Perseus take over, she wouldn't put it away.

[Jay]

'"Hahahahahah," Jack laughed rather lightly back. "You should be." With that, he walked forwards and straight past Jasmine. "But now you are boring me, and I have things to talk with Alias about, so I will see you later~" Jack smirked a bit and continued to walk down the hall stopping a moment and looking back. "By the way, my last girlfriend was found in an alley way with her body quartered and her eyes gouged out and a faint amount of lipstick on her lips. Sad what happens to people now a days, no?" With that, he continued walking.

JASMINE ROSE

Jasmine snorted as he walked past her, feeling Perseus tense once again. Narrowing her eyes when he spoke about his old girlfriend who ended up dead. It didn't scare her, its not like she hadn't heard threats like that before. Watching him leave she turned back to Perseus, and start to walk away from where he was going. Still in her mind she wondered why Leon and Kali were fighting, there had to be a good reason for it.

[Jay]

Jack continued to walk down the hallway only to nearly knock right into a very tired looking white haired man who had turned the corner. The purple haired man's eye caught sight of a red mark across the side of Yue's face that was not hidden by his hair. "Damn so what was that about?" Jack asked with a smirk. Yue just stared at him rather darkly. "Break ups suck, but don't let it get ya down..." In a caustic motion, Yue punched Jack straight in the jaw causing the dark haired man to fall back and hold his face. "Man...." the purple haired man complained.

Yue said nothing but walked past him and continued down only to stop again at the sight of Jasmine there in the hallway. The white haired man said nothing but stared for a good solid minute not even trying for a smile.
