Personality: Togepi is very childish and cute. She is much more danger prone than other Togepi, so Ilia has to constantly watch her. The two are very close after spending so much time together. Togepi is always very happy, which keeps Mijumaru and Nala happy as well. On occasion Togepi will get upset and cry, but feeding her always helps.
