The Miltank covered her ears in pain and growled at the Eevee Hybrid before aiming a stomp at the pesky Pokemon's head.

The Skorupi continued to follow Ember and came to a stop before jumping up on the Ponyta's back. It seemed that she didn't want to leave; rather she was curious what they were doing out here and watched the battle in fascination.

[Jay]

Ember tensed and nearly reared when the other pokemon jumped on her back. Nero turned her head, sighed, and reached forwards picking up the Skorupi and setting it back on the ground. After this, Ember seemed to calm down a bit. Nero did not order any sort of attack on the Miltank and simply watched Finn work with it. Ember looked down at the Skorupi and sighed thankful that she didn't have to shake something off her back.

[Puppet]

A sharp yelp cut off the voice attack as Nakka's head got stomped on. Quickly backing away, a growl rumbled deep in his throat. Finn wasn't sure that the inexperienced pup could handle the Miltank, but he was willing to give him the chance. Nakka suddenly lifted his head into the air, closing his eyes. It looked like he was praying, but really he was using Wish, a move that would restore his health...at some point later on. His red gaze was riveted upon the Miltank then, and using Detect, prepared himself for it's next move.

The Miltank glared at Nakka and Growled at him before shaking her head and simply pushing the pup out of the way, not interested in battling evidentally.

The Skorupi was a little surprised when she was set down by the trainer but didn't object. Instead, she approached the battle and used Pin Missile on the Miltank, eager to help in any way she could.

The Miltank cried out in pain and glared at the offender before charging at the Skorupi with Zen Headbutt.

Seeing the Miltank charge at her seemed to change the Skorupi's mind and she quickly fled and ran behind the Ponyta while the Miltank was coming straight for them.

[Jay]

The Zen Headbutt crashed into Ember, and she cried out in pain and nearly fell back. Regaining her stance with care, the fire horse looked suddenly very angrily at the Miltank. "Don't let it get away with that," Nero's calm voice said aloud as she watched the attack. "Flamewheel as payback." With that, the Ponyta lashed out forming flames around herself before charging towards the Miltank. The once calm quiet creature was now angry and wasn't about to stop until at least one of her attacks hit.

[Puppet]

The little hybrid seemed surprised to be dismissed so easily, and watched with interest as the events began to unfold.Tromping back over to Finn, the pokemon looked up for further instructions. "Bite it." the trainer said, pointing back towards the battle. From his master's side, the pup sprinted towards the battle, and tried using a Crunch on the Miltank's tail.

The Miltank was hit by the flame wheel and was knocked backwards. She was about to retaliate with another Zen Headbutt when she felt something clamp down on her tail. Crying out in pain and outrage, the Miltank decided against the Zen Headbutt and instead rolled up into a ball (with the little Eevee Hybrid still on her tail) and used Rollout on the Ponyta.

The Skorupi decided against helping this time, seeing as her last little 'act of bravery' had resulted in her new friend getting hurt. She felt horrible for it, and wanted to apologize but now the Ponyta was in the middle of battling the Miltank so the Skorupi decided to wait over by Nero and see what the outcome would be.

[Jay]

"Bounce," was the order, and the Ponyta quickly jumped out of the way of the Miltank soaring a bit above in before suddenly charging downwards again to finish her attack. Nero watched unblinkingly and rather placid overall as if she were watching some sort of in-flight movie or something that was slightly boring her.

[Puppet]

Instead of pulling away when the Miltank began to move, the inexpirenced pup just bit down harder so as to not get knocked off. So as the bovine barreled forward, he got smashed under her weight time after time. He timed his release with the Ponyta's fall, and got flung into the air. Hitting the ground with a dull thud, he laid there with the wind and energy thoroughly knocked out of him.

Finn tossed a different pokeball into the air, and out appeared Rue. The shiny poochyena was more expirienced than his children, and might get the opportunity to demonstrate in front of one. "Alright Rue, show this cow how it's done." The dog nodded quickly, then sprang forward in a Faint Attack.

The Miltank was none to pleased that her attack had missed the Ponyta, but at least she had gotten that pesky pokemon off her tail...
The Miltank was distracted with the new pokemon entering the battle that she failed to remember that the Ponyta was still in the air and took the Bounce attack at full force, falling to the ground with a thud before the faint attack hit her as well.
The consecutive attacks had made the Miltank take a lot of damage and she was growing tired. Getting up once again, she aimed yet another Rollout at the Ponyta and Poochyena.

The Skorupi continued to watch the battle, wanting to help but knew that if she did that she would just end up getting in the way like last time.

Nero winced a bit at seeing the Rollout hit her Ponyta and causing Ember to fall back in pain. Regaining her stance, the fire horse shook her head defiantly. "Flamethrower," Nero's voice called aloud, and with that, Ember breathed inwards and released the attack.
