Board Description
Midsummer Meadow
A gentle, rolling meadow. The northwestern edge comes to a sharp cliff which looks out over the lake and entire region, offering a view as far as the ocean's shore on clear days, while the land gently slopes down to near-sea-level as one gets further south. Flowers of countless varieties cover the meadow, and in places one can find mysterious stone ruins. These scattered walls and occasional towers are inscribed with beautiful designs and are popular for sightseeing, but no one is sure just who built them or why. Even with these marvels, however, the feature the area is most famous for is probably its glorious fireflies, which come in as many colors as the meadow's flowers, putting on a rainbow lightshow on all but the coldest nights.
