The Kangaskhan smiled at Jade's comment but then blinked at the proposition. Hm? Come with them? Slowly thinking it over, the large motherly pokemon was quiet for a time. Indeed, a good deal of time did pass... five minutes before the Kangaskhan finally nodded her head. Alright, she'd go with them ^^.

She held it out to the Kangaskahn as Zander watched curiously. Oh sweet another friend! She was nice.
Jade held the Pokeball, hoping it worked; she really liked this one. She seemed...sweet.

Reaching forwards, the Kangaskhan reached forwards, pressed the pokeball, and disappeared inside. The ball rang rather quickly after that.

Gender: Female
Ability: Early Bird
Personality: A motherly, gentle, and social being, this Kangaskhan is relatively sweet and kind. She loves to help others and adores bringing a smile to people's faces. That being said, she is incredibly family oriented. Those that are in her family, she will trust, love, and respect without question. This seems to be extending out slowly to Jade herself, and as trust grows, she'll treat her as family. Those that are outside of the family must never hurt those within for this mother is ruthless when someone tries to harm those she cares for, and she won't stop raging until the perpetrator is dead. No iffs ands or buts.

Jade pocketed the Pokeball, patting Zander on the head. The Charmeleon smiled, taking Jade's free hand into his claws. Then, they began to walk a little farther, the Pokemon enjoying his alone time with his trainer now. Jade would probably never know how much he admired his trainer.

The day's temperatures would slowly start to rise after that causing a lot of the pokemon to retreat into the shadows wherein they had once been out. Silence fell more on the zoo then, and few if any pokemon could be seen at all.
If one looked carefully enough, in the shade of an overgrown tree- possibly one that had been used to act as a habitat for some sort of creature of the past, she could see three surprisingly tiny cleffa huddled together as though trying to keep each other warm- which was rather odd considering that keeping oneself warm in the warmer part of the day should have been easy for them. Hm, maybe they were simply conversing closely together or something of that manner. Jade would have to approach to even begin to hear if they were making any noise at all.
Farther on, there appeared to be a large cage where the dip in the cement could easily be distinguished as some sort of pool. From a distance, the pool didn't seem to be completely filled, and therefore whatever was in the actual pool itself- if anything for that matter- was completely hidden. Would Jade venture to see if there was anything of interest or would she continue onwards? If she did continue onwards, across from the pool, there appeared to be another large cage where a branch was obscuring a rather odd shadow of some sort. Well that was certainly interesting. |

Jade and the Charmeleon pressed on; the Cleffa looked interesting enough, but the shadow went unnoticed. Jade's focus was on the pool. She loved water, and the mysteries in there were worth checking out--she hoped.
The woman ventured into the cage, with Zander close on her heels. Stepping closer to the edge of the dip, she peered downward through her stylish-only glasses, brushing her hair back.
