[Ezio]

A smile grew on Ezio's face as he witnessed the beauty of Glass Island. Lots of variety to train up his pokemon and he had even heard rumours of a fire breathing dragon living around these parts. Even if he doesn't find that red dragon, he could still train up his pokemon.

Placing his hand under his shirt, Ezio closed his eyes and picked two pokeballs at random. Opening his eyes to see what pokemon had been released, Ezio was happy to see his Beldum and Horsea patiently awaiting his instructions.

Looking ahead, Ezio walked on. "Let's go guys, time for training." He called out to them as they quickly caught up to him. Even though originally he had only planned this to be a training session, a Charizard was a too good a pokemon to avoid capturing.

[★ Ryuujin !]

From up ahead, a young pokemon, playful, seemed to be chasing small plant life that floated on the air, yipping happily at it. Though suddenly, the pokemon paused and turned its head to face the direction he heard a humans voice. Quieting himself, he moved forward to where the human was, looking around a rock at him, "Electrike..." it muttered with eyes narrowed

[Ezio]

Ezio, being who he was and concentrating mainly on only finding a Charizard, failed to pick up the Electrike. Walking on ahead oblivious, it wasn't clear if Ezio would notice any other pokemon other than a Charizard. Metallic on the other hand, was much more suspicious and wary to her surroundings.

Moving slightly ahead of Ezio, she managed to catch a glimpse of the Electrike. "Bel! Bel dum bel!"[/i] Metallic called out to her trainer as a stern expression filled her face as she stared intently at a large rock where she was certain the pokemon was.

Wondering what his Beldum was doing, Ezio's curiosity quickly went away as he noticed his pokemon's expression and at what she was looking at. "Find something? A pokemon? Perhaps a Charizard even?" Ezio's face lit up at the prospect as he placed a hand on another couple of pokeballs, his Flygon's and his Garchomp's, prepared to use them just in case.

[★ Ryuujin !]

Upon hearing the Beldum, the fur of the Electrike fluffed out like that of a scared cat as he grit his teeth and growled, creeping out from behind the rock. Narrowing his eyes, the electric type looked at Ez with great determination before glancing up at the Beldum who gave his position away.

[Ezio]

Filled with great expectation, Ezio's head dropped as he saw the Electrike. Not at all what he expected. Sighing before looking back at the Electrike, Ezio tilted his head to the side. Whilst her trainer thought about what to do, Metallic had now positioned herself to be in between her trainer and the Electrike.

As she let of a soft growl, Ezio received an idea. "Say Meta, perhaps you would like to battle this Electrike? We can use this as training." Ezio said to the young steel type. Looking up at her trainer, she wondered what Ezio meant by that.

[Prince Pony Age]

...What? Why wasn't it attacking? Hrm. Starting a fight he could've avoided would be a bad idea...but to be prepared, the Electrike began making and storing as much electricity as he could. [That's the move Charge, btw, if it wasn't clear. ^^;]

[Ezio]

"Haha, it's a battle then!" Ezio called out whilst laughing as he looked back at the Electrike. As Metallic's body shined in the light, she charged ahead with Take Down. "It would be better if Beldums could learn other attacks but this will have to do" Ezio thought to himself as he watched the battle begin.

[Prince Pony Age]

The Electrike flinched from the physical attack, but unleashed his stored electricity regardless. The Discharge filled the surrounding air with electricity, though of course it was somewhat erratic.

While the Beldum could well have dodged, her proximity to the Electrike and the (admittedly little) damage she took from her recoil attack did make it somewhat unlikely.

[Ezio]

Picking up Seandra in his arms, Ezio whispered to her. "Study this battle, learn how the opponent moves then look at Meta. See their weaknesses and advantages." He told her. Even though she wasn't battle, his Horsea could still learn and be able to train mentally.

With Seandra now focused on the battle, Ezio could now give his full attention to how his Beldum did. Moving away from the Electrike to build up momentum for another Take Down attack, it barely felt the Discharge attack.

The Take Down hit the Electrike head-on, and the Electrike stumbled a bit. He kept his footing, though, and managed to use Thunder Wave, hoping to stop those rather painful attacks (at least some of the time).

Taking the full blast of the Thunder Wave, Ezio began to worry that this battle was going to go all downhill from here but Meta didn't seemed to be hurt, but yet she still couldn't move. Confused for a moment, Ezio shook his head as he realized the attack was actually Thunder Wave and his Beldum was just probably paralyzed.

Confused as to why she couldn't move properly as she wanted to, Meta starting becoming agitated. What had that Electrike done to her? Agitated and frustrated, Meta used Iron Head, not exactly sure how she knew that move.

"Wait... What attack is that?" Ezio found himself asking as he watched Metallic.
