Golden eyes opened suddenly as the man sat up in the bed, panting softly. Damn... another nightmare? When would they end? Running a hand through his black hair, he looked at the clock next to his bed which read 9:30. They had slept awhile now, but, as it seemed when he looked at the bed next to his, Oz had no plans of waking for awhile.

Sliding out of the bed, Raven grabbed his white shirt from the back of a chair and slid it on before clasping it shut. The shirt was quickly followed by his gloves, white cravat and trench coat. All silently placed on his form so not to wake his slumbering partner. Sitting on the side of his bed, he watched Oz sleep, the emotions playing on his young face as he slid his boots on. Should he leave him a note so the other wouldn't worry about where he had gone should he wake?

No... he shouldn't be gone that long. Standing up, he moved toward the door of the hotel room and placed his hand around the knob when a rather sudden shuffling on the bed stopped him, a groggy, sleep ridden voice calling out. "Gil?"

"Yes, Oz?"

"Where are you going?" The boy sat up in bed and asked, rubbing his eyes.

"To get something to eat for dinner. You stay here and rest some more, I'll be back soon." He answered the other with a smile before leaving the room, knowing that the boy would be fine without him. Quickly making his way from the hotel, Raven stepped outside in the cool fall night and took a deep breath. The air was so fresh out here, it was wonderful.

But he didn't want to be out here... alone. He wanted to get back to Oz as soon as he could. Turning left, then right, Raven thought about which way would be the best way to go for finding a good market or a food cart to purchase some dinner. With a shrug, he turned to the left and made his way down the street.

With a nod the young Shinx walked slightly ahead. A Mightyena and a Houndoom walking besides a man, with both his hands in his pockets, smoking a cigarette. An Absol is also seen walking a short distance behind the troop.

Staying silent, the man took his cigarette and threw it at the floor, using his foot to put it out. They were next to the local market as they were in need of some supplies plus Rico, the man, had heard of someone with a bounty on their head laying low around the area.

"Luxena try not to wonder off ok?" Rico called out as he looked over various different fruit. The young Shinx nodded as it scanned the area just in case. The Absol then walked over to it, sensing that the young pokemon was on edge. "Just calm down, we're perfectly fine"[/i] She said, trying to reassure the Shinx.

As the ball at his hip wiggled slightly, Gil looked down and sighed softly, unable to hold back a smile. Grabbing the ball, he released his Absol, Kage, who yawned and stretched. It had been awhile since it had been the two of them, and it felt kinda good. As they moved through the city together, the man laid a hand on the pokemon's head, scratching lightly, resulting in a purr from the dark type.

Coming to a stop as Gil's golden eyes laid on something in an off road, he turned to face it. Before him was a large market, with many smells that floated over to him, beckoning him to come closer. How could he deny it? It smelled so good?

Making his way into the market, the man slid his hands into his pockets, eying several stands as he made his way past them. Nothing on any of them caught his eye. He huffed slightly as his stomach made a small rumble. Man, if he was hungry enough for his stomach to protest, he didn't want to think of poor Oz.

Ahead of them, walked a man with a couple large canine pokemon out, which immediately caught the attention of Kage. He didn't like how it looked, and it brought a deep growl from the dark type as his eyes narrowed. Hearing this, Gil groaned as he looked ahead, picking out what he believed to be what was bothering Kage, not that it was hard to guess. "Dammit, I don't want any trouble..." He muttered as he tried to lead his Absol off to the side to no avail.

Picking up a delicious looking apple, Rico took a bite out of it as he carried over some groceries to the shop owner. As he reached into his bag to take out his wallet, Rico looked over at his Shinx for a moment before laughing softly.

Smiling down at the small Shinx, Absol remembered how she used to be when she was around her age, quite similar to the way Luxena was now. As she was reminded of her life before, she was in turn, reminded also about how grateful she secretly was to Rico.

Walking calmly and relaxed next to Rico, Fuego yawned lightly before getting a faint smile of something in the near distance. Sniffing the air before the tiniest of smiles crept up on his face as he walked off from the group.

Wondering what Fuego was doing, Fuerza tilted his head slightly before looking up at his trainer who seemed to know what the Houndoom was doing. Sighing slightly, Fuerza glanced around quickly, stopping his gaze over a trainer and its Absol. Staring for a second at them, Fuerza turned away, thinking nothing of it.

After paying for the items, Rico called his pokemon to follow him as he begun to walk to where he believed with certainty his Houndoom was. It wasn't the first time he had done this and Rico knew his major weakness.
