[While what remains of the tower still seems suitable for all the Pokemon here- it still being tall enough to attract roosting birds and the magnetic 'mon largely taking refuge in the still-somewhat-in-tact peak of the tower that now lays on the ground- they are all rarer than before since the explosion.
Mods, until the end of the year, please precede all spawn rolls with one d2, where 1 means "nothing showed up". Through the month of January, change that to a d3, and in February a d4, all with the same 1 = none rule. This should reflect well enough the sudden decline of Pokemon and slow return/repopulation.]
