Exploration/Pokemon Search! (Mod)

Kit stood with her hands on her hips, glaring out out across the fire pits. Kitsune stood by her side, casting an occasional curious glance up at her trainer. "WELL...this place...looks like absolute trash." Kit finally snarled, brushing an irritating strand of hair out of her face.

Kitsune let out a comical noise and bounced past Kit, obviously enjoying the warm air. Stifling a laugh at Kitsune's antics, the young girl pulled two Pokeball's off her belt and tossed them high into the air. There was a flash of white light that momentarily blinded Kit and then her two other Pokemon, Ookami and Eon, were by her side.

Eon was resting comfortably on her shoulder within a few seconds as Ookami shot off to join Kitsune in play. Absentmindedly stroking Eon, Kit turned slightly on the ball of her foot to blink at her brother.

"I wanna find more fire types!" She announced happily, "And I want YOU to come with me...there's gotta be a lot of them here...I mean...it's hot right? My friends like the heat..."

Kit's voice trailed off as her eyes wandered back to the fire pits. Without a second thought, the girl trotted off into them, hands buried in her pockets, whistling happily to herself.

Wess carefully follows Kit, having flown to the Fire Pits with her to find whatever kind of Pokemon she was looking for. As soon as they landed, Tropius didn't waste anytime spreading open his leaves and soaking up the delightful warmth. He wasn't normally one for being surrounded by fire type Pokemon, but it was so warm.~

Taking a Pokeball, Wess pressed a button and a Barboach hastily fixated itself around it's owner's neck. The wet Pokemon not only kept it's trainer from getting too hot, but could provide quickened access to a water supply, or mud if need be.

Flapping his wings to keep Wess cool, he trotted up beside Kit. "Hey Kit, hop on!"

Kit blinked and twisted her head up to look at Wess, an eyebrow raised for a moment before she skipped over to the Tropius and hauled herself on to it's back. "Really brother?" She asked, "A grass type...in a place surrounded by fire?"

Eon slipped off her shoulder and nuzzled Tropius' neck, licking it quickly. Kit stifled a sigh, "Mmm at least his wings are nice...I think I wore too much clothing. It's so hot!"

Off in the not too far distance a Bagon was hoping off a tall rock and climbing back up it. She was practicing for that day she would fly like so many Bagon’s often did. Not too far from where she was jumping a Camerupt was laying on the rocking ground with his eyes shut. He didn’t even seem to notice the Bagon. Even further in the distance a Charmeleon could be found also laying down. His legs were spread out from either side as he tried to soak up as much sun as he could.

((If you guys are going to rp together instead and dont need any more wild pokemon, just let me know))

Kit's eyes, which had been have closed, suddenly snapped open. She scanned the land again quickly, surprised at how much easier it was too see from on Tropius' back. It wasn't even THAT much further off the ground then she was. The girl let out an exhilarated laugh as three Pokemon caught her eye.

A small blue Pokemon was jumping from a rock, landing, climbing straight back up again and jumping again. Kit bit the hood of her shirt to keep from laughing at the cute little Pokemon.

Her eyes flickered again, away from the Bagon. This time, her eyes caught slight movement. She let go of her hood, blinking slowly. If she wasn't mistaken, a large pile of rocks had just...moved. She shook her head again and leaned against Tropius' neck, staring at the pile of rocks. Kit's eyes widened further when she recognized the pile of rocks as a Pokemon. It was ignoring the Bagon and seemed to be enjoying the sun. Actually. It wasn't the only one enjoying the sun. Further in the distance, a flame caught her attention and Kit stared at a sunbathing Charmeleon for all of five seconds before deciding that she didn't feel like sitting on Tropius any longer.

Kit scooped Eon up in her arms and hopped off her brother's Pokemon. "Wess! I'm gonna go play with the Pokemon!" She called, waving at him with her left hand, and pointing in the direction of the Pokemon with her right. With that, the girl spun around, gave a sharp call to get the attention of Kitsune and Ookami, and then took off towards the Pokemon, blue eyes wide with excitement.

Wess nodded, his eyes dotting around the area as Kit removed herself from the premises. The sleeping Camerupt drew his attention; for his only thoughts were on have a large, warm and comfy pillow. Plus, the thing had volcanoes where it should have a normal back, this was gonna be cool.

Terry elegantly lifted off, fluttering over in the direction of the Camerupt. It looked so nice and peaceful. He just had to pet it. Scratching it's ears lightly, Terry settled, while Ben glowered fiercely in the direction of the Pokemon, ready to protect his owner from any burns that might come his way.

Plucking one of Terry's fruit's off, Wess held onto it, waiting for the domineering Pokemon to awake.

The Bagon was the first to notice the human’s and their pokemon approaching. He instantly jumped one last time from his rock before quickly hiding behind it. Every now and then he would peek around the rock to see what the girl and boy humans were up to.

The Camerupt on the other hand didn’t notice the humans at all. That was, until he felt something touch him and then smelt the fruit that the boy human offered to him. Very lazily his eyes opened and he let out a huge yawn looking uninterested in the food. “Caaaaam” He let out a rather loud, deep sounding cry which had meant only one thing, <Whaaat?> It seemed he was confused on why he had been woken up.

The Charmeleon was the only one who hadn’t moved or even woken up from his slumber as the humans approached them all. He just continued to lay there on the rocks, all for legs still stretched out on either side of him as he slept.

Kit skidded to a stop a few feet away from the Camerupt and the rock the Bagon had been jumping around on. She frowned as she couldn't find the cute blue Pokemon when she stopped to look around. "Hey!...Where did it go...?" She wondered aloud.

Eon, squeaked and wriggled out of Kit's arms, bouncing away behind the rock. "Uh...be...careful..." Kit said, turning to face her brother, hands buried in her pockets, head cocked to the side as she watched him offer a fruit from his Tropius to the Camerupt. "You think it'll eat it Wess?" She asked, moving to stand slightly behind him.

"I doubt it," Wess replied to Kit's question, absolutely mesmerized by the Camerupt. Tropius fluttered his wings as a sweet scent drew, hopefully drawing more Pokemon around them, to see if Wess could take one of them, in case the Camerupt happened to be uninterested in them.

Now talking to the Camerupt, Wess said, "Do you wanna be friends?~ You look very warm, sort of like a snuggler. We could be nap buddies!" Blair sniffed disdainfully at what her trainer said. She couldn't nap with him, due to the beds not supporting her nor her weight.

Barboach meanwhile, stared on diligently, and twitched his whisker, showing his curiosity.

The Bagon had been peeking around the corner of the rock, watching the boy and the Camerupt. She hadn't even noticed Eon as she went behind the rock at first. She had still been watching them when she caught a glimpse of something moving behind her and when she turned around she finally noticed Eon. With a small help the Bagon tossed her arms into the air and turned around ran out from behind the rock, "Baaaaaaa" She let out a cry as she ran. After she was a few feet away from the rock she stopped to turn around and see if Eon was chasing her or not.

Friends? Nap buddies? This human was speaking much too fast for him. Eh, well he did like napping. If the kid wanted to sleep next to him he wouldn't have a complaint. But he had to make sure the kid was smelly or something. Very slowly, the Camerupt stood himself up, his large body allowing the dust and rocks that had collected on him while sleeping to fall off. He then took a couple heavy steps closer to the boy, his massive nose and head stretching out a bit to sniff the boys hair. He smelled clean enough. "How..." He smacked his lips together for a moment before continuing his question, "Often do human boys nap?"

Eon let out an excited bark and chased the small blue Pokemon, nearly tripping over his own paws. Kit blinked and turned away from Camerupt, her face bursting into a huge smile. "Wess!" She cried, grabbing her brother's shoulders and shaking him excitedly, "It came back!"

Giggling hysterically, Kit let go of Wess' shoulders, spun on her heel and moved closer to the Bagon, slower this time, a huge grin plastered on her face. "Hey there sweetie!" She laughed, plucking Eon off the ground as the tiny pokemon finally did trip, "You're real cute ya know!"

After being erratically shaken by his sister, Wess seemed to toppled over with dazed eyes. Shaking his head as he looked up, he looked steadily at the Camerupt, before Terry spoke for Wess.

<He naps quite often... He seems to enjoy it, as well as peace and quiet. He's normally shy, so if you don't like fighting, I doubt you'd see very much of it. Will you come with us?>

Looking a bit sick, Wess seemed to hold back his puke as he looked around, pondering if Kit would go after that Chameleon. Smiling at the Camerupt once more, waved, intent on befriending this camel like Pokemon.

The Bagon was in a slight panic when she realized the Eevee was still behind her. Even after the Pokagon as picked up by the girl it was still panicking. It wasn’t until the girl mentioned that she was cute that the Bagon suddenly forgot that she was afraid. Cute?

She looked down at herself, looking over her arms and feet but not understand what made her cute. “Bagon?” She asked, which in pokemon meant <I am?>

<Alright…> The Camerupt replied lazily not really sounding all too interested in what Terry had said, <So long as he don take me the cold.> The Camerupt then sucked in a deep breath though his nose causing a ‘snort’ like sound before adding, <Don like the cold.>

The Charmeleon’s nose wiggled a bit, the smell of Terry finally reaching him. It didn’t wiggle for long before the fire type fell back to sleep. It seemed he wasn’t hungry enough to get up.

Kit grinned and plopped herself down on the ground, holding Eon in her lap as Ookami and Kitsune sat down on either side of her. The girl laughed at the questioning tone in Bagon's voice and leaned against Kitsune, eyes closed.

"You're cute!" She repeated, nodding to herself, "You're tiny and blue..." She blinked open her eyes, "You were REALLY cute when you were jumping from the rock!" She paused for a moment before jumping up, eyes flashing with excitement, "Do it again!?" She asked, squeezing Eon tightly against her chest.

Wess nodded, smiling brilliantly when Tropius explained what was going on. Grasping a Pokeball from his bag, he tossed it gently at the Camerupt. A bright flash of red light seemed to engulf the lazy Camerupt, and if successful, would pull him into the ball before vigorously beginning to shake.

Wha? She was not tiny! She had grown a whole bunch yesterday! The Bagon tried to stand up a bit taller to prove this and show off before the girl suddenly suggested jumping off the rock again. It was enough to cause the Bagon to forget that she was showing off how tall she was. “On” She agreed, saying <Ok> before she ran up to the rock and began to clumsily climb it.

Once at the top the Bagon looked down at Kit and began to explain what she was doing. “Ba, bagon baa gon gon.” She explained saying that she had been jumping off the rock because someday when she got even bigger she would have wings and be able to fly. She was practicing. After she was done explaining she looked forward and spread out her arms and before long she had leaped off the rock again, landing onto the ground with a light thud. She had managed to land on her feet, however quickly toppled over and fell on her bottom soon after.

The Pokeball indeed scooped up the Camerupt but there was no vigorous shake. Instead the ball quickly rang in capture before returning to Wess.

Gender: Male
Ability: Magma Armor - Prevents freezing.
Personality: He is a very slow moving pokemon who very much loves to sleep. He is very laid back compared to most. Not much for playing, but he does enjoy watching over others as they play.  He wont come near you if he believes you are too dirty or smelly. That includes when battling. He hates battling anything that smells really bad and will often return to his poke ball.

The Charmeleon still lay in the same spot as before. Off in the distance a Baltoy was spinning about, looking as if it were just passing by.

Kit's eyes glazed over as she listened to the Bagon try to explain flying. She had absolutely no idea what was being said. All the same, the girl toppled over, crying with laughter as the Bagon landed and fell on its butt.

Wiping her eyes, the girl sat up, "I can do it to!" With that, she pushed herself to her feet and scrambled up the rock. Grinning like an idiot, she looked down at her Pokemon and the Bagon. "Watch this!" She cried, jumping off the rock and flapping her arms like an idiot. "I can fl-!"

The girl, had not tried to land on her feet. Instead, clearly convinced for a moment that she could fly if she moved her arms fast enough, the girl had crashed into the ground after not getting her legs underneath herself on time.

Wess cleanly brought his hand up to his forehead, and smacked it, before wiping it down his face at Kit's misfortune. Examining her for a few seconds, he determined she'd be fine as he got onto Tropius once more. Taking off into the sky, he descended a bit over the Bagon, and dropped a fruit for Kit to give to the little dragon Pokemon.

He then sped off, in search of more Pokemon.

Kit pushed herself back up to a sitting position, head reeling, stupid smile plastered on her face. She glanced up as a wind swept her bangs across her face when Tropius took off.

"Hey Wes-!" Her protest at being left behind was cut short as the fruit hit her head and bounced into her hand. She blinked and stared dumbly at it for a second before smiling at the Bagon. "Ya hungry?" She asked, holding out the fruit.

The Bagon laughed as he watched the human girl try and fly. “Baaaa bagon bagon![/b]” He said between his laughs claiming that humans cant fly. This Bagon was no fool. She knew humans needed pokemon or flying tin things to fly. When the girl finally sat up and was hit by the falling fruit the Bagon began to laugh again, this time rolling onto her back and holding her tummy. It wasn’t until the fruit was offered to her that she stopped laughing. “Gon!” She cried out saying <Yes!> before taking the food offered to her and taking a bite out of it.

In the distance another Baltoy had joined the other one in spinning around randomly. Or at least it looked random. High up in the air, ignoring everything around her a Fearow was enjoying the heat of the sun and the feel of the wind in hear feathers. Aside from that, nothing else seemed to be around.
