Anya has entered the Crystalline caverns with only two pokemon on hand. She came with her Gible outside of her pokeball and her Sandile in it's pokeball as it didn't listen to her yet but she hoped now that she was somewhere it could utilize it's full ground type abilities. She walked deeper into the cave looking for pokemon that she could attempt to capture for her adventure. Gible trotted behind her with his tongue hanging out of his mouth and he soon saw a berry farther down the cave. Exclaiming "Gible Gib!" he began to run towards the berry with an open mouth attempting to eat it while Anya saw this and ran behind him yelling "Wait up Gible! We don't know who that berry belongs to!"

The berry in question suddenly seemed to sink straight into the ground as if pulled under. Just then, the space a meter in diameter around where the berry had been caved under. Ack! Was it a trap? What was going on? If one listened carefully enough, a quiet laughter could be heard from somewhere in the cavern, but for now, at least, it was hard to pinpoint. In a brief moment, the laughter fell silent, and what appeared to be a Sableye was now staring down into the hole with a curious look wondering if he had managed to trap some more victims play things. |

Gible saw the berry begin to sink into the ground. He then ran forward and used Dig to follow it so he could have a quick bite to eat but felt the ground shift beneath him as he fell into the hole that was suddenly made, landing on the bottom with a large thud. Anya ran up to the hole not knowing that it was there until she came upon it and tripped, falling into it and landing right next to Gible who was just recovering from the fall. Anya rubbed the back of her spine in pain saying "Ow...Gible you okay?" Gible looked up at Anya's face which displayed her pain and decided to respond with a huge lick to the face. Anya laughed a bit and said "Thanks Gible...now how are we gonna get out of here?" she said as she looked at the opening above her. She then sucked in a bunch of air and said "Heeeeeeeey! Anyone out there!" Gible responded with a "Gib! Gibleeeee!" and they both waited for someone or something to come help them.

Ah! He had caught someone! A squealing hiss sound echoed into the air, bumping and vibrating on the walls before falling silent again. "SABLE!" the Sableye called down to the girl and her pokemon teasingly. He'd beat them! Hah! He was the best trap setter in the entire world! Screw that guy from that movie with the dog thing in it that he had happened to-- ;-; see when he... still had his trainer.... No! He wouldn't think about that! He was having fun right now, right? Yes, yes he was! "Eyeeeee," he called even more teasingly than before before turning around and shaking the lack of tail he had. Ha-ha! He was better than some kid and her pokemon! Better than all the people! He was the bestest best best!
Meanwhile, a Lapras who had finally managed to catch the Sableye in the act of pranking someone, looked out from behind the bolder she had been hiding behind and used a quick Ice Beam at the Dark/Ghost type who was hit and startled by the reaction. Crying out, the Sableye went falling into the hole with Anya and her Gible. Well... that was a quick turn of events now wasn't it? Uh-Oh.... |

Anya looked mad when she saw the Sableye teasing her and Gible. She began to stomp up and down on one foot. "Hey! You there! Stop that or else!" he began to laugh as Gible saw Anya's expression and said "Gib Gible!" with an angry expression. Anya then tried to climb out of the hole before she heard and attack ring out and the Sableye fell into the hole with the other two. Anya turned to the Sableye and said "Apologize! And I may not hurt you Sableye!" to reinforce this comment Gible got into a fighting postion but then Anya realized something...who sent the pokemon into the hole? She turned to Gible and said "Watch this Sableye and make sure he doesn't try anything!" she then looked up in the air and said "Hello! Is someone up there? If they are can you please help us!" she cried out hoping that whatever was up there would come and help them.

The Sableye made somewhat of a hissing sound and backed up as much as he could while standing there in the hole. He really didn't want a battle... seeing as he was far from the strongest, and this was a Dragon after all. He was more of a prankster, and ... well... now his prank was against him. Despite his coward nature, he wasn't going to apologize! Not for his fun!
The Lapras's ears caught the sound of Anya's calls, and rather than start away again, she seemed to tense and quickly start over towards the hole. Looking down into the hole, she called down. "Lap....rassss!" she called down in a worried tone. Had someone been hurt? D: =3= That stupid Sableye. |

Gible stood facing the Sableye with a general determined stare on his face. No matter what he wasn't going to let Anya down when she asked him to keep an eye on the Tricky ghost pokemon so as the Sableye backed up Gible bared it's teeth and said "GIB GIBLE!" while most larger pokemon would've just laughed when they saw such a small dragon pokemon try and act tough Gible hoped that the Sableye wouldn't acknowledge the fact that Gible was not evolved yet nor had much battle experience.
Anya saw the Lapras peer down into the hole and called up waving saying "Lapras! Can you help me and my Gible get out of here some how?" she pondered for a moment and then forgot that Lapras don't have arms or some sort of way to grip things so Anya said "Hey Lapras! Maybe you can use a water technique to help us fill the hole and float out?" she hoped this Lapras wouldn't be scared off by her bold statements and would at least stick around so she could thank it properly.

The Gible in question would never know how much the actual 'threats' of sorts that he was revealing with his words and actions scared the Sableye, in truth. Wut. Oh Arceus. This Dragon type was going to eat him! Possibly because of a psychological defense mechanism, the Sableye found himself grinning despite his anxiety. <Did you like my joke?> he asked after a few seconds directing his words at the Gible.
Luckily for the young girl, the Lapras began to understand what Anya meant for the most part. "Ras!" she called nodding her head before slowly forming a Rain Dance. Somewhere in the cave, water shifted, and in another moment, clouds formed and began to dump water down into the hole.
Possibly because he hadn't been paying close attention to what the girl was saying to the Lapras, the Sableye quite literally panicked upon finding the hole filling with water now. <We're going to drown!> he shouted horrified. Flailing his arms about, the Sbaleye would probably have run in a circle, but he found himself still pressed up against the side of the hole in fear of the Dragon pokemon. |

Gible looked at the Sableye in a funny way..was it actually scared of him? o3o Gible wasn't particularly scary and he didn't think he was going to hurt the Sableye so he kinda relaxed and sat there staring at it.
Anya saw the water coming from the Lapras and ran over to grab Gible as the water started flooding the hole with more and more speed. She reached a hand out for the Sableye and said "Take my hand if you want to survive!" she didn't like this pokemon but she wasn't going to let him drown there if all possible.

The Sableye's gem-eyes seemed to somehow bulge as the water continued to fill the hole, and he quite literally shrieked in fear. However, when the girl told him to take her hand, he seemed to snap back into a bit more of reality. Rather than just take her hand, the Sableye quite literally took Anya's wrist and arm and clung to it chatting his teeth in panic. Dx He was going to drown! Oh no no no no no ;3; !!!

As the water began to fill the hole Anya held Sableye on one arm above her head and Gible on the other. She could tell that the ghost type didn't like being in the water and Gible being part ground type didn't like water either so she swam up and out of the hole with her feet only. Which was relatively hard to do as most people would swim with their arms but no matter what she didn't want to see the pokemon she was with hurt.
Once they got to the top of the hole Anya rolled off of the side of it and landed next to the Lapras who had saved them. She began to dry herself off as Gible shook himself dry and Anya looked towards the Lapras and said "Thank you...if there's any way I can repay you..just let me know!" she then looked towards Sableye and said "AND YOU! Now that I saved your life! You owe me!" Anya stood with her hands on her hips "How are you gonna fix this!" she said with a pout on her face as Gible said "Gib Gible!" trying once again to be threatening.

Upon finding himself raised up, the Sableye continued to fumble and shake slightly even as the girl preformed a minor miracle of keeping him above water and getting all the way to the top. Upon finding himself on land again, the Sableye quite literally flopped down on the ground like some beached fish. Upon fully seeing the girl, the Lapras smiled and rubbed her head up against Anya. "Ras..." she cooed slightly telling the girl that it was alright and that she was glad to help.
Upon being suddenly thrown back into the center of attention, the Sableye quickly shoved himself up and backed up slightly only to find himself being leered at by the Lapras and threatened once again by the frickin Dragon that terrified him so. "I......" he stated quietly. Wait... had he just spoken or was that just a 'eye' sound? "I'm sorry..." Oh hey... it wasn't. The Sableye spoke in somewhat of a scratchy voice but was doing his best to make the right sounds.

Anya giggled at the Lapras showing affection to her. It was odd but Anya seemed to like huge pokemon based on the ones she had caught before and used in battle. So she literally hugged the Lapras' head and said to her in a very gentle tone "Lapras you live here right? Would you like to show us around the cave system?" she smiled and then turned back to the Sableye who suddenly..Spoke?!? Anya had a look of surprise on her face and said to it (knowing it could now understand her) "Well Sableye...since you got us into this predicament! I'm not letting you off this easy without some sort of reprimation!" she pointed at it "You will come with us as we tour the caves! Or pay the price!" with that statement Gible growled and called out "Gib Gible!" while opening it's wide mouth at the Sableye in a display of dominance.

The Lapras hummed softly to the child gladly showing affection back. She was a gentle giant of sorts, and a child in the caverns, though unexpected, was a nice surprise. At the question of showing the group around, the Lapras smiled and nodded her head. She wouldn't mind that~ The girl was certainly cute and polite enough to ask~
As Anya became more serious and turned to the Sableye, the Lapras became serious as well and looked sternly at the young pokemon she had helped reprimand more or less. The Gible's threats were enough to make the Sableye pay attention and sweat drop greatly. What? Go on a... :/ Well that was kinda... odd? But it was better than being locked up! So... >>; <<; ok? After a few seconds, he nodded his head before squeaking out something of a 'kay' sound from his mouth. He probably could have spoken more formally, but at the moment, he was too nervous with the big dragon and the large Lapras around to really speak correctly. They were just too scary!
After a moment, the Lapras nodded her head at the Sableye before making a motion towards the water and then starting to slide towards it. It was much easier for her to swim in the river rather than crawl along the surface there.

"Thank you Lapras!" said Anya as she nodded happily. "And thank you Sableye." she said less happily as she walked next to the Lapras who was swimming in the water. Gible moved behind the Sableye and growled as he made to have the Sableye go with them without running away. Anya moved down the cave and began to talk to the two pokemon as well as Gible "You see...Gible and I came here to train and find more friends to travel with us..." she paused before saying "And I mean...you guys can always come with us...but if not it's nice for you to escort us through this place! We appreciate it!" She smiled at Gible who responded with a happy "Gib!" and they went on looking for more pokemon.

The Sableye hesitated for a moment, but at the Gible's reactions, he quickly followed after Anya trying his best not to freak out. Meanwhile, the Lapras stroked her fins in the water and swam slowly through the cavern. "Laprassss" she hummed softly to herself as Anya spoke. The girl was rather cute, indeed. Looking up at the rocks and gems that light the hole area, she called a rather gentle note that vibrated the cavern harmoniously. Whether she was just demonstrating the sound vibrations in the cave or actually singing was left up for debate, but the light tone certainly conveyed a good mood.
Deeper into the cavern, a Clefairy could be seen scrubbing a rather large shimmering stone with what appeared to be a piece of moss.

"Ooooh!" said Anya noting the cute pink pokemon ahead of them "A Clefairy! Alright Gible! Let's get it!" She pointed at the Clefairy "Go up to it and show it you mean business!" Gible growled at the Sableye meaning for it to stay put and ran forwards with a cry of "GIB!" and stood in front of the Clefairy showing that it meant business. Anya was going to see how the pokemon would react before she attacked it since that wasn't her style particualrily

The Sableye flinched a little at the Gible's motions and sighed when the dragon addressed someone else. The Lapras looked confused for a moment before looking at Anya questionably. The Clefairy, however, looked up and seemed to blink for a few seconds before giggling, holding up the moss she had been using to clean the rock with, and rubbing it on the Gible instead effectively 'cleaning' him too! She bet he would look really good all nice and squeaky clean!

When Anya saw the Clefairy clean Gible she effectively sweatdropped and literally stood there in a paused, blank sort of state for a bit. Gible was a little taken aback from the cleaning attempt as he struggled to move out of the way. He was a ground type...they usually didn't get cleaned up too much so he kinda turned and looked at Anya who snapped back into reality at this point and walked over to the Clefairy. "Hey..you know we're trying to get you? Not get clean..." she bent down and placed her hands on her knees making eye contact with the pokemon. Gible was more of less trying to figure out why another pokemon had tried to clean him so in kinda a shocked state he moved back over towards where the Sableye and Lapras were.

The Clefairy looked at Anya and blinked for a few moments. Get? Eh? Oh well hello wasn't this a cute girl? Raising the moss again, the Clefairy made to brush it gently up against Anya effectively 'cleaning' her as well. "Fairy!" she smiled lightly not really getting the idea that the girl was purposing a battle at all. The Lapras blinked before laughing in understanding while the Sableye fidgeted slightly and sweat dropped greatly.
