The silver Eevee was recoiled by his own move and he fell to the ground, his fangs grit as he quickly looked back up at the other, uncaring if it was shiny or not - he wouldn't let him hurt his trainer! Trying to dodge the wing attack, Strata yelped lightly as it grazed across his hip, causing the small pokemon to limp. Turning, he opened his maw as wide as he could and released a Cannon attack toward the bird. Ryuu, on the other hand, found the fact that it was shiny quiet interesting - he wanted it.

[Jay]

The Cannon struck the Taillow causing the bird pokemon to falter for half a second. However, the bird pokemon shook his head violently for a moment and then charged again with an Aerial Ace this time making himself faster and hoping to do damage as harshly as he had been done.

With another yelp, Strata found himself knocked backward by the attack and slid across the floor to Ryuu's side. <You won't attack my master!> He cried out, ready for another attack as a hand fell on his back. Ears rose as he looked back at Ryuuga, another ball in his hand. Within moments, a Meowth stood before the two, stretching and yawning before realizing the situation, lowering down onto all fours as it stared up at the Taillow. "Thunderbolt." And with that, Yuu cried out and released the electric attack toward the bird.

[Jay]

The Taillow was struck hard by the electrical attack and cried out in pain falling back and onto the floor twitching a moment in paralysis. After a moment, he forced himself back up again and cried out his name before charging towards the Meowth with an Aerial Ace.

[★ Ryuujin !]

Smirking at the bird's determination, Ryuu quickly looked from it to the feline that stood before him on all fours, tail swaying, ready for the next command. Of course, Yuu knew she was able to make moves on her own, but somehow, rarely did. Although Ryuuga wasn't bothered by it, he wondered if that would change any with evolution. Only time would tell, and this battle would bring it closer. "Yuu, use Aerial Ace. Try to hit it head on." With another cry, the Meowth raced toward the Taillow, her body glowing as she leaped toward the bird with her own attack.

[Jay]

The two Aerial Aces collided, and a cry of pain escaped the Taillow as he fell back again and twitched on the ground from the paralysis. He couldn't seem to get back up despite his tries. Dang it.
