Vixen shook with mirth as she got up. "You have just made my day, kid," she chuckled. Suddenly, she straightened up, her eyes forming her usual glare and her hands balling up into fists. "If you need an escort to the next city, kid, I'll stab you." She reached into her coat pocket and felt around, then did the same for the other pocket. Wrath gulped, sensing Vixen's coming anger, and set the knife on the ground. With a swift movement, Wrath sat on the pocket knife, in case the boy did need an escort.

Vixen, realizing her knife wasn't on her person, slowly turned around. "Where's my knife?" she growled, more to herself then to the Pokemon. Vixen fell on her knees and felt around. "Oh, screw it! I can't stab anyone now!" Vixen hissed, getting back on her feet and commenced to kicking the snow.

Wrath let out a sigh of relief.

[Jay]

The boy sweat dropped and shook his head a bit after the escort. When Vixen had started to reach in her bag, the boy found himself backing up. After a moment, he simply rubbed the back of his head a bit unnerved. "Anyways... um... thank you and... I ... I need to be heading out..." he stated aloud taking a few steps away.

Vixen stared at him for moment. "Without us, right?" she asked, her glare becoming more and more vicious then it already was. "I don't want - nor do I need - excess baggage."

Wrath sighed. <"Oh, Vixen!"> she whispered. Sometimes, her trainer was simply annoying.

"If he wants to come, let him come."

There was silence for a moment, and then Vixen slowly turned around, staring at Pride. "I think you should shut your mouth, Sneasel," Vixen hissed. Pride glared at her, and then promptly looked away.

[Jay]

"N-no it's fine," the boy finished. "I'll be ok." He found himself rubbing the back of his head neck and then falling back into silence. "Thanks again." With that, he continued on. Not far off a Froslass was watching this encounter with a blank stare from behind a slope. The humans.... were odd.
