Walk in the park (open/mod)

Alex was walking through the garden looking for some new friends be they Pokemon or people. He wasn't looking for anything specific Pokemon he just thought that he would enjoy a new edition to his team. More then that he enjoyed the garden. It was relaxing to him and after him and Ryan's last quibble he needed some relaxing.

[DJ Boomkitty]

The Gardens were in full bloom for the Summer, attracting many different Poke'mon. Not too far off a Buneary could be seen standing next to a berry tree, staring up into it determinedly. There was a giant, succulent looking berry up there... with all his might he jumped up...! Only to go about three feet into the air. Sigh.

In a tree to the right there was a Roselia, her gaze towards Forest Castle in the distance. She sighed heavily.. .she knew there was a Roserade over there, and he was just so GORGEOUS. She had tried to tell him so but he had merely told her to get off his property. Such a manly man... kyaa~ <3

Further down the path was a rare and unusual sight; a Cherubi was conversing with a Bellossom, yet... both of them had odd markings on them. Odd dark markings, even. Were they abundinistic? It looked like it! The two were chatting freely over a bed of flowers, the Cherubi giggling happily up at the Bellossom.

Alex caught the Roselia out of the corner of his eye. "Why hello there." He said in an upbeat tone. "What are you looking at?" Alex tried to see , but he had no clue as to what the grass type was staring at. He awaited a response from the Pokemon. There was cool breeze today that just suited Alex so well.

[DJ Boomkitty]

The Roselia blinked and looked down at Alex, tilting her head at the guy. What was she looking at...? She sighed, pointing out towards the Castle with a dreamy look in her eye. She then went through a rapid series of motions while chattering away with a series of 'Rose's; She frolicked in place on the branch while pointing at the castle, then paused and brought an arm up to her eyes as if she were looking around, then quickly hopped to the side (as if she was pretending to be someone else) and flexed her arms to look intimidating, then she hopped back to her original spot and put a hand to her mouth, sinking to her knees with stars in her eyes, as if melting, then she hopped back over to the other spot where she resumed the intimidating look and leaned forward, as if grabbing something, before making a punting motion. Then she hopped back to her original spot and waved to the spot where she had just been, hopping off the tree.

Oh yes, it all made sense to the Roselia... that Roserade was such a HUNK. She sighed dreamily next to Alex, her eyes wandering la-la land.

Alex watched as the Roselia did a series of movement's and for the life of him he couldn't understand what she was doing. He looked off a tad bit harder and saw the castle. "Oh the castle? Would you like to go there?" Alex asked curiously. He could take her there well he thought he could. He could say he was writing a report n era and need to know hat the duke was like. would that work? worth a shot. Alex became lost in all his thoughts. Oh well I will figure it out later.

[DJ Boomkitty]

The Rosealia's eyes widened at Alex and she nodded eagerly, looking back towards the castle. Maybe... this guy looked like the trainer type, perhaps the sexy Roserade wouldn't be so quick to punt her like a professional football kicker if she had him for back-up. The Roselia fell into line besides Alex and pointed forwards, cheering with a "Rose~!".

Alex nodded with a smile "I'll take you there it's a promise!" He fished threw his bag for a pokeball luckily he had found one. "Ready?" he asked politely giving her warning. Then he tossed the pokeball at her.

[DJ Boomkitty]

The Roselia blinked. Oh, this guy was giving her the royal treatment! He would bring her there in a Poke'ball so she wouldn't have to get sweaty and tired before her meeting with the hunky Roserade... she smiled, allowing the ball to engulf her completely.

Personality: This girl dreams, and dreams big; she has a grand vision of playing the Princess and somehow wooing Rosie the Roserade in Forest Castle. She is rather ditsy and easily convinced of things, but once she has her mind set on something it will rarely leave her train of thought. She is rarely put-off about anything; especially rejection, which she will combat with a smile and giggle, as if nothing ever happened. She will battle when ordered to, but much rather prefers to ogle... at Rosie. Or do anything Rosie-orientated. Stalk, even. SHE LOVED HIM OMFG.

Meanwhile, the Buneary had finally gotten into the tree and was busy eating the berry, while the Bellossom and Cherubi were still chatting away.

Alex picked up the ball and grinned. (I will get her there sooner or later.) He thought to himself. His eye's gazed to around and he saw two peculiar looking Pokemon. He then walked over to see them. Odd they were odd indeed. "Why hello there." Alex scrunched down so he was smaller. He looked at them intrigued by the marking's.

[DJ Boomkitty]

The Cherubi startled and hopped behind her Bellossom buddy, shivering somewhat. The larger grass-type giggled, patting the small Cherubi before looking up at Alex, smiling at his gesture to make himself smaller. "Nothing much really... just enjoying our morning stroll through the Gardens~" She chimed in... English? The Cherubi chirped his agreement from behind the Bellossum, peeking at Alex.

"Where are you headed off to?" The Bellossum asked, tilting her head somewhat.

O.O Alex looked at the Pokemon Shocked and speechless. After a moment he finally manged a few word's. "Y-You can talk?" Alex had never seen a Pokemon that can do such a thing. He was intrigued even more by this Pokemon now.

[DJ Boomkitty]

The Bellossom giggled, the Cherubi behind her becoming more bold and stepping out next to her. "Naturally~ We all can talk technically, but I can speak English~" She mused, winking up at the man. "I made friends with one of the garden keeper's and picked up the language from him. He sang a lot! But the war caused him to move away..." She drooped somewhat, the Cherubi nudging her. "Cher!" he said.

Bellossom blinked and pet Cherubi gently. "I'm sure hes fine too." She agreed with the Cherubi, perking up considerably. she looked back up at Alex. "Need to get anywhere? I know the Garden like the back of my... leaf!"

Alex chuckled a bit when she said everyone can talk. "Touche." He said In his upbeat tone. Then he shifted to a melancholy expression when he heard about the garden keeper. Alex then sat down with his knees lined up with his chin. He held himself up with his hands partially."You know I know how it feels to have someone you care about leave. It's not an easy thing to deal with, But it helps to have friends is that cherubi your friend?" Alex asked inquisitively.

[DJ Boomkitty]

The Bellossom nodded sadly in response to Alex as he spoke on friends. "With such hard times, it seems like everyone has lost someone they cherished..." She trailed off, perking up at the mention of the Cherubi. "Yes! He's my best friend, has been since I was a young little 'mon. We're like family~" She relished, the Cherubi huffing up and nodding proudly.

"But sir, what brings you to the Garden?" she asked curiously.

Alex thought for a moment. "Well I find it relaxing the garden, it has a calm feeling to it. Especially now with the light breeze." Alex smiled and looked at the two Pokemon. "So do you ever plan to leave?." Alex asked.

[DJ Boomkitty]

The Bellossom nodded eagerly; this was a great place! But to... leave? She looked to the Cherubi, whom blinked in response. "We... never really thought about that." She admitted, the Cherubi nodding his agreement. "All we know is the garden... we've even seen the Duke come down a couple times! But..." She trailed off.

The Cherubi's eyes widened as he considered Alex. <Cherrrr ubi-cherubiii?> The Bellossom blinked, then translated: "What is the world like out there?"

[MCstorms]

Alex smiled "Well-- the world is filled with all kinds of places. Some are sandy and hot and other snowy and cold." Alex paused to catch his breath. "And every day there is somewhere new to explore. Not to mention friends to be made!"

[DJ Boomkitty]

The Bellossom and Cherubi blinked and looked to one another, their noses scrunching somewhat. "Oh dear, we're not too fond of extreme temperatures... too much Sun makes out leaves wilt and the cold can snap them off if we're not careful!" The Bellossom exclaimed, the Cherubi nodding and huddling into himself a bit more. He liked his leaves, thank you very much!

Yet... "Friends to be made...?" She paused here, looking down at Cherubi. He was looking rather starry eyed at the idea of new friends. The Bellossom giggled, patting him on the head gently. "We're very social in the garden here with whomever we meet. Yet... we've always been curious as to the outside world. Maybe after the war settles down, we can explore... maybe even find the gardener again~" She chimed happily, taking Cherubi and spinning round with him in a gleeful dance.

Alex smiled again and petted the Belleossum. He giggled and said "My sister would love you guy's." He looked at the belleossum and then too the Cherubi. "You know nothing starts unless you take action. A friend told me that once." And wasn't it true? he thought. "You will never find the Gardner if you never leave. The war could take centuries for all we know,But we won't live that long now will we?" Alex said still smiling. "Come with me and we can find the gardener together I promise." Alex stuck his hand out as a gesture of friendship. "I wont force you to leave , but I don't want you to waste your life here and never find the gardener the longer you wait the harder it becomes." The boy said. For a 16 year old Alex was very deep.

[DJ Boomkitty]

At the petting, the two grass-types stopped their dance, looking up at Alex with wide, curious eyes. As he finished his speech, the pair looked at one another and began talking in Poke'speech, as if weighing their options. The Bellossom looked rather nervous but the Cherubi had a large smile and a bounce to boot! After a minute of their banter, the Bellossom sighed, smiling gently up at Alex.

"You're right... we'll never find him if we just stay here. Cheri's been telling me that for a while now, its just... hard. To accept such a sudden change. You understand?" She sighed gently, rattling her leaves. "But... we can't sit idle anymore! I love this garden with all of my heart but... I'm sure there are other places even more beautiful!"

The Cherubi nodded and bounced, squeaking in delighted agreement. He hopped in circles around Alex, chiming an upbeat tune.
