The sun was blazing in the afternoon light, yet the temperatures were starting to drop from their usual extremes. Those that were out in the town moved slowly from the exhaustion of the day. Down the main street, a blue haired man could be seen. Lyall walked through Anvilla with his hands in his pockets and an easy smile on his face as per usual. He had finished all the business he had there and was now just wandering around for a bit.

Man it's getting pretty nice down here with the weather shift.... Lyall thought to himself thinking about how he disliked having to check up on his bars that were this far south with the heat and all in all. However, now that it was getting nice, he liked it quite a lot. As he walked, the blue haired man found himself looking around a bit just out of natural habit rather than anything else.

[Admiral Striker General]

At first there seemed to be nothing out of the ordinary. Various people walked along the streets on their way to and from their usual activities, and a few clearly tamed Pokemon followed some carrying objects or just acting as pets, but no one was particularly close to Lyall. All of a sudden, however, a Beldum crashed through a nearby window, floating as if its life depended on it, turning and speeding in Lyall's general direction. A few moments later, its behavior was explained as a rather angry-looking Chimchar came raging out the window as well, looking around before spotting and following the Beldum, spewing fire all the way.

[Jay]

WAUDBXNASCHUBNASZ?!?!?!?!? Seeing the fire, Lyall's hand was already on a pokeball, and in another moment, he released his Dageki "Ankle Sweep on the Chimchar!" Lyall called. The Dageki didn't even wait and simply charged towards the Chimchar and released the attack.

[Admiral Striker General]

The Ankle Sweep knocked the poor Chimchar right off his feet and flat on his back with an 'umf!'. The Beldum seemed to notice this, turning back to look and... snickering? If a metal floating.. thing.. was capable of such a thing, anyway. Humiliated, the Chimchar rose to his feet, screaming wildly and pointing around accusingly at all three other parties. Whether he was trying to explain the situation or just ranting, it seemed even Blu and the Beldum weren't sure.

Lyall sweat dropped and had no idea what the Chimchar was saying. He looked to Blu who looked back. Even he wasn't sure. "Um.............?" Lyall asked turning his head to one side. "Sorry?" he finally tried.

[Admiral Striker General]

The Beldum only seemed to laugh harder, spinning around playfully before starting to float off. The Chimchar's eyes grew wide when he noticed; oh hell no! Eyes whiting out in rage, he continued after the Beldum attempting to Flamethrower it, though unable to hit in his current state.

[Jay]

Lyall sweat dropped at the Beldum again and shook his head before suddenly growing serious. Even if he didn't keep it, that Beldum was worth something being so rare. Releasing his Shiny Rapidash, Lyall made a directional point. "After the Beldum," he called. Cia nodded and charged towards the Beldum forming a Flamewheel as she went.

The world-renowned runner quickly caught up with the floating metallic thing and connected the with the move. The foe's weakness to fire worked well, though its defenses would be a bit tough to crack. The Chimchar, meanwhile, continued attacking wildly, eventually hitting not the Beldum but Cia with a Flamethrower. Of course, this only powered up the horse.

"Cia use Flamethrower on the Beldum," the blue haired man called, and with that, the Rapidash released another fire attack. Blu simply waited for orders, but when Lyall didn't give any, he simply stayed close to his trainer.

The Beldum was blasted by two streams of fire now- it seemed the Chimchar finally managed a hit, though this did nothing to calm him- and took significant damage. Suddenly feeling much less spry, she slowed and turned to them. Well, if flight wasn't an option, she supposed she'd fight.. Bah.. Knowing she wasn't going to last long enough to win, she decided to do as much damage as she could in the meantime, attacking Blu of all foes with a Zen Headbutt.

Blu cringed at the Zen Headbutt but shook it off after a moment. Cia stomped her foot defiantly. "Flamethrower again," the blue haired man called, and once more the fire exploded from the flaming horse. Blu was keeping an eye on the Chimchar no in case it decided to switch sides.

[Admiral Striker General]

The Beldum was hit again and promptly knocked out, eye flashing for a moment before she fell to the ground. The Chimchar, meanwhile, stayed in his rage a bit longer, accidentally grazing Blu with another Flamethrower, though as soon as he did he seemed to finally notice the Beldum had fainted and clapped a hand to his mouth, calming down.

Lyall took out a pokeball and threw it promptly at the Beldum before looking towards the Chimchar. "So what was that drama about?" he asked looking at the fire pokemon now. Blu was somewhat irritated at being hit with the Chimchar's attacks but was refusing to show it for now.

Personality: Abnormally spry and mischievous for her kind, this little Beldum is a trickster in every sense of the word. She is extremely kind and loyal to her trainer and friends, but past those no one is above becoming a target. Her games range from splashing sleeping 'foes' with water or hiding objects or clever pranks to outright stealing from or attacking people, and she doesn't seem to see how any of it might not be fun.

The Chimchar looked up to the man and once again exploded into a heated rant, stomping his foot and flailing his arms wildly at various intervals. He really wasn't good with conveying information, it seemed... At any rate, from what did come across, the Beldum had apparently offended him.. somehow or other.. and he was hunting her down to teach her a lesson. Stupid Beldum...

Cia got the bulk of what had been said and simply neighed back at the Chimchar something about the fact that she was caught now. The fire horse craned her neck around a bit and then looked towards Blu who had stepped forwards. Lyall was utterly confused but simply decided to let his pokemon handle this one.

[Admiral Striker General]

Grumbling and mumbling about something or other, the Chimchar threw back a casual 'thanks' to the Pokemon and began to walk off, figuring his work here was done then...

[Jay]

Deciding to let the Chimchar be, Lyall returned Blu and Cia before starting to walk in a different direction away from the small fire ape. Continuing to look around the area, Lyall started off the main road and down an alley way.

[Admiral Striker General]

A small Zigzagoon sat on a roof, admiring a Solrock floating nearby. Meanwhile, down an alley, a large purple mass was oozing out of a dumpster whose lid was shaking a bit. Not far from it, a-... another Beldum, wow- hovered casually, watching the dumpster with interest.

[Jay]

The Solrock and the second Beldum made Lyall's mouth drop. Was it super rare and rare day? Dude. Wondering if he could just be generally friendly this time, the blue haired man walked over towards the second Beldum first. "Hey what'cha watching?" he asked with a grin.

[Admiral Striker General]

The Beldum's single eye grew wide, however, and it quickly darted to the dumpster, tapping a few times before hiding behind it. The ooze that had been bubbling out before shrank back into the dumpster at the cue, leaving it still and lifeless. ...Hm. Now what could be up with that?
