Willow spat an Electroweb at the charging Luxray and raced up the nearest building out of reach as fast as her long legs could carry her. Sure, the big cat could throw lightning, but she couldn't breath fire as far as Willow could tell. Up was the best place to go.

Scarlet saw the Arcanine racing at her again and crossed her arms in front of her, a spark of gold flickering her eyes; she allowed herself a cringe as she was smashed into the ground again, flames warping her armor, and then battered with sound waves from the sleeping bulldog. But she didn't pass out. Endure was a nice delaying tactic when one had a healer on their team.

The punch got Faith square in the throat, and she saw stars as she hit the ground. However, that was when a roar that was more like a horrified scream rang out. Swooping under the blast of ice, Serenity hurled herself straight at the other woman, reaching out with her arms to try to grab her and lift her up away from Faith. At the same time, Prism skittered forward to stand right in front of her trainer, claws snapping; even if the attacker avoided the dragon, she'd have an angry mushroom-with-bug-attached to deal with.

Muffy smiled a little at the return hug, and didn't let go, though she did throw another Heal Pulse in Scarlet's direction; they were getting smacked around left and right out there.

Elegant blinked, easing out of her defensive posture at the assurance that the Rhydon wasn't going to start a fight. Well, that was good. "Crazy?" she offered as the rock type searched for a word for the situation. The Leavanny gestured slightly at the spot next to him. "Mind if I sit? It's a little too dangerous over with my trainer."

[KARP KARP!]

Finding herself tangled in the web definitely slowed Adrian down. But....unleashing a Hyper Beam at the Ariados showed that she was definitely not out.

Zang continued trying to hit the Dragonite with Ice Beams. If that thing ever landed, the Zangoose was going to be all over her.

Brutus nodded at the Lilligant. <Yah, that's tha word. Crazy.> It was then that the Rhydon looked over at the Cyndaquil and Darumaka, trying to drag their trainer away from the mess, but to no avail. Looking back at Elegant, he nodded again. <I don't mind it. ...Excuse me a minute.> Brutus walked over, and scooped up his trainer like Ty didn't weigh a pound, then sat next to Elegant. Ty wasn't going anywhere, now.

The Arcanine barked sharply before forming another Flame Wheel and charging once again as fast as he could. It seemed that Pyre was just going to keep attacking at this point. Another second later, Angelica finally woke up and seemed to shake her haed sharply looking around having almost forgotten what she was doing there until all her memories came back. Growling deep in her throat, she looked around violently.

Teme was seized and suddenly found her form being taken off the ground quickly. Cringing and flailing her form against that of the Dragonite, Teme resisted screaming outright. "LET GO!" she yelled not even realizing at that point that if she was dropped, she probably wouldn't take the landing well in her current state.

Rae breathed inwards and sighed outwards rather quietly before looking at Muffy. After a moment, she slowly relesaed the hug. <Girl, we gotta go partying sometime or somethin'> she chuckled with a smile still more or less completely oblivious to everything around her.

By that time, Angelica finally caught sight of the only thing that mattered to her at that point. That Dragonite HAD her Teme! <PUT HER DOWN!> she barked deeply in her throat then and there before charging towards Serenity. However, she couldn't figure anything she could do at that moment that wouldn't hurt Teme in the process.

Kaki sucked in some air and slowly came out from where he was hiding. Looking over towards Brutus and Elegant, he slowly wandered over a tad quietly. <Uhm... do....d.....do either of you know how to impress...uh...uh...uh....> his eyes seemed to shift over towards Serenity and somehow dismissed the fact that she was now holding his trainer.

Willow let out a rather colourful curse as she saw the light forming in the Luxray's mouth. If Hyper Beam didn't require a moment of charging, she would have had no chance, but as it was, the building took more of a beating than she did, though the shockwave knocked her back to the ground, and she landed fairly awkwardly, legs sprawled out.

"Little bitch," she hissed as she got her feet. She glanced at her thrall. "Sorry, dahling." She turned back to the Luxray and spewed a shot of Toxic at her. Playtime was over.

Another flaming tackle. This was getting repetitive. Scarlet's wings beat furiously, not quite taking off, and she suddenly jumped straight at the Arcanine, aiming to lash out as she leaped over him, flipping and landing behind him only to jump again. And again. Made of such light metal and not weighed down with anything, Scarlet's Acrobatics were worthy of the stage, and extremely deadly.

Faith got to her feet, somewhere between relieved and pissed as she saw Serenity acting the protector. Faith rubbed her throat, making sure nothing seemed crushed or otherwise requiring medical attention, even though she was sure she wouldn't be standing if something did. Serenity growled at the yell and tightened her grip. "This one respectfully refuses your request to kill you." That was Serenity-speak for 'you are an idiot.'

Prism skittered toward the loudly-barking dog, hissing and waving her claws. "Pick on someone your own size!" The words had a sort-of odd meaning right now, but Prism didn't think about it as the mushroom let out a burst of Stun Spore.

Muffy smiled at the Combusken. It was good to have a friendly face in this place. With a flick of her hand, she rather casually set up a sparkle of pink that implied a Reflect shield on her companions. "Sounds like fun," she said. She wasn't really the party girl type, but she reasoned that could be just because she'd never had the opportunity. "My name's Muffy, by the way."

Serenity roared in pain at another blast of ice, and she fell a little, very nearly doing what she'd just refused to do, but she managed to keep a grip on her captive and keep in the air. She whipped around and swooped straight at the offending Zangoose, tail glowing slightly as she went to throw him for distance with a Dragon Tail. Back into his pokeball, or halfway across town, it hardly mattered at this point.

Elegant looked at the human draped in the Rhydon's arms. "Poor fellow. What happened to him?" However, that was when a Haxorus approached them. The Leavanny was momentarily confused by what he was saying, and then it clicked and she stifled a giggle. Oh! You don't have to worry about Serenity. She's really quite approachable. Just say hello." Elegant glanced at the enraged dragon. "When she calms down a little, I mean."

[KARP KARP!]

Unable to even move, Adrian was helpless as she was hit by the Toxic attack. And poor old Blazer was still drooling over the Ariados--literally. But there was one--two--things Willow didn't count on. A Flamethrower attack was heading her way, courtesy of Cinder. At the same time, Maka aimed a Rollout at her. Blazer was their friend, and the two little guys were hell-bent on helping him.

Meanwhile, the Zangoose found himself flying through the air, back finally slamming into a building. Zang crumpled to the ground, but he made his way back to his feet. No way he was going out this way. Glaring at the scene, he unleashed a Blizzard at the Dragonite.

Brutus blinked, cradling Ty like he was a baby. <He's ah...uh...He had too much...He's drunk.> Then, he nodded at Kaki. <See, whatcha do is, show her a little ah....muscle. But make sure ya don't become the target of her...ah....wha's the word?>

The Arcanine cringed suddenly feeling the brunt of the Acrobatic attack. Crying out a moment, Pyre mentally kicked himself for showing even an ounce of weakness. Shaking his head sharply, he suddenly formed a Flamethrower and shot it out as fast as he could towards Scarlet. Pyre was far from enjoying himself if he had ever been to begin with.

Teme's breathe caught as she felt the grip on the Dragonite tighten, and all she could do was cough a little feeling the wind rush out of her. Damn it...... was all that came to her mind at that moment as she tried to get more air into her system. Suddenly feeling an icy blast, Teme cringed hard feeling the arctic blast of the Ice Beam, Teme cringed a little and felt Serenity drop a little. Oh hell I am not going to die here......Teme cringed at this thought... As the Blizzard came, Teme cringed afraid of being frozen then and there.

Angelica was hit by the Stun Spore, but the irritated bull dog pokemon managed to form a Flamethrower that turn and release it before she found herself completely unable to move. Damn it.

<Oh, my name is Rae, nice to meet you> the Combusken stated rubbing the back of her head a moment realizing that she totally didn't even realize she hadn't introduced herself. <So like... do you know what all that is about?> she askede making a general gesture around them but not bothering to look, really.

Kaki seemed to look from Elegant to Brutus before looking towards Serenity. Breathing inwards, he nodded his head and slowly took a few steps forwards before shaking his head. <I... I'm nervous..> he admitted.

Willow let out something between a hiss and shriek at the rush of fire, whipping around to seeing the Darumaka rolling at her. She leaped over the attacker and turned around to lock him with a pair of glowing eyes and Disable that irritating move.

Scarlet was tiring, and couldn't move fast enough to dodge the burst of flame. She soared backward with the force of the stream, smashing against a building as her armor warped further. She then hit the ground with a muffled clang and didn't get back up.

A horrified look crossed Prism's face, right before she hurled her claws up in front of her and shimmering shield has thrown into place, the flames licking at the surface of the Protect. If there was anything that could make that Parasect move like lightning, it was fire.

Muffy froze a moment as she saw Scarlet fly past, and she quickly brought up a Light Screen. Too late for the Scizor, but it would keep everyone else safe. Muffy then gave a sheepish little smile at the question. "Uh, not really. But..." She glanced at Faith, who had started hurling some very colourful language at the Granbull how had just tried to fry Prism. "...My trainer probably started it," she admitted.

Cue Blizzard. Pokemon all around ducked down, and Faith spat another few curses. At the sudden drop in temperature, Serenity looked at her captive and made a decision. She swooped down to the roof of a nearby building, curled almost protectively around the woman, and formed her own shimmering Protect to wait out the artificial storm.

Elegant glanced at Brutus. "Rage?" she offered, leaving the 'homicidal' part in her head. She smiled gently at the Haxorus. "It's okay. Just take a deep breath and dive in. Worst she can say is no, right?"

Elegant then cringed as the winds picked up and Serenity flew to the rooftops. She wasn't exactly a fan of ice in her own right. "Pardon my saying so," she said as she looked at Brutus. "But your Zangoose friend is kind of a jackass."

[KARP KARP!]

Cinder attacked with a Flame Wheel while Darumaka found himself unable to roll anymore. So, he aimed a Fire Punch at the Ariados. Meanwhile, Adrian rushed in to hit the Spider with a Fire Fang. If she moved...the three Pokemon would collide.

The Blizzard subsided, and Zang dropped to a knee, panting. He didn't know if he could keep this up.

Brutus also cringed--ice was not his friend either. <Is all right. I know he's a jackass. Puts up a good fight, though.>

[Jay]

Pyre growled deep in his throat having finished his battle as far as he figured it. In another moment, his attention was diverted to trying to find Teme. Shaking his fur a bit as the Blizzard finally finished, he growled looking rather sharply at the Zangoose. <She has my trainer damn it!> he barked barring his teeth. <Don't attack!>

Angelica growled deep in her throat again but was paralyzed during that turn from the Stun Spore. All she could do was partially flail where she was and ended up falling backwards. Damn it.

Rae sighed a little as she looked around. <I swear I really don't get why we couldn't all just like.... like just go shopping rather than all this fighting I mean seriously... > she shook her head a bit rather dryly at this thought. Her trainer was female... that blonde girl was female... there was a passed out guy or something over there but she didn't want to deal with men at that point. No ma'am not again. <Ya think we could make some peace or somethin'?> she asked looking back at Muffy.

As Teme found herself on solid ground with the dragon still holding onto her, the blonde haired woman breathed outward realizing that the Protect was around her form and the dragon. A sudden rush of fatigue suddenly hit Teme, and for a moment, all she wanted to do was deflate and just sink onto the ground. However, her pride was far too great for such things, and she just shook her head a bit trying to clear it. As the Blizzard finally finished, Teme sighed.

Kaki seemed to breathe inwards at this thought and nodded his head slowly. That was true. <T-true> he answered back with a nod before finally looking around and realizing that Serenity had landed for the moment on a roof. Hesitating another moment, he finally breathed inwards and made his way over towards the building rather slowly. Slowly climbing up the side of the building, Kaki stuck his head up from the side of the building and finally came up. <Uhm.... h-hello... I ... saw you flying and uhm.... y-you're... > Whatever nerve he had managed to work up in that moment was gone, and Kaki stood there feeling like a dork.

There was likely little in the way of surprise when Willow saw three flaming pokemon headed for her decided to jump up and out of the way. Willow leaped over the Luxray and whipped around to try to sink her fangs into her tail, or anywhere she could reach, and inject a little poison to react with the toxins already in there for a Venoshock.

No longer in danger of fiery death, Prisim relaxed a little and realized that Willow was on her own. She skittered over, trying to catch one of the three pokemon attacking the black widow spider with a Spore attack.

Muffy looked at Rae and let her ears droop, sighing. "My trainer is always angry...I don't know...It'd be nice if we could..." She was really at a bit of loss here for what they could do to end this, though she did aim another Heal Pulse Willow's way, even though the spider was getting backup. Much as she didn't really want to fight, their group was outnumbered and she had an obligation to them.

The last of the winds faded, as did Serenity's shield, and the dragon found herself more tired than before. She still held her captive firmly, though more carefully, making sure not to cut off her air. The presence of the Haxorus made her tilt her head curiously, her fatigue leeching away some of her rage. "Greetings," she said calmly, moving to her native tongue easily, "This one is called Serenity. What might your name be?" His apparent nerves had not seemed to have been noticed, and Serenity was not the type to comment on them even if they had.

Elegant glanced at Zang and shook her head before looking at Brutus. "Clearly. Serenity is still probably going to smack him around unless he throws another one of those at her, though. She's a force of nature."

[KARP KARP!]

The Luxray was hit by the Venoshock, falling to the ground as the poison sapped her energy. Adrian was done.

Maka found himself hit by the Spore, and fell into a deep sleep. Cinder meanwhile tried one more Flamethrower aimed at Willow. Meanwhile, Zang made his way over to Blazer.

<I can't believe I'm sayin' this, but we gots to fall back. We's gettin' moidered out here,> he said sadly, dropping his head.

<We can't leave! She's soo pretty....> The Arcanine interjected, staring at Willow. Zang promptly smacked him.

<You dunce! Snap out o' it! Let's go!>

Slowly, Blazer followed the Zangoose to Brutus. The Rhydon nodded, taking out Ty's Pokeballs and returning Adrian, Maka, and Cinder. Brutus took one last look at Elegant. <We'll be headin' out now. Hope ta see you around.>

Then, the three of them turned to head down the street towards the safest alley. Brutus stood tall as he walked, Ty draped over his arm. Blazer sort of dragged about, beaten and weary. And Zang looked as if he'd lost his best friend. And gotten the hell knocked out of him in the process.

Pyre was simply glad it was over and that no more damage came to his Teme. In the end of it, he was a loyal dog through and through and would rather take a beating than have Teme do so. As he found Ty's pokemon leading the man off, Pyre's ears set back on his head, yet he decided to let things go for now. He had work to take care of. Looking over towards Prism and Willow, Pyre's eyes narrowed for a moment before he finally turned and started to jump nad somehow climb his way up the side of the building to get back to Teme.

Of all the lousy---.... Angelica flailed irritated and in pain from being paralyzed as she watched Pyre climb up the wall. <YA BIG OAF GET BACK HERE AND HELP ME FIRST!> she barked not too sure if Pyre was even listening at that point.

It was at this moment in time that Kaki actually caught sight of Teme who was now staring at him. The blonde haired woman was debating on whether or not to order him attack or not, but something in his general visage was pretty much telling her she was about to be ignored anyways. "Ka-..." Teme started despite her previous thought. <M-m-my name is Kaki... and....I....you...she...I....you...you're ... very pretty...adn I... just... felt... I had to tell you....> Kaki mumbled and but rambling for a moment.

Willow backed off reluctantly, albeit with a smug look on her mandibles, mostly due to a look from Elegant. The Leavanny nodded at Brutus, smiling a little. "Me too. Hopefully under better circumstances."

She walked over to the other two bug types, earning a bit of confused clicking from Prism. "What was that about?"

Willow gave a slightly cruel spider-grin, a mischievous glint in her eyes. "I think Elegant has found herself some...companionship, jah?"

Elegant blushed deeply at the implication. "Wha?" She flailed her arms as Willow cackled. "That's not...I wasn't...He's not even a bug!"

Faith satisfied her frustration by giving the flailing Granbull a swift kick, then having the sense to hop back a little so that she wouldn't lose her leg because of it. Muffy glanced up at her trainer, rubbing the back of her head a little. "It...looks like things are calming down," she commented to Rae. A far cry from partying and shopping, but better than before, right? It was good to have optimism.

And while that little bit of teasing was going on, Serenity stared at Kaki as his mumbled words sank in. "Ah..." The Dragonite suddenly blushed furiously and hid her face bashfully behind the woman she was holding. "You...Your kind words are...appreciated. This one is flattered you believe so, and with such conviction as to brave the battlefield to say so..." She peeked out, clearing her throat a little before adding quietly, not quite believing she was saying it, "You are most...dashing...yourself."
