Welcome, welcome, one and all, to Era's annual Spring Festival! Courtesy of his Grace, Feliciano Rossi, much of the great Forest Castle will be open to the public all season long for a myriad of exciting games and events! Celebrating the glory of Spring-like Pokemon- Grass, Bug, Electric, and Poison- this year's primary mascot will be Virizion, while secondary mascots shall be Cherrim, Volbeat and Illumise, Ampharos, and Arbok. Their likenesses can be seen throughout the festival, and- excluding the primary for obvious reasons- their basic forms will be in the prize exchange all season long~
During these next few months, the courtyard will be transformed into a vast fairground hosting such things as the following:
For the most part, the last bit and general carnival atmosphere is free-play, and you can play your characters winning inconsequential prizes like stuffed animals or anything that isn't a game-related item, money, or tokens. :3
However, occasionally Mods might post an announced topic with a special game/event/contest which will give out tokens. Think of it as a sort of promo, though depending on the details there's no solid guarantee of getting free stuff, just a chance. ;P
Tokens are obviously just another form of currency given for various prizes. This is tracked on a per-character basis, not per-player, and all tokens are non-exchangeable. ^^
Feel free to reply with any questions about the festival. As stated, let us know here if you're interested in the tournament and/or contest as well. The apparent amount of interest will help determine exactly when these events will be held.
