THE BEGINNING OF SOMETHING... (MOD)

[VEGETA]

"Finally." said Tyson as he sighed and took out a pokeball "Seems strong enough to keep" he threw the pokeball at the Kangaskhan hoping it would be captured. After he threw the pokeball he turned to Doryuzu and drew his pokeball, returning him to it.

"Alright Cyndaquil enough goofing around. We need to get you to evolve." he said before walking back towards the center of the zoo.

[Jay]

The Kangaskhan disappeared into the pokeball, and the ball itself rang in capture after a few more seconds of struggle.

Species: Kangaskhan
Gender: Female
Ability: Inner Focus
Personality: Like many other mothers, this Kangaskhan doesn't like violence or fighting. However, when her child is in danger, she will fight with everything she has and will never give up until her foe has fainted. She holds a grudge against Tyson for attacking her and her baby when she was captured and probably won't listen to him for a long time.


Not far off, a second Grimer was moving around rather peacefully. Farther off than that, an Igglybuff was crying for some reason.

[VEGETA]

"Let's go Cyndaquil we still have tons of more training to do." he continued walking and then noticed the Grimer that was moving around. "Not another one of those disgusting things." Tyson shook his head and kept walking. He then heard crying and noticed the Igglybuff that was sitting and crying on the ground. Tyson didn't have much compassion for it but he figured he could at least find more pokemon so he approached and said "What's wrong." in an almost emotionless tone.

[Jay]

The Igglybuff continued to cry but managed to get control of herself for a few seconds and made a motion towards a broken ring of flowers that appeared to be in a mess in front of her own.

[VEGETA]

Tyson mentally and physically facepalmed when the Igglybuff pointed at the flowers that had become all messed up from her dropping them probably. "Here." said Tyson as he gathered them up and handed them to Igglybuff. He then continued to walk with Cyndqaquil.

[Jay]

The Igglybuff blinked now holding the flowers again. He... he'd fixed it! ZOMG o3o. The small pink pokemon stood upwards and slowly started to follow Tyson astounded by his amazing....amazingness... ya we'll go with that. Not far off, what appeared to be a large fountain could be seen. Sitting on the edge of the fountain with her legs crossed and her fingers clasped together in meditation, a Panpour sat calmly.

[VEGETA]

Cyndaquil was the first one to notice the Igglybuff was still following Tyson. He turned around and the flames on his back lit up. Tyson soon became aware someone was following him and so he turned around and saw the Igglybuff. "Look i'm not trying to raise pokemon from baby form." Tyson looked down at the Igglybuff and just sighed before picking it up and placing it gently on his bag (open so she could see things) "If you're gonna come with us i'm not going to waste a pokeball on you."

Cyndaquil seemed to be very perceptive as he was the first one to notice the Panpour and Tyson narrowed his eyes at it. "Well that's definately an Unova pokemon.." He looked at Cyndaquil "Show her that you're a threat." Cyndaquil ran forwards and flared the flames on his back.

[Jay]

The Igglybuff seemed overly happy about this and mentally decided that she would stay with Tyson. Well.. that was oddly good enough to be paralleled a capture, heh...

Gender: Female
Personality: Rather innocent and naive, this Igglybuff will follow Tyson everywhere he goes no matter what. Though he has not really captured her in a pokeball, she remains close to him. She loves to meet  people but can be thrown into becoming upset rather easily. Some kindness will be best for her in any instance of the word.


The Panpour didn't open her eyes but did seem to slowly slide and acknowledge the Cyndaquil. "Yes?" she asked in a perfect human tongue as she addressed both human and pokemon. "May I help you today?" Heh... it seemed Tyson had landed in the calm pokemon pit rather than the violent one... oh well...

[VEGETA]

"A talking pokemon? I guess there are strange things in this world.." said Tyson as he tapped the side of his head slightly "Well there's no need to beat around the bush. I'm training Cyndaquil so he could evolve. A type disadvantage would be perfect. So whether you want to or not we're going to have a battle" he said in a completely calm manner.

[Jay]

The Panpour nodded slightly in thought about this. "I understand," she answered back before slowly hopping off of the edge of the fountain and standing fully now. Forming a Boiling Water from the water in the fountain, she shot it off towards the Cyndaquil with fluid motions of her hands.

[VEGETA]

"Cyndaquil use Double Team" Cyndaquil used Double Team and dodged the Boiling Water. "Now let's keep it up. Nitro Charge." Cyndaquil still had the added speed boost so he began to run with almost blinding speeds towards the Panpour and was soon covered in flames.

[Jay]

Forming a Rain Dance, the Panpour took the Nitro Charge and shook the fire off easily. The rain now came down fast and hard. Forming a Surf, she released the water attack using the rain as well as the water in the fountain to power the attack.

[VEGETA]

"This is a much better workout than defeating a Grimer" Tyson said smirking a bit "Cyndaquil jump using Aerial Ace." with the boosted speed from the Nitro Charges, Cyndaquil jumped up into the air above the Surf and hovered there for a moment "Swift." Cyndaquil rotated his body forward and shot out a wave of stars.

[Jay]

The Panpour breathed inwards and then suddenly dug under the ground avoiding the swift and causing the water to fill the tunnel that she dug. However, being a water pokemon, this did not affect her at all. Coming up again with a Dig, she made to retaliate even as the rain fell downwards.

[VEGETA]

Cyndaquil was hit by the Dig and rolled back in the air. "Use Double Team and then Aerial Ace." Multiple Cyndaquil's appeared and then flew down at the Panpour with incredible accuracy.

[Jay]

The Aerial Ace hit the Panpour, yet she took it well enough and then formed yet another Surf as the rain continued to come down and amplify her water powers. After this, she placed her hands together and seemed to think deeply for one reason or another. However, she didn't speak or make any other motion at that moment.

[VEGETA]

"Cyndaquil Fire Blast." said Tyson calmly as the Surf came towards him. He knew that with the Rain Dance and Surf combined he wouldn't be able to stop the wave with the heat but it would weaken it. Cyndaquil was hit by the wave and rolled over. "Quick attack." Cyndaquil tried to stand up but couldn't manage to which would put him at mercy of the next attack "If you can't take an attack like that what use are you? Stand." said Tyson in a stern tone of voice.

[Jay]

The Panpour didn't seem to draw any attack in the seconds after but continued to meditate as the rain came around her. Forming a Water Sport, as though the rain and the water that now flooded the area weren't enough to diminish fire attacks, the Panpour continued to meditate and waited to see if the Cyndaquil would get up.

[VEGETA]

Tyson sighed and said "Well you did good for having such a disadvantage." He took out Cyndaquil's pokeball "Retur-..?!" Tyson didn't get a chance to finish as Cyndaquil pushed himself onto his feet and launched a Sunny Day which brightened the weather. He then launched a Swift attack at the Panpour with more speed than before. It seemed for some reason his willpower was pushing his body beyond it's normal limits.

[Jay]

A rather calm smile came onto the face of the Panpour, yet as the Swift came, she simply drew some water from the fountain and used another Surf releasing the wave at the stars and causing them to diminish in strength as they came towards her. A few hit, yet she didn't seem to worried about this. The wave, meanwhile, was still heading for the creator of the stars.
