Cassi waved back to the woman she had helped.
"That was reward enough, right guys?" She asked her pokemon. Solo nodded and floated arounded her head. The others shrugged or didn't really answer. The girl gave a half smile, "Yeah I didn't think so either." Cassandra laughed a little, "But who cares?"
She wasn't especially interested in the group of men that passed by, but she was bored enough to follow them. Eros lit up when he saw the group and walked at his trainer's side.
<See any that you like?> He asked lightly. Cassandra shot him a poisonous look, the usual stare Eros received when he tried to push her into romance. He backed off a little, <Sorry..> The trainer stroked her absol's head, "It's ok." She looked behind her shoulder to see her birds flying close overhead. |

The men and the young boy eventually came to a large area with a few other people. A male performer was calling out pokemon and orders making a large almost coordinator spectacle. A few that watched seemed to nod to themselves as though it was a very good performance.

Cassi stopped and joined the people that had assembled in the area. Her shiny absol sat down beside her and watched quietly. The Togetic and Noctowl rested on her shoulders while Razorblade perched on a nearby tree.
Cassandra was visibly enthralled by the performance that the man put on. She loved watching anything that involved a crowd, and this also had to do with pokemon! The purple haired girl clapped loudly and grinned at the man. She had never heard of coordinating or pokemon contests before, and this spectacle was amazing! |

The man took out a pokeball and released a Kirlia. "Time for the grand finale! Shirori! You know what to do!" the man called. The Kirlia grinned and spun before releasing a Psychic and causing herself to float in the air as she went on dancing the entire way. The man then called on one of his pokemon that was already out, a Pichu, and told it to use Double Team. The Pichu quickly made copies of herself and danced as well. Soon enough, the performance had finished, and the man bowed along with his pokemon. "If you wish to see the show again~! Look up Belis's Traveling Performers!" he called. Those that watched clapped and then slowly started to depart. The man began to clean up as everything ended.

Cassandra appraised the spectacular show with her grin firmly in place. She went on clapping even as the performance ended. The woman decided that she needed to figure out exactly what that was. Cassi made her way through the thinning group of people to the coordinator.
"Excuse me," She said brightly while watching him clean, "Belis?" She hoped that she got the name right. "What exactly was that?" |

The man finished packing and looked towards Cassandra. "Heh, Belis is my last name," he answered back with a smile. "My first name is Landon," he answered back. "And as to that... it was a coordinator performance of course~"

Cassi put her hand out for the man to shake if he pleased,
"My name's Cassandra." She said happily. The girl pursed her lips and thought about what he had said. Well, she had no idea what a coordinator was. Feeling rather stupid she asked, "Uhm, what IS a coordinator performance?"

The man blinked at the question but took the hand and shook it managing to keep his face light. "A coordinator performance is one given to make pokemon look the best they can by issuing out moves in different ways and making it all look right. It's one big performance, really," he answered back. "There are many coordinator halls outside of this area..."

If she had been sitting, the girl would be at the edge of her seat - she was that excited.
"You mean, you perform with pokemon?" She asked, her mind whirling with possibilities. He said that there were halls devoted to this in other places...What about Era? "Sir, do you know if there are any coordinator halls in Era?" |

The man put a hand to his chin and seemed to think. "I have been up and down the region but not everywhere. So far I haven't found any halls here," he answered back. "It's sad, really. There could be such promise in coordinator competitions here." The Kirlia that was still out seemed to dance over then and there and bent low in a bow towards the purple haired woman.

Her attention then returned to the man she spoke to. A slight frown curved upon her mouth. She was disappointed in Era for not having contest halls or even opportunities for Pokemon contests. If they were present in other regions, maybe she should visit them? To see more of what Landon had done with his pokemon was a great motivator for that idea. However, this region was her home, and something held her back from leaving it even to go to Orre. Immediately her brother came to mind, but she dismissed that thought. Cassandra may have still cared for Jack and liked being in the same region as him, but he couldn't be the thing tying her to Era..could he? "That is a shame," She agreed wholeheartedly, "I would definitely be interested in competing if I could." The woman continued, "You see, I'm already a performer of sorts." Cassi brought one leg up behind her head to rest on her shoulder and grinned proudly. "But the idea of performing with my pokemon! Upon seeing the motion of the purple haired woman, the man's eyes grew and then relaxed again as a smile stayed on his face. "Ah... very flexible then," he answered back nodding his head a bit. "Quite impressive." He nodded his head a bit at this and then seemed to bring a finger to his chin before his eye caught the Kirlia who was more or less trying desperately to mimic the woman's motions for one reason or another. However, her face was grimacing rather hard, and she looked a bit beyond general stressed. "Shiori, you might not want to try that," he commented aloud towards the Kirlia who finally sighed and relaxed herself again simply resorting to spinning a bit as though to try and disregard any concern that might have come from either human at that point. Landon found himself laughing a bit and eventually shook his head before looking back at Cassandra. "Well it's certainly never late to try and preform with your pokemon," he answered back with a lighter smile than before. "I'm sure it would be quite interesting to see what you could pull out of your hat."
