Personality: Totodile is quite hyper and spastic, often wandering off on Oz when he sees something of interest. He loves to ride on Oz's shoulders, peering over his head.

Personality: Rai is determined and headstrong, he won't give up up until he makes his goal. Though, despite being serious in nature, the electric pokemon is extremely playful.
