Why is it that girls that weigh more than 100 pounds are rare in media, and anyone over 150 is nigh nonexistant? >3< This is even worse in videogames. Augh.

I'm trying to find a base sprite for Soleh, because it's clear that my real-photo-into-sprite attempt was..."meh" at best. The part that didn't suck was SG's work on the face.

But yeah, Soleh's a big girl. But I've found all of ONE heavyset girl in ALL the DS titles on Spriter's Resource, and to be honest...I didn't know it was a girl until they called her a "she" in the game. (Her boobs coulda totally been moobs, and I thought they were at first.) (...Incidentally, I know this 'cause it was a Layton game. Then again, that game's not INTENDED to be sexually-driven at ALL unlike say possibly Final Fantasy. FR SRSLY. (There ARE certain fans that think Layton's teh smex, but that's another story xDD;) )

So I'm left with no base sprite. And I'm complaining D< because I'm mad and I agree with Mika in "Big Girls (You Are Beautiful)" and dammit I want to make Soleh a sprite.

...x3 Yuki's sprite wasn't that bad, and I wouldn't mind helping on the face part again you know.. Why don't you download a few Slider mods for Sims and pixel-over a full-body shot as a base? x3 Or alternatively, say screw sprites and just use Sims for pics like SG was lazy and did? xP

xD man I would LOVE to do that. But there are a few problems with using Sims.

a) the CD is back in Ohio and it won't start without the CD
b) I LEFT the CD in Ohio because after my lappy's bitch-fit over the summer, it won't run Sims past the start menu. Says there ISN'T a graphics card AT ALL. xD I dunno if that's true or not--the problems post-bitch fit are more than just graphical things, but yeah. Also my desktop--which I may and may not even have the power cable for because I STILL haven't cleaned my desk xD;--was waaay slow with Sims 2 and would auto-crash if I changed the visual settings at ALL (even turning them down) from default, so I never bothered installing Sims 3 on it.

And by christmastime--when I should be getting a new laptop to replace this one--my sister will (probably) (hopefully not) be back home, and if she is she'll prolly claim Sims as she's the one who bought it anyway. xD; and then left it at home when she went off to college.

So yeah. Reason is basically because my computer sucks SO much ass it's not funny. no really.

Oh, and also: I know Yuki's sprite wasn't BAD, but it wasn't GOOD either, and if quality had been proportional to effort it SHOULD have been damn fucking awesome.

and o3o if you wanna try, that'd be awesome. I found an image by chance that I'm well on my way into making 'doll'/sprite of her, and while it's not EXACTLY what I wanted, the girl was just wearing a bathing-suit so I can put her in whatever I want and stuff. 83 But a Sims Soleh woul be epic, too. x3

xD Thaz okayz. x3 And Lilah is more than just a little pudgy too, but I did mean all around, like that whopping six inches of height difference too. Proportionately I think Soleh'd be a bit bigger but not just overly massively so.

On that note, what would you describe Soleh's proportions/overall shape as in one or two words? (Like, 'square', 'egg', 'apple', 'pear', ' "healthy" hourglass', etc?)

x3 kk~ she's definitely pretty pear-shaped, though there's not an extreme difference of any sort. She's DEFINITELY got a belly, and her boobs are moderately large, but they don't seem quite as hugenormous as they would on a skinny girl. xD

..Annd because sometimes I suck at describing what I see in my head...

...basically this image looks almost exactly like Soleh except the hair and the nose should be a teeeeensy bit smaller and rounder. I ofund it early in my search but it's not conducive to making a sprite, soo...xD; yar.
