Not Quite Right (Mod/Open)

Rosa's eyes were on the temple even as she was set down, her eyes never really left it. It was... interesting to say the least of it but also something more... it all but felt familiar........had Felis taken her here before? She... couldn't remember.....but it felt... insanely comfortable here....

After a few seconds, she found her feet moving forwards as she walked towards the temple itself. She hadn't even really heard Rikka's warning but was ascending the steps of the temple even as Rikka was setting up, by the time Rikka had stated her last statement, Rosa had already disappeared off.... oh dear....

The young girl's eyes wandered the walls of the hall that she was now walking down... it was... odd.... eerily calm... like the Grove had been... but somehow more comforting... for some reason....

[VEGETA]

Ahead of Rosa two pokemon seemed to be walking and conversing at the same time. The first was a Ralts and the second was a Seedot. They were walking ahead of Rosa and so they seemed to not notice her as they hadn't turned around yet.


A chiming sound could be heard from farther somewhere in the hall and when it went off both the Ralts and the Seedot began running forward as fast as their little legs would take them.

Behind Rosa laughing could be heard as something kept fading in and out of view near her. If she turned around she would see nothing but...there was something definately there.

Rikka blinked as she looked about. Rosa was missing. Getting up she went looking for her. She wasn't about to panic yet. There was lots of places the girl could have gone and with it getting dark she would come back eventually. Night watched Rikka go looking and nudged Moon. Heading off in after Rosa's scent Moon and Night followed it right to the Temple. Blinking Night went back to Fetch Rikka while Moon conitued into the temple.

Moon found Rosa in no time but something was following her. Growling she sped forward and walked along the girl. If anything were to hurt Rosa Sheryl would try to flatten her and Rikka would be very disappointed. Night finding Rikka lead her back over to the temple then went back to the Tent to guard it against any one thinking they would get anything out of it. "Rosa You ok?" Rikka just wanted to Make sure she would be alright. Hanging over the girl's every move would just cause conflict. So long as Moon was with her she figured Rosa would be okay.

[Jay]

Rosa nearly jumped out of her skin at the sound of the laughing, and she turned around rather quickly to look behind her. However, she did in fact not see anything... that... was odd....In another moment, she noticed she had a follower... oh it was Rikka's pokemon... After a minute, she heard Rikka's voice and found herself nodding. "I'm ok!" she called... ok... for the most part.. what was that thing though.......hm... oh well.......

[VEGETA]

The Ralts and Seedot seemed to have disappeared but the laughing didn't stop. Suddenly what the creature was appeared in front of Rosa. It was a Spiritomb ; a pretty big one too...it's eyes soon glowed as it used Psychic on Rosa to pull her away from Rikka. It was planning on bringing her to where he lived...for what purpose was...unknown.. ._.

Rikka nodded as she heard Rosa confirm she was ok. "Well I'll be by the tent when your done. Just keep Moon with you." Heading back to the camp she hoped Rosa would be ok. Scratching her head she looked at Night and pointed to the Temple while she pulled her trap making supplies out of her bag. Running through her mind she went over vantage points where any intruder's might come. She had a bundle of twine, a bundle of wire and several little metal bells. Walking about she headed out about fifty feet and started setting up traps in spots she figured a person would probably walk through.

Night nodded his head and ran back to the Arcane temple just in time to see the spirit tomb. Growling he darted forward and used protect around himself and Rosa hopefully deflecting the attack from grabbing Rosa. Moon growled and giving the spiritomb a warning. <Back off or state what you are doing?>

[Jay]

A scream echoed form the child as she was pulled back into the wall, and even with the Protect, she found herself being pulled. "Stop!" she begged not even sure of what her attacker was (due to the fact that her head was turned forwards and was possibly too afraid to look back at whatever it was be it a human or a pokemon).

[VEGETA]

Even with the Protect up the Spiritomb still had Rosa pinned against the wall. With the other pokemon ready to attack it it decided to not fight head on but take a different tactic. A light breeze could be felt as the Spiritomb was inhaling a large breath of air that was soon exhaled in the form of a Smokescreen. Since the other pokemon would be blind at this point the Spiritomb floated through the wall near Rosa and then shifted the wall around so he could pull Rosa through into another hallway. It then sealed up the hole and was prepared to bring Rosa somewhere...

Moon growled and stuck close to Rosa's legs. Too bad the spiritomb was wild. Suddenly the Smokescreen was there hiding the girl from veiw. Closing her eyes she moved with Rosa even as the Pokemon moved her. Feeling the wall close up behind her she opened her eyes and pressed against Rosa to let the girl know she was there. Might as well find out what was going on with this weird Spiritomb.

Night Coughed and tried to see what was happening. Running out of the Temple he watched the Smokescreen disappear. Gasping he noticed Moon and Rosa were gone! Where had they gone? Running back in he started to search the Temple. He had to find them! Rikka had entrusted him to help them out!!

The young girl was fighting back a massive amount of tears and fear and and and... She couldn't even think straight and only seemed to reflect a great amount of unnerved emotion. Wh-wh-what was going on. Even with Moon there, she was about to cry yet again.... "W-why?" she asked looking towards the Spiritomb scared.

[VEGETA]

The Spiritomb stopped for a moment to seemingly ponder Rosa's question. It then began to laugh again and used Psychic to bring the Eevee into the air as well before entering another room...this one was full with....toys? It then put them down and floated over picking up a toy train and a berry before placing the train in front of Rosa and the berry in front of Eevee. He then smiled and laughed some more before floating off a bit to give them some space.

Moon found her eyes widening as she was lifted into the air. At first she thought the ghost pokemon would kick her out, then was lead into a room just filled with toys. The Shiny Umbreon looked at everything and sat down as soon as the psychic was released. Upon being presented with the berry she nibbled it and thanked the Spiritomb for the gift. <Thank you.> Couldn't he just have told them this is where he wanted to take the girl?

[Jay]

As the young girl's hand tightened around the train now in said hand, her eyes seemed to look down towards it rather surprised. The fear had dissipated almost instantly and left nothing but a quiet surprise on the face of the girl. In another moment, she was grinning rather large at the Spiritomb. "You wanted to play?" she asked with a light smile on her face. This... she could do~!

[VEGETA]

The Spiritomb just laughed and began to float around the two...he honestly didn't mean to scare anybody...but that's just what comes with being a ghost type.. ._. He began to float around and move through the piles of toys until he found a package of bubbles. He took one out using Psychic and floated over towards Rosa with a look of longing on his face...he had no hands...and didn't have lungs...

Moon watched him and noticed the bubbles he brought over to Rosa. Deciding he was ok she nibbled a little more on the berry. Looking around she wondered over to all the toys. Rikka would love to be here with them. Moon touched a button on one of the toys and jumped back when it started singing. Shaking her head she watched it and sat touching another button.

[Jay]

The young girl's hands closed around the bubbles, and for a moment, she looked down at them rather confused. Yet in another second, she looked back and noticed the expression on the Spiritomb's face (though said expression was hard to read given that... well... Spiritomb faces and all...ya...). Opening up the bubbles and taking out the wand, the young girl put her mouth close to said wand and blew out a few bubbles grinning as she watched them shimmer in the slight light that they had. It was... pretty...... "..........Mommy used to have......" she started but seemed to cut herself off. Mommy would come back... she would... Felis said...but....she...but.....

[VEGETA]

The Spiritomb looked a little sad when Rosa cut off what she was about to say. He thought for a moment and then used Telekinesis on both Rosa and Moon which he hoped would lighten the mood since it would allow them to float around freely which it seemed most humans wished they could do. He then floated over to the toy pile and took out a teddy bear which he brought over to Rosa and smiled before spinning around aimlessly.


Around Rikka the sound of bells could be heard as someone or something seemed to be advancing on her campsite. Whatever was doing so didn't seem to be trying to hide as it was making alot of noise.

Rikka looked up from her spot near her bag. She had been putting away the extra bells and wire. Moving her bag into the tent she called out her Growlithe. He would help if anything bad came upon them. Caerus looked about and wanted to dart forward to find out what was coming toward them but sat near Rikka instead. His tail wagged as he wondered what was triggering the bells.

Moon blinked as she heard Rosa start to get sad. Moving near her she picked up the noisy toy and brought it over to her. Suddenly she was lifted into the air. This was new. Carefully she moved herself forward and held the Noisy toy out to Rosa. It was singing some tune or other.

[Jay]

Wha-? As the young girl was lifted upwards by the move, she seemed to blink for a moment. However, upon realizing what was happening, she seemed to smile again and brightened considerably. "WOW!" she grinned twisting her form a little around while remaining weightless. "This is so cool!" she grinned giggling now as the feelings from before were washed away rather quickly.

[VEGETA]

Spiritomb laughed as the two seemed to be enjoying themselves..it seems he made the right choice bring them to his home. It could get lonely being a ghost type...he then had a sudden realization that this would be more fun if more people were around he floated off through a wall.

About 2 minutes later he came back and smiled at the two in the room then..a Teddiursa and Ralts suddenly appeared. They laughed to themselves about something and ran over towards the toy pile. The Teddiursa picked up a ball and tossed it towards Moon playfully while the Ralts picked up a frisbee and tossed it towards Rosa gently.

The thing that was approaching Rikka soon revealed itself as an Alakazam. It moved close to Rikka (about 8 feet away from her to be exact) and sat down intently staring at her for an unknown reason ._.
