The Artist And The Nurse (Mod/Jay/Rikka)

[Jay]

The Gyarados slowly nodded and seemed to bend down to press the ball. Disappearing inside, the shiny seemed perfectly calm as he did so. After a few seconds, the ball rang in capture.

Species: Shiny Gyarados
Gender: Male
Ability: Intimidate
Personality: Unlike most of his species, this Gyarados is actually rather logical and thoughtful. He can tend to think things through rather well and can be clear and conscious...........up until a point someone bites his tail.  Upon said bite, he becomes extremely rash and violent often lashing out in panic as much as in anger. He tends to cool again after whatever has grabbed his tail has released it, thought.


After that, the area itself seemed to settle.

The soft sound of feet on sand could be heard far off in the stance. Jayme Joy walked through the hilly party of the sand down to the cove wearing long clothes yet no shoes. Indeed, even thought it was cold, he had shed his shoes for the prospect of putting his feet in the sand. He'd actually just gotten there been only in the western waters a few days at most anyways.

However, as he noticed that there were others on the cove, the pink haired boy stopped for a moment and blinked rather slowly. ._. Well... it wasn't that he hadn't thought there would be other people...it was just...uh.................. <_< >_>; He hadn't thought there'd be other people... eh... silly him n__n. He'd go talk and hopefully they'd be friendly~Starting down the sand incline, he finally come down and seemed to stop a bit aways from the other two. "Hi!" he called out waving a hand and smiling lightly.

[Caden Bunny]

Caden hears the new voice and turns around from his giant castle. Was that... pink hair? "Hai~" Caden calls out, waving back and running up toward him a bit. It was a bit lonely down here, with only himself and the other newcomer, so he'd go greet this person! =D He got closer to him and realized it was indeed pink hair. "Whoa, I like your hair..." he suddenly says out of nowhere. He did like pink.. yet he never admitted it. He just never thought about dyeing his hair before, as it seemed hard. That, and he didn't think pink would look good in his. His pokemon stopped to watch them before going back to work on the castle.

Rikka grinned and watched as the ball disappeared to go home. He would be fun to travel with. AH! Now where did Haunter go? She had completely forgotten she had let him out! Quickly she hurried back to her bag and noticed her sketch book was still in it. Putting the food away she looked around. Haunter had decided to greet the new people in his normal fashion. Popping up and out of the sand he licked both boys in greeting and grinned. Noticing Rikka he floated back over to her and licked her too! Rikka sweat dropped and handed him her Sketch book so he would leave the others alone. Moon and Night were conversing with Kiki still and Abra had gone to sleep next to them. Rikka looked around again and found Raikiri digging in the sand with his spoon. That was all heads accounted for.

Taking the metal spikes off her shoes she re-wrapped them and put them in her bag. Now she had to introduce herself. Spotting the new pink haired person she blinked. Kinda looked like Nurse Joy's hair. Oh well. It was cute. Walking over she smiled and waved to both. "Hi! I'm Rikka. Its nice to meet you both." Moon noticing Rikka had gone to talk quickly excused herself and bounded over to Rikka. Her blue bands showing off her shininess.

[Jay]

The rather good first impression had left Jayme smiling. Usually people called him girly for having pink hair, but this boy seemed nice ^^. "Thanks, all my family have pink hair," he grinned a little before suddenly licked out of nowhere. A strange @_@ look came over the young boy's face for a moment, and he twitched a little before managing to recuperate himself. Looking towards where the Haunter was going, Jayme spotted a second person who had introduced herself as Rikka. He managed to laugh a little realizing the lick was probably some odd greeting or something and finally decided to give a full introduction. "My name's Jayme Joy," he smiled lightly more or less being habitual on stating his full name. Well, that certainly did explain the pink hair now didn't it? heh....

[Caden Bunny]

Caden listened to him. "That's so c-" he starts, but suddenly got licked and was extremely silent. His eye twitched a little bit before he finally calmed down enough and shook his head. That... was really odd. "Hello, Rikka, Jayme. I'm Caden Days!" Caden says happily. He then realized that the boy said Joy. Wait... did that mean...? "I didn't know there were boys in their family too... That's so cool!" Caden says happily. Ashton was slowly started to crawl away from the others just to fall into the freezing where from the Gyrados. Caden instantly went running the second he heard the splash and Ashton's cry. He ran back down to the water and started fishing around in the water for Ashton, just to find himself slipping in too. His pokemon were a bit too shocked to know what to do as their trainer started going in head first. Bolt would have ran over to help him, but he knew that he couldn't touch the water or he might set it off to shock them. Caden had managed to find Ashton in the freezing water, but he was having trouble himself to get back out as the ice had no support and it was hard to swim in this water. Sarah came swimming in and was trying to get Caden up on her back. As she got them both out, they were both shivering crazily. That... all happened pretty quickly. She set them down and Caden couldn't stop shivering. Ashton seemed worse than Caden though, as he was freezing and sneezing so much. Poor baby pokemon Pyro was trying to heat them back up, yet he wasn't the best at it.

Upon hearing the boys' names she smiled. "Of course! No wonder your pink hair looked familiar. Its nice to meet you Jayme." Rikka smiled since both boys were so nice. When she heard a plash she watched as Caden vaulted into action going after a pokemon. Gasping she started after him and watched as his pokemon worked together to get Caden and the baby out of the water. Rushing to her bag instead she pulled out several blankets that she kept with her. Running over to the Shivering boy she quickly wrapped him and the baby in two blankets each. Looking at the ponyta she smiled. "Settle in behind them and let them lean back on you. It will help." Patting the Ponyta she sat near the Teddiursa and to check his temp.

[Jay]

Jayme's eyes had grown large in confusion when the other boy had jumped in the water, and his entire visage seemed to make a D8 before finally relaxing when Caden had gotten out of the water. After a few seconds, he was already rushing forwards as well and thinking of what he could do to warm the other up. After a good half second, he pulled out a pokeball and released a Cherrim who was currently in her un-sunny form. "Cherri! Use Sunny Day!" Jayme stated aloud, and the Cherrim herself seemed to release the bright sunlight into the air and warm the air along with it. In another second, Cherri had resolved to her Sunny pink form and was fluttering around rather lightly.

Caden couldn't process much after he had gotten out. His adrenaline is what let him find Ashton in the first place. He still shivered a lot even with the blankets on. Ashton was coughing and sneezing quite a lot. Baby pokemon really shouldn't be in the cold like that. With the sunny day, it made it a bit warmer and wouldn't keep Caden freezing quite as long. Once he wasn't as bad, he could go change into his other clothes. His pokemon all watched in fear. Sentret, who usually was the 'doctor' didn't know what to do about this. Ponyta did as she was told and got behind them and let them lie down. Ashton wasn't looking good yet Caden was too cold to even think about what to do.

Rikka watched as Jayme finally started helping. Watching him get the day all warmed up she looked over at the Teddiursa again. Poor fellow. Picking him up she cuddled him close to help him get warm faster. Humming softly she rocked the baby pokemon gently. Moon watched and bounded over to Rikka's bag. Sticking her head into it she pulled out another blanket. She always had blankets. Dragging it over to Rikka she sat down. Taking the blanket Rikka thanked her pokemon and wrapped Teddiursa in another blanket. The sooner he got warm the better.

[Jay]

The pink haired boy seemed to look suddenly increasingly sad as he looked at the Teddiursa. After less than a second, he pulled out another pokeball and released his Happiny. "Sasu... try a Heal Bell to keep them from getting sick," Jayme stated aloud. He wasn't... quite sure if that would actually work... but he'd try! The Happiny blinked but nodded her head and chimed a bell lightly. Cherri continued to all but float as she watched.

Caden was getting warmer now, but Ashton still wasn't doing well. The bell was stopping it from getting worse, but Ashton was already getting sick from the cold. Caden slowly took another blanket off of him and gave it up to Rikka so she could wrap Ashton even more. He was glad he at least got Ashton out of the water before he did freeze to death. They could save him.. he was sure of it. The pokemon that Caden had out were all just watching silently. They didn't know what to do anymore.

Rikka listened to the chime of the bell and closed her eyes for a second. "Kiki can you Use a Healing Wave please?" Kiki looked up from her conversation and nodded. Walking over she created a healing wave for the pokemon. Touching the Pokemon's head she released the Healing wave. Rikka took the blanket and wrapped it around the teddiursa also. Moon watched her head tilted slightly. This was all very interesting. She bet that the Teddiursa would leave ice alone for a long time.

[Jay]

"Wow..." he said suddenly stopping to realize that Rikka had so many blankets that all but seemed to come out of nowhere as far as Jayme Joy knew. "How do yo u carry so many blankets?" he asked a tad confused by this. In another moment, Jayme felt stupid and sweat dropped. "I mean...uh...." he tried to rephrase the question to the point it didn't sound so............ "I mean.... do you live around here and carry blankets or....?" Why was this not coming out right ><;;;;; >>;;;; ..........................

[Caden Bunny]

Caden was a bit better so he started getting up and walked far away from them. He eventually came back with dry clothes on. He was shivering a bit still, but he was better for the most part. He had no blanket on now because it would make his clothes wet again. Ashton was feeling better from the wave. He stopped crying as much and squirmed a bit less. He looked over at Jayme. ._. His hair looked funny. He started reaching out to tug on the hair.. though that probably wouldn't end well. At least he was far enough away so he might not be able to grab Jayme.

Rikka looked over at Jayme and chuckled as he tried to rephrase his question twice. He bag was bigger then it looked. Another chuckle escaped her before she finally answer him. "I have a very big bag. And I travel a lot so I have to have extra blankets for emergencies. Kinda like this one." Rikka smiled at Jayme not annoyed or anything. Checking the Teddiursa she realized Jayme's pink hair had caught his attention. Tapping his nose gently she tried to get his attention again. "Kiki once more please." Kiki touched the Teddiursa's head again and once more let loose a Healing wave.

[Jay]

Jayme blinked at the teddybear pokemon who seemed to be reaching at..............his shirt? Er....hair maybe? And for a moment, he kind of wished... he could hold it like a stuffie... the small fabricated pokemon he had used to hold as a child. However, resolving to try and at least act his age, Jayme simply found himself smiling a bit. "Cute teddy...." he suddenly grinned. Eh,... well that didn't come out mature at all.............oh well.................

[Caden Bunny]

Caden was feeling better now and was over by his other pokemon to tell them he was alright. Ashton got tapped on the nose and shook his head a bit. The wave made him feel a lot better, but he was still worse than before he had fallen in. He kept trying to grab Jayme's hair still. He was starting to shake around a bit as he was trying to get to Jayme to be held... and to pull at his hair. Caden walked over and smiled at Jayme's comment. "Heh, I know. He's my youngest pokemon. He's looking better now, so if your careful, you could hold him. If you want to, that is!" Caden says slowly. Jayme was form the Joy family.. so he would be able to take care of a pokemon easily. No need to fear him being dropped! He wasn't sure about the girl though ._.

Rikka stood up holding the Teddiursa since he seemed so intent on touching the pink hair. Might be better to get it done and over with. "You know its not nice to touch with out asking. You should ask first." She patted his head and offered the Teddiursa to Jayme. Since Caden said he could hold the Teddiursa. Upon seeing Caden's look she blinked. Her eye's lightened slightly in amusement. "I wont drop him. I raise Moon since she was itty bitty." Her voice head a slight teasing tone as she grinned.

Moon looked up and wondered what they were talking about. Blinking she looked at Haunter. Stretching she walked over and rubbed against Rikka's legs. Haunter who was looking through the pictures decided to show the other humans. Flipping to a picture of him and the Haunted grove he floated over the boys trying to show them.

[Jay]

Jayme smiled a little and slowly took the Teddiursa from Rikka. His hands were careful, and his general holding technique was that of someone who had held quite a few things in years (whether they be toys or other pokemon was left to one's general interpretation of Nurse Joys). In another moment, he felt a tug on his hair and blinked rather startled. .___. Uh.... After a moment, he managed to form a smile and even laughed a little. "Hahahah," he finally smiled a little. "Careful... don't rip it out of my head ok?" he asked looking at the teddy pokemon.

Caden nods at Rikka. Okay.. she... seemed to know what she was doing. Upon being given to the boy, Ashton was delighted. He cheered happily and started reaching out for Jayme's hair. ^_^ He started pulling on it rather hard until he was told not to pull it out of his head. He stopped for a moment before gently tugging at it and playing with it. ^_^ This pink really had caught his eyes! He was enjoying being held by Jayme and kept tugging lightly. Caden just watched with a smile. =3 Good, everything was okay again.

Caden then saw the picture and just stared. "Did you draw this.. Rikka?" he slowly asks.
