"Yeah, that's true," he answered. Ty stopped and thought about his father for a moment. It seemed like he was never good enough for the man. Like all he saw Ty as was a big disappointment and a burden to carry; not to mention another mouth to feed.

The man frowned, but only briefly. He shook off the thoughts. "Sorry about that. Something I've never told anyone, really. Guess I just had to get it off my chest." He took another sip of his drink, trying to just relax again.

He had… never told anyone that before? Umg! This man was so adorable! Sen just wanted to reach out and touch him! But no… no, no, no. He couldn’t do that. It would scare the man away for sure. He hadn’t even figured out if was interested in other men yet. Well… not that it mattered. Sen was often able to make a straight man gay even for one night. But… They were little more difficult. No, he had to play it cool. That meant no touching. Yet.

“Everyone’s got to get things off there mind at some point.” Sen replied his usual smile despite what his mind was screaming at him, “I take it that means you don’t have a woman or man in your life either.” There we go. That was smooth. The boyfriend, girlfriend question.

He sighed. "Nope. Just me. I'm looking for the right girl, but...." He was still completely oblivious. "Well, when you spend so much time alone, that's a lot easier said than done. I mean, aside from when I get lucky on a job, I got nothin." He rubbed his head.

"I normally don't spill all this sad crap. Guess I just have a lot of issues to work out, or something." He shrugged. "But hey, thanks for listening. That's more than anyone else does."

For the right girl… so he was straight. Well, that didn’t matter. He could change the man’s mind… maybe.

Sen simply smiled when Ty thanked him. It wasn’t like he minded listening to what Ty had to say. After all, he enjoyed listening to others talk about themselves than to talk about himself. He didn’t like… sharing his life with others. That required getting too close to them even they were willing to spill so much about themselves to him.

He found himself looking at the wall in front of him for a moment before he finally realized that Ty had finished talking. “Maybe you’ve been looking in the wrong direction.” Sen replied before looking back over at Ty for a moment, “Doesn’t necessarily have to be a girl.” There, he had done it. He let the suggestion of dating a guy slip. The smile on his face wouldn’t help either. Now why it had been so much harder to do with this man then most… normally he right out told them he thought they were sexy before they introduced their names. It was so odd. So very odd.

He nodded, then almost fell off of his chair when Sen mentioned guys. So he was hitting on him? And this was....ohhhhkay....

"Uh...I...I really don't know..." He stammered, not sure what to say. Not sure what to even think. This was the last thing he expected, to be honest. And the surprise showed in his usually icy blue eyes.

"I just...well, I never looked at guys that way."

Sen found himself laughing a bit inside as the man’s reaction played out. It wasn’t the first time he had gotten a reaction like this and he knew it wouldn’t be the last but it made him laugh every time. Men were just so adorable when they were caught off guard.

“I could teach you.” Sen replied with a smile, leaning in closer to Ty, “It’s not so different from girls.” He really wanted to reach his hand out and lift the man’s chin to kiss him but he resisted the urge. At least, for that moment. If Ty didn’t push him away or move away he wouldn’t be able to hold back for much longer.

The thief's head was still spinning. He was being hit on by a guy, not to mention a guy he was growing sort of fond of. But he didn't think that fond. His slightly tanned face was now beet red.

He tried to speak, but words just wouldn't come out. What the hell? After several minutes of fighting and trying to get through his reeling thoughts, he finally managed to utter, "I...uh....I don't know..."

He hadn’t run away yet not to mention he hadn’t even pushed him away yet. He didn’t know… heh… that meant he’d just have to help him make up his mind. He’d been holding himself back but now was the time he could finally let his urges release a bit.

With rather swift movements, Sen’s arm reached up to light slip his hand under the other man’s chin. In almost the same motion he leaned into the man attempting to lock his lips onto Ty’s for a kiss. If everything went the way he was hoping it would than this man, Ty, would be the very first person he kissed who actually knew his real name. It was sort of an odd thought as it ran through Sen’s mind but ignored it for the most part. Something about this man had been different from the start and he liked that.

The man's eyes widened. He froze as the other man's lips met his. It was...shocking. So shocking that when he tried to push Sen away, he almost fell out of his seat.

Out of pure instinct, he grabbed onto the nearest thing he could find to keep his balance--Sen. So, instead of pushing him away, his arms wrapped around the man as Ty regained his balance. He flushed even more as he realized he was actually...kissing back.

His arms dropped back to his sides, but...that...didn't help much...

Sen had felt the man jerk back and almost believed the kiss was going to end there yet to his surprise it didn’t. Instead he found the man’s arms wrapping around him, forcing his own body to lean into the kiss eve more. He had to admit, even he hadn’t been expecting a reaction such as this. In fact it had never happened from a straight man before. What was that feeling growing in his stomach? Was it… no that wasn’t his stomach. It was his chest. Was he actually getting worked up over this? That was rare. Usually such actions were rather meaningless to him.

When he felt Ty’s hands fall, Sen slowly ended the kiss and opened his eyes. Yet he did not move away from Ty. Instead he looked into his face and smiled, “See, it’s not so bad.” He said softly, not caring if anyone else in the tavern had seen what had just happened.

Holy crap.

If Ty's mind wasn't racing before, it was definitely in high gear now. One, Ty knew he probably just killed any chance he had with that bartender. Two, he just kissed a dude. And...it really wasn't all that bad. His face was so red it was almost purple.

His icy blue eyes met the other man's purple ones. And what happened next, maybe it was the booze talking. The world may probably never know. "I see..." He leaned in and kissed the man again.

He told himself it was just to see if there was really anything there or not. Truthfully, as it was, the man really didn't know.

This man had not surprised him only once tonight, but twice. He had half expected Ty to go on some stumbling rant about the kiss, either for or against it. He hadn’t been expecting those perfect lips to steal another kiss. To him it meant he had full range to lift a hand and set it on back of Ty’s neck lightly making the kiss just that extra bit longer than the last.

Now normally his mind would have been thinking that this was a perfect new trick he could use to catch other single men into his web. However for some odd reason his mind wasn’t thinking of any of that. It was completely on Ty and not even imagining getting a room with him… well mostly.

When the kiss ended again, he still did not pull away. However this time he stayed quiet waiting to see if Ty would say something this time.

Okay, there was definitely something there. Ty wasn't sure what, maybe it was just the new sensation. But he couldn't deny that there was...something about this guy that set him apart from others.

He just stared into his eyes for a moment, trying to figure out what made him so special.

"I don't know what it is," he finally murmured. "But there's just something about you..." He smiled.

Sen found himself inwardly chuckling a bit as Ty spoke. Those words had been perfect. They had also helped him make up his mind on something he never believed he would do. He was going to actually try and commit to this man. Maybe… on the side… did commitment mean he couldn’t have flings with others anymore? He believed it did but… well. There was no harm in trying, right? If the thought had reached his mind it must be for a reason.

“Then we are in an agreement,” Sen stated as a smirk feel on his lips, “You be mine and I’ll keep you from being lonely.”

He found himself smiling back at Sen's words. It was weird, but he liked the idea.

"Actually...I like that idea, Sen," he said, smiling even bigger as his eyes seemed to shine. Still, maybe it was the booze, but not likely. "It's been so long since I wasn't lonely. And you have...I don't know what it is." He fell silent, thinking of what to say. All words just escaped him.

He actually felt rather proud of himself. Once again he was getting exactly what he wanted without much effort. He wasn’t even sure how he did it or why he wanted this. It was completely breaking his ‘date once leave tomorrow’ rule but for once he was willing to allow a change. Or at least attempt it. But how could he not attempt it? This man’s eyes… his hair… skin… actually his face kind of reminded him of someone but he couldn’t quite put his finger on it… Eh, it probably didn’t matter. He had seen so many faces before that most likely who ever Ty’s face reminded him of was probably not important.

“A charm.” Sen replied, though he wasn’t meaning himself. Truthfully that was what he was thinking of Ty. The blue eyed man had a certain charm around him that Sen just couldn’t describe. “I have to warn you though, I…” Why was this hard to admit to? He normally had no problem flaunting this around, “have a commitment issue.” That was defiantly the first time he had claimed it an issue.

Ty had to smile, he just....okay so he didn't know why. Even when Sen mentioned his issue with commitment, Ty's smile didn't falter. Well, it did after a minute.

"Actually...I'm always on the move. I never stay in one place very long. And...well, I'm not very good with commitment, either." He really wasn't, but Ty didn't exactly have as much of a challenge. There really were very few who'd fall for him, for some reason. But oh well.

Sen slid off his stool when Ty claimed he was bad with commitment as well. If that was true than they were both perfect for each other. Really, Sen couldn’t see how anything could wrong with this relationship. They both understood the risks of being a thief. They both traveled constantly and they both had commitment issues.

With a smile, he leaned into the blue eyed man again and lightly kissed him as his hand searched to take hold of Ty’s hand. “I say we get out of here. I want to show you off, maybe… see what you can do and then find somewhere more… private.” He figured it could turn out to be a rather fulfilling night and he hadn’t even included getting drunk into the mix.

He smiled back, his hand lightly grasping Sen's. The offer made him blush a little. "Sounds like a plan," he murmured.

Well, this was unexpected. But it was still looking to be a good day. Ty stood to his feet, still unable to believe what was happening. But, he didn't really mind it so much. Never in his life had he been shown this kind of affection.

Sen quickly kissed him again before turning and leading the way out of the bar. It wasn’t until the door was just shutting behind them that the Bartender called out, “Hey wait…” Sadly for her, Sen hadn’t heard the rest of what she said as he was already making his way across the street. She on the other hand was unsure if she chase after them or stay where she was. They had… walked out without paying…

“You know what I’ve realized.” Sen suddenly spoke up once he was across the street, “The only people I know I can show you off to is my gang.” He had no friends because he normally cut all connections with people after the first day of meeting them. “Sooooo, I think you should show off some of your skills to me by ahhh, robbing that guy.” he pointed down the street at a very tall, big shouldered and completely bald man.
