Nectar Search (MOD)

Kiku followed her Beautifly into buggy forest, arms outstretched flailing to mimic wings. The carefree girl laughed, and continued to do so as Pippi fluttered from flower to flower, sipping up nectar. As she spun around rather fast, the little girl got dizzy and seemed to stumble.

The little girl seemed to crash into a soft, sticky structure. She giggled, and then did her best to pull away, to no avail. Trying again, nothing happened. With a loud cry, Kiku alerted the Pokemon nearby that she was stuck, which caused Pippi to come fluttering. Grasping one of the girl's strands of hair with all four of her small limbs, she tugged, causing another loud wail.

The web seemed to cling to her, and unfortunately, in this situation, the girl wasn't thinking about Duranomo in his Pokeball.

[Jay]

Watching from where he was on a branch just to the right of the web, an Ariados seemed to smirk to himself that something had finally been caught in his web. However... that thing looked too big and well.... Oh well... food was food, neh? In another moment, the Ariados came climbing own the web rather quickly towards the girl. Farther off, a solid white Linoone seemed to be watching the scene and hesitating whether he wanted to get in the middle the event that was playing out before him.

"Piiii! Piiiiii!" Pippi cried as the Ariados approached, doing her best to communicate with the albino Linoone; she was telling him to come assist in the predicament. Kiku in the meantime, flailed miserably and only tangled herself even more.

Pippi spread out her wings protectively, still not thinking about strategy at this point in time. The danger was to great- She would not allow her trainer to be eaten. "Piiiiiiiii! Piiiiiiii!" she cried again, which would equate to something along the lines of, <Back off!> Flapping her wings rapidly, the female Beautifly shoots out a powerful stun spore towards the slow moving spider. A Pokemon as quick as her wouldn't be captured, and if she could stun this thing, it would make freeing the girl a lot easier.

[Jay]

The Ariados quickly jumped off his web and moved rather quickly avoiding the Stun Spore. Smirking a little he jumped back onto the web a and suddenly moved rather quickly towards the girl. <LUNCH TIMEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!> he called out. The Linoone's eyes grew, and his ears set back on his head. <STOP DON'T EAT HER SHE'S HUMAN!> he called. The Ariados froze for a moment and looked back rather sharply towards teh Linoon. <Eh?> The Ariados stopped a moment and then looked back at the girl and stared at her clip. Weren't those... wings? Er? ._. ;;; Human but.... but... uh... Stopping a moment, the Ariados just sweat dropped graetly feeling kinda silly. Humans... didn't taste good at all and... DX but he was hungry! Ugh... damn morals....

Pippi hovered in front of her owner and shook her head fiercely. <S-Stay away!> the Beautifly whimpers at the scary arachnid Pokemon. Eyes glowing a mystical blue, she attempted to use Psychic on Ariados and send him flying into what seemed to be a gigantic tree opening.

Turning back to Kiku, she waves her hand in a rapid manner, sending out stars from her wings in a Swift attack to dice the web into bits to free the girl. Kiku seemed to squish Pippi in a bone crushing hug, before releasing her. Pippi fluttered around dazed for a few moments, before shaking her head and glaring around.

The Ariados was hit by the psychic and sent flying backwards. Cringing in pain as he hit a tree, the large arachnid seemed to fidget a moment before slowly shoving himself up. Dang, that had done quite a bit of damage. Shaking his head a moment, the Ariados looked back at the girl and the butterfly pokemon. Forming a Sludge bomb, he retaliated rather quickly.

The Linoon seemed to breathe outwards glad that the girl had gotten out but still rather worried overall. o.o; Oh no... a battle ...eh... << >>> << >> << >> what was he supposed to do?

Pippi let out a shriek as she dove to the side, dodging the sludge bomb. Kiku gasped and bent over backwards to avoid being hit. Her eyes widened, as Pippi let out a very pissed off shriek.

"Piiiiiii!" translated to <Oh Bitch please, I may be a butterfly, but I sting like a mucca lukking bee!> Her eyes glowed a fierce blue again as a blue aura began to form around the Ariados. If successful, she'd send him flying high into the air, and await for him to drop back down to see if he'd faint from the large impact.

As she did so, she let out a small giggle. "Piiii-iiiii-iiii~"

The Ariados was hit but managed to take teh attack rather well. Shaking his head, he formed a Cross Poison in one arm and then charged straight towards her rather quickly. <Shut up you snarker> he 'barked' rather irritated with the tone. Meanwhile, the Linoone seemed to slowly wander over towards the girl to see if she was alright.

<Snarker?! I declare, you're going downnnnn!> Her wings flapping rather violently, a gust/whirlwind combination lashed out towards the Ariados, doing it's best to send him hurling back into a sky, and possibly a tree. The fierceness of the breeze began to cause leaves to fall around them in a hypnotic-like sequence.

Rubbing her head, Kiku looked around. "Oh, hey Mister Linoone! I'm fine... Sorta," she sighed, watching the Pokemon battle.

[Jay]

Ah, hell. The Ariados went flying and seemed to disappear off into the forest somewhere. Ah.. well that was one way to end a battle...>>; The Linoone seemed to breathe in and nodded his head slowly glad to see that the girl was alright.

[wess]

Kiku looked down at the Linoone. "Do you wanna come with me? Exploring and stuff? You don't have to, but you seem really nice."

[Jay]

o3o. The Linoone blinked a moment. Come... exploring? Where in the world had that suggestion come from? However, then again, it seemed like an interesting idea... and the girl was rather cute.... And.... well... ok... sure... The solid white pokemon seemed to nod his head after a few seconds in a general 'ok'.

[wess]

The little girl smiled lightly as she chucked a Pokeball his way. It opened, and a red light emerged to hopefully suck in and subdue the albino Pokemon into capture.

[Jay]

The Linoone was drawn inwards, and in another moment, the ball fell to the ground and rang in capture.

Gender: Male
Ability: Quick Feet
Personality: Rather quiet and generally peaceful, this Linoone doesn't tend to like getting into battles. He prefers to try and talk his way out of it and calm his opponent down so that they can talk civilly. However, when pushed far enough, like many, he will react and eventually battle if extremely unwillingly. He is actually rather good at finding things despite not having the ability Pick Up and has quite keep eyesight for things in areas.


Not far off, a Drilbur could be seen slowly walking through the area. A Caterpie could be seen a bit closer climbing a tree. Suddenly a Joltik came scurrying by on the ground.

The little girl's eyes flashed when she saw the two new Pokemon. "Pippi, go see the Caterpie and what she's up to," Taking out a Pokeball, she tossed it in the direction of the Joltik. "Chuckie, go see that Joltik. If it comes down to battling, you both know what to do,"

[Jay]

The Caterpie continued to climb the tree more or less oblivious at the moment. It seemed that he was trying rather hard to get up the tree. <Almost there... almost there.... I can make it> he repeated to himself over and over as he climbed. The Joltick seemed to stop at the sight of Chuckie and turned her head to one side. <Honeh, ya seen a berreh around eh here?> she asked with a rather interesting accent of sorts.

Pippi seemed to watch the Caterpie with a bored expression. She didn't need a male Butterfly friend, she needed a female one to dress up with. Fluttering into the sky, she scanned for more Pokemon.

Chuckie seemed to talk in a slow, old manish accent of his own. <Deary Me... No I have not. Perhaps we could ask and look around? Or maybe you would want some the juice that's been fermenting in my shell for ages now?>

[Jay]

The Caterpie went on his way again without much of a second thought aside form continuing up the tree. Farther off, a Burmy wearing a Plant Cloak could be seen hanging from a tree. A Combee was flying from the tree the Burmey was in to another one. A Spinarak could be seen spinning a web on another tree not far off.

The Joltick seemed to frown a little at the first but then turned her head to one side. <Hmmmm juice sounds interesting> she answered back after a moment.

Pippi let out a sigh. The Burmy and Combee were both male, unfortunately. Fluttering off else where, she did her best to hunt down a female version of either, or perhaps a stronger Pokemon.

Chuckie looked around, and found what seemed to be a large leaf. Secreting a mixture of sticky berry juices, he pushed it over towards the little Joltik.

[Jay]

Farther off, there appeared to be a battle between a Pineco and a Karrablast whose coloring was solid black... ah melanism, it seemed. Both pokemon seemed to continue their battle without even noticing the other bug pokemon

Carefully tasting the mixture before suddenly grinning and then slurping it quite easily, the Joltick was quite pleased with the taste. <MMMmmm so yummy!> she smiled up at Chuckie. <How do you DO that?!> she asked intrigued.
