It's so cold[open]

It was cold, not like cold but freezing. The snowstorm had been going on for awhile now. If it was not for Riv being injured, it would have been easy to get to these caves. As they got there gently, Serenity set her down on the cave floor. His trainer was passed out cold, her breath seen as she held onto her shoulder witch had been hit by a falling part of the ice. The absol sat next to his trainer lowering his head over her body to try and keep her warm. It was times like this when he hated seeing her like this.

The cave was not very warm compared to the outside, it was better then nothing though. As he tried to warm up his trainer he looked deeper into the cave but stayed where he was for the time being. He was tempted to go explore but he was smart enough to know his trainer could die from the cold.

"Glace glace~!" The cry was carried into the wind as the blue ice type ran through the snow, followed by another who quickly kept her speed. The female who led the pair, a shiny Glaceon, unlike her normal colored partner, continued to cry out, following the scent which she had picked up not too far from where her trainer had been working. The snow was blowing sideways, thick and hard, and she knew that while the two of them would have no problem moving through it, her trainer would have more difficulties - and would most likely lose them. Her cries were her hope that she would be able to lead the boy to the source of the scent - which she found to be a cave, or inside of it, she assumed. Turning to the other, She barked out a small order, which he nodded to before turning back and disappearing into the snow.

With a satisfied nod, Kit turned back to the cave and leaped through the snow into the opening. With her ears perked, she slowly crept into the cave, her eyes searching the darkness for any sign of life. Before long, her nose let her straight to the source and she felt her heart drop along with her ears. They needed help, and fast. Turning back to the opening of the cave, she gazed out into the snow for awhile before stamping her paw. Where were they? No matter... Turning back to the two, she slowly came out from behind the rock that hid her and cautiously approached the two <H-hi there... I have help coming...> She spoke softly to the Absol with a smile before looking back at the cave opening, her tail wagging suddenly as her partner returned.

"Gla-glaceon glace~" He proclaimed proudly as he shook his pelt from the snow, their white haired trainer walking in shortly after, removing his hood. Peeking out from under his jacket, Tim - a young looking Pichu, rose his ears as he climbed onto the boy's shoulder, pulling at the fabric and pointing to the human and her pokemon. With silver eyes landing on them, the boy froze and fell silent - d-damn... With a pokemon by the person's side, Akira had no clue if it would let him close to the trainer or not, but he had to try... no? I mean, he couldn't just leave her here. Taking few steps forward, Akira cleared his throat, "Hey there... Can I take a look?"

Absol watched the entrance now as a pokemon came in. Told him help was coming, thank god. Serenity knew that at times like this he could not afford to fight and risk getting Riv hurt more. If it wasn't at all being she was so cold. Normally Riv could get through the pain of getting blood drawn from her shoulder like this. Yet it seemed the cold had made her wound worse. Over her red jacket it was hard to see how much blood she had lost.

Watching closely he watched as the male trainer moved forward. He wasn't very fond of the idea at the moment but he knew to be smarter then that. He just hoped houndoom and electrike were alright. They had been lost in the storm after Riv had gotten hurt and fainted. Serenity narrowed his eyes at the male trainer, <I have no choice but to trust you, don't try anything funny> he said and backed away exposing the unconscious Riv to him.

Rivaxorus had some of her red jacket torn, her hand was grasped onto her wound. Her breath coming out in staggers. She was so cold, and she couldn't wake up that was her fear. Cringing in pain, she hoped it would all be over soon. She didn't want Ghost and Slash being out in the cold too long, but they should be fine. Riv was still in the darkness though.

Smiling as the Absol backed away, Kit moved a little closer to her mate, the male Glaceon nuzzling her, <He's a kind man, he won't harm her.> She tried to reassure the dark type who was obviously displeased at the idea of letting someone close to his trainer. He was protective, that was obvious, and hell... she could relate, they all could - they all wished to keep Akira safe, as he had done for them. But her words spoke truth, as she had never seen the boy hurt anyone, nor had any of his other pokemon, except for Kurosu, the strange Shadow Dragonite that the boy cared so much for, despite his cold as hell attitude. He claims that Akira had taken down enemies in times of war, but she couldn't blame him. He had to live, and sometimes, one had to- with a shiver, she quickly cut off her thoughts.

Kitsu wasn't the only one relieved to see the Absol allow, albeit reluctantly, Akira closer to his trainer - the Noble himself felt himself smile. He could help the girl, or at least, he would do his best to help her - he had some medical knowledge, but it depended on the wound as for how much he would be able to help here. He could always move her and her pokemon back to his castle not too far off, but he had a feeling that the Absol would be displeased even further with that. Sighing, defeated, he moved closer to the girl, kneeling down by her side. Leaning in closer to the spot where he assumed the wound was, as he saw the torn fabric, he grimaced slightly as the coppery scent of blood touched his nose. Great...

Having grown up in the north, the Noble boy was used to the cold weather, and slid off his jacket - knowing that he would be fine. "Pi pi pi!" Tim protested lightly, although he knew that Akira wouldn't listen. With a soft noise that resembled a sigh, he placed the coat over her before moving his attention back to the wound. Reaching up he gently laid a gloved hand over her own, looking at her pained face. He had bandages with him, he always did, at least, he had some with him, but he had to see the wound. With her gripping it the way she was, he wasn't sure if he would be able to get to it or not. Looking at the Absol cautiously, he slowly removed her hand and set it a taller rock next to her to hold it outward from the wound.

"Alright... this doesn't seem to be as bad as I thought..." he muttered, reaching around to one of the pouches on his belt to pull out a roll of wrap. With a swift movement, he placed the end of the wrap under her arm and slowly began to circle the wound. Of course, she would have to get better attention later so it wouldn't become infected, but this would work for now.

<Your so annoying, just shut up and help me find the trail> Ghost snapped at the electrike at his side. It was cold enough as if but luckily he was able to find his trainers scent. Slash the girl electrike next to him had been annoying just plain complaining about the cold. Slash sniffed around in the snow, she really hated the snow did she not? The electrike started to play in the snow. Oh god, Ghost rolled his eyes his large houndoom figure catching a cave ahead. <Come on, there is no use looking for her in this snow lets go to that cave> He said. Normally he would not give up knowing that his injured Trainer was out there. Yet, he had a feeling she was fine.

Riv felt a bit warmer now, and something was tightening against her wound. She swung her eyes open, finding herself in the care of a boy older then her. She jumped hitting her head against the wall of the cave, not saying anything she sat upright. Noticing that there was bandage on her wound now, along with a jacket on her. Shivering she grabbed the jacket and snuggled up to it. She didn't really care who's it was she grew up in a desert so anything like this was freezing to her. "Hi?" Riv said, it's the only thing she could really say.

Serenity looked at the pokemon, he was going to have to trust them. Even though it wasn't easy as he thought. Then suddenly, Ghost and Slash came through the entrance of the cave. <Thank god your both okay> Absol exclaimed as Ghost growled at the boy helping Riv. He was very protective over Riv. Been with her for a very long time she was his life for the most part. Ghost watched the boy curiously, he felt very useless watching him. His growls continued until he say Serenity. Surely if the old distaster pokemon had let the boy touch her it was alright. Ghost snorted, <Watch it boy, I don't just trust anyone right away> he snorted and him and Slash went to Serenity's side.

Completely delved into his job of tending to her wound, Akira failed to notice the fact that Riv had woken up until the resounding CRACK of her head hitting the rock filled his ears. With another grimace, he made a small whimper like noise as his silver gaze fell upon her features, smiling lightly, "Careful there, I don't have enough of this to wrap another wound." he teased, looking back at the wound. He was all to thankful that she had woken up, not wanting to have to bring her back to Yukishiro to save her from freezing to death without her permission - it would make him seem weird, maybe even a kidnapper in her eyes if he wouldn't have made the right moves. But, that seemed to be no matter now, so why worry about it? "How do you feel?"

Focused on the female below him, Akira, once again, failed to notice an event - the arrival of her other two pokemon. One of which, seemed extremely displeased with his being so close to Riv - expressed in a form of ill contempt with the boy himself. Although he missed this, the two Glaceons did not, and quickly moved to stand before their trainer, <He's helping her, he won't hurt her, and you won't hurt him, got it?> Toshiro, the male Glaceon proclaimed, his shiny partner standing in a defensive stance, studying the two carefully.

His nerves were offset by the sudden thought of Akira being attacked, especially somewhere so desolate - even though he knew he had a capable team of pokemon with him, he knew the boy was too focused on helping to be able to react on time. In turn, it was just the three pokemon he had out at the moment, and the three on the other side. Of course, Shiro knew the Absol could be trusted, as he allowed Akira near his trainer, but the other two, especially with the way the one growled, set him on edge, and he knew that Kit felt the same way. Though, she was more of a peacemaker than he was, <Settle down love...> She spoke quietly, nuzzling him before turning toward the others, <We can all get along here, can't we?>

Riv looked over at Ghost, he was always protective over the young teenager. After all she had Ghost since she was a little girl, she looked back over to Akira. "I'm fine, just cold. I'm not used to it since I grew up in the desert" She said looking at him and rubbing the back of her head with one of her hands. Rivaxorus smiled, "I'm Rivaxorus, you can call me Riv" She said. Then Serenity looked at ghost, <I'm serenity the houndoom is Ghost and the electrike is slash> The absol said. Ghost snorted, and kept his eye on Akira. He didn't care was his pokemon said, he didn't just trust anyone out of the blue.

Serenity looked at the glaceons, he could tell they all cared greatly for their trainer. Yet, what pokemon didn't unless their trainer was someone abusive. <Calm down ghost, you don't have to be so stubborn. She's not just your trainer> Slash said sitting up with a smile. The young female span around in a circle for a little bit then jumped into Riv's lap. <I'm glad your okay though, master> Slash said with a little yipe of happiness. Ghost ignored and looked at the ground now, his pointy tail wagging back and forth.

With a soft sigh of what could be seen as relief, Akira smiled, pulling the bandage tight and finishing it off before sitting back on the ground. "I can understand that, at least you're alright though." he commented, looking over at his two Glaceons before reaching out, running a hand over the males back, calming him as he looked at his master, making a purring noise. Flicking his tail, he moved closer to Akira and rubbed against his side, causing the boy to smile once again, continuing his attention to the ice type as the other spoke once more, offering him a name. Of course, why Didn't I think of that sooner? "It's a pleasure to meet you, Riv. I'm Akira, Aki if you prefer."

Having introduced himself, Akira felt a little more secure with the situation, and further more as the pokemon began to settle down, even if only a little. Raising her head, Kit felt happy that the tension was cut and padded to her masters side as well, crawling into his lap, curling up into the warmth. Moving his other hand to lay on her side as she almost purred, Akira closed his eyes, listening to the howling wind outside. Such a joyous winter day... The thought bitterly crossed his mind, Tim scaling his back once more to take his place on the teens shoulder, waving at Riv.

Hn? Oh... yeah... Clearing his throat, Akira opened his eyes and looked back to Riv, his head tilted slightly, a question painted clearly in his eyes, "So, How did you get into this mess, do you remember?" It wasn't often that he found people in such a state in his Northern territory, and although it was rare for anyone to find people in a happenstance such as this, Akira generally found out when it did happen.

Riv smiled at Slash then blinked at Akira. What she was doing? Well besides from thinking it would be better to train in the freezing cold she had been in some icy caves. Then a pointy piece of ice from the roof fell towards Slash and she pushed the pokemon out of the way and got hit instead. Falling into a puddle of water that was icy cold she got knocked out. Yet, was she just about to explain that to this guy. She looked at Ghost as he lowered his head and kept his eyes cornered on Akira.

"I got hit by a piece of frozen ice and fell into freezing cold water. Short explanation really." She simply said scratching the back of her head. The ghost let out a small flame out of his mouth and got closer to Akira and Riv. He put his head in the middle. Not attempting to harm Akira he was just trying to keep his trainer warm. He looked at Akira and smiled, guessing it would be better to act a bit friendly. Just he could be very protective of her sometimes.
