Dear You
The sun was just beginning to set on the horizon, twilight taking over from the daylight reign, casting its eerie navy blue glow across the land. High above, the full moon rose above the parting rain clouds, shining down on the lake below, silvery form distorted by waves. Moving along the shimmering form of the moon on the water, two shadowed forms raced along, the water parting behind them. The two partners were speeding toward the city, shadowed heavily from the moonlight, appearing black as night, eerily glowing with the nighttime lights.
One of the pokemon, a rather large Charizard, opened its maw and released a plume of flame into the air in pure enjoyment. Like his master, Oz, Ryuu enjoyed the cool night air, even more so when he was allowed to spread his wings and speed through the chilled air. The other, a Flygon, easily keeping Ryuu's pace, folded in its wings to dove down below the flames so not to torch himself or his rider, Raven. Snapping his wings open again just above the water, Kami extended an arm down to dangle his claws in the water, stirring the water pokemon below. Feeling his rider shift his weight on his back, Kami rose his wings and pushed them down with a powerful thrust, sending them higher - taking their spot next to Ryuu and Oz once again.
Looking over at Raven, Oz felt a smile touch the corner of his lips as he pointed forward at a small beach area a little away from the city. Knowing all too well that if he try to speak at this speed, his words would be lost with the wind. Understanding the message, Raven gave a nod back at the younger boy as the two dragonic pokemon banked toward the left, soaring toward the sandy area.
Reaching the beach first, Oz leaned back on the Charizard as it slowed down and began to flap its wings, lowering itself onto the sand for a perfect landing. Sliding from his back, Oz laced his fingers together and rose his arms high above his head, arching his back in a well deserved stretch. They had been traveling non-stop all day and truthfully, as much as Oz loved flying, it felt good to stand on solid ground again. Lowering his arms at the sound of a whirlwind behind him, he turned around to see the Flygon he knew so well land, his friend dismounting as well. "Feels good, doesn't it Gil-san?"
Turning toward the other, Gilbert offered Oz a smile as he made his way over, the Flygon following faithfully. "It does. I was starting to feel a little stiff." The stiff feeling colored his tone as he spoke while rubbing his lower back.
Laughing softly at his partners' remark, Ozarious removed his triangular backpack and placed it on the ground before unzipping it and digging around. Moments later, he pulled his prize out, two pokeballs which he promptly tossed into the air. One after the other, they hit the ground, releasing the pokemon inside and in turn, he caught them as they flew back toward him. The two pokemon, a Gastly and a Totodile looked around as they stretched as well, observing where they were. "I bet you're hungry, aren't you?" Oz spoke gently to them. At the sound of their masters voice, both pokemon turned toward him, large grins on their faces.
Watching as Oz dug around in his bag once more, Raven decided that it would be good to let them all out to eat and take a break. Reaching around his waist to the belt in the back under his shirt, he pulled two pokeballs from their spots next to the hem of his pants. Tossing them up as well, me made a move similar to Oz as they released their own contents onto the sand. His own two pokemon, an Eevee and an Absol stretched as well before turning to Raven. In a split second the Eevee, Tsukeru, was running happy circles around his masters feet. Disgusted with the others behavior as usual, the Absol - Kage, rolled his eyes and sat down, lazily licking its fur.
Pulling out one of the containers of his own Pokemon food, Raven offered it, evenly divided between the three before sitting next to Oz, who hadn't hesitated to dive into his bag of candy. Pulling out a piece, he offered it to Raven, who happily accepted it. Unwrapping it, he popped it into his mouth, sucking on it absentmindedly as he leaned back in the sand, placing his hands behind him for support. "Such a nice night..." He muttered as his gold eyes locked with the moon, enjoying the taste of the grape hard candy in his mouth.
Sincerely, Oz & Raven Notes~ Don't be intimidated by the length ^^; Not all my posts are this long... Really >.>

"Come," Ieri commanded moving his hand in a somewhat intimidating way as one often asks another to fight. The Tyrogue that stood on the sand across from the nearly white haired man seemed to tighten up sharply, raise his arms into a muscular punching formation, and run straight at Ieri. The white haired man waited patiently as the small fighting pokemon launched a kick towards his master. Seizing the Tyrogue's leg almost from the air, Ieri sstared a minute. Rogue reflected a sudden look of fear for he already knew what was going to happen. In one swift movement, the brick wall man threw back the Tyrogue who was forced towards the surf not too far down the beach now. "You're still residing too much on your own speed, Rogue. You must feel the motion and see it in your mind first," Ieri sighed. "Again. Come." The Tyrogue huffed a fraction and shook his head as if denying the words before charging again only to be thrown back again in equivocally the same as before. Not far from these two sparing on the beach, a Hitmonlee stood with his short arms crossed watching the training session play out. He said nothing but simply mentally credited his master for giving instruction to the Tyrogue who still refused to believe any of the trainer's words on such prospects. It was indeed hard to teach one so prideful and independent anything, and as far as Lee could see, Ieri was making the best of his newest pokemon However, if Rogue continued to disdain the master that Lee respected to the highest degree, Lee would not stop himself from sparing the youngling himself. Despite what he wanted, Lee internally knew this was not the way that Ieri would go about it. Ieri, despite being a fierce man and former captain of the royal knights, was surprisingly kind-heatred and more willing to try and reach his pokemon through methods of training rather than simply beating them down. In the past, this had caused soldiers to adore him as well as pokemon, and it was also this trait that Lee himself had found the best in his master. Sighing outwards, the Hitmonlee decided against thinking on what would not happen and simply return to the present. However, suddenly realizing that something had just landed far off without him even realizing it, Lee tensed and made a call out. Ieri froze in the middle of catching the Tyrogue by the shoulder and then released the pokemon. "What is it?" Ieri asked looking towards Lee. The Hitmonlee just stared farther down the beach where the darkness was already starting to act as a curtain. Ieri sighed outwards realizing that time had escaped him, and it was already dusk or so. However, he straightened once more knowing that Lee had detected something or someone. Friend or enemy, it didn't matter to Ieri. He would find out who it was. With that, the tan man turned to both his Hitmonlee and his Tyrogue and gave wave for them to follow. All three traveled down the beach towards whatever or whoever it was.

Dear You
Tilting his head to gaze at Raven's strong form outlined in the moonlight as the elder reached into his bag and pulled out a small box, Oz smiled at him softly. "Yeah, it really is. Such a contrast to the mountains." He spoke with distaste for the freezing cold weather clear in his tone. Not a day ago were the two training on the peaks of the mountain range to the far north, having heard tails of a strong Pokemon residing within the caves of the range. They searched for this fabled pokemon, but found no such thing, each pokemon encountered falling as easily as the last. Shivering at the thought of the low temperatures, Oz looked away to his Charizard who had expressed a similar distaste toward the weather. Meeting his teal eyes, Ryuu snorted, small plumes of smoke rising from his nostrils.
Flipping the top of the small box open, Gilbert slid out one of the many cigarettes that laid within and rested the butt between his lips, freeing his hands to close the box and slide it back away. Turning his attention back to the task at hand, he lit the cig with his lighter before pocketing it once again. Raising his other hand back up to the dart, placing his fingers around it before sliding it out, releasing the smoke into the air with a groan. It was a bad habit that he had developed, and although Oz was silent about it, he knew it bothered the younger boy.
With a yawn, Oz scooted closer to Gil before resting his head on the others shoulder. Feeling this, Gil looked down at the young boy as he took another drag of the cigarette and placed his other arm around the boy's shoulders, feeling Oz relaxing into the first stages of sleep. If the boy fell asleep out here, it would be no big deal. Like the many times before that Oz fell asleep on him outside, Gilbert would simply carry him to the nearest inn. No big deal. He looks so relaxed for once...
Peaceful moments never seemed to last long enough. Only minutes after Oz leaned against Raven, his Absol was on its feet, making a horrible hissing sound. "Kage, quiet!" But he didn't listen, and with that, Gilbert knew something was up.
"Neh... Gil?" Oz muttered from his state of half-sleep and sat up, rubbing his eyes. By now, the other pokemon were up, staring off in the direction where Absol was standing before the rest, looking - no... glaring with its back arched slightly. Standing up, Raven dusted the sand off of him, placed the butt of the cig between his lips and walked over to Kage, placing a gentle hand on its head. With a soft mewl, it looked up at its master, head tilted slightly, receiving a smile from him.
Returning his gaze in the direction where Kage has been so intently glaring, Gil now saw shadows in the dark - coming their way. "Oz, get up, we have company..."
Sincerely, Oz & Raven

Rogue, who had all but blatantly insisted on running ahead of Ieri how that he was headed down the sand, was running now a few meters ahead of the brick wall man followed suit by the Hitmonlee who had said nothing more but decided to follow Ieri none the less. Watching as the young fighter continued to run down the beach, Ieri let a sigh out to himself. He needs more discipline or he's going to wind up being stuck sooner or later.... the former captain thought to himself tiredly. Yet he's still young enough for now to where it won't harm him for at least a while more... his mind had drifted to the Tyrogue for a minute before Ieri found that Lee was no longer following suit. Stopping and turning to find what had caused the Hitmonlee to stop walking, Ieri found a fierce glare running in the Hitmonlee's eyes before the fighting pokmeon suddenly charged ahead towards where Rogue was. Something's up.... Ieri thought to himself as he too began running towards where Rogue had gone off. Rogue was running towards the light that he could still tell was rather far off. Lee may have directed him, yet the young Tyrogue had decided long ago that he would only need a point in the direction before he was able to charge straight at it. In his mind, he didn't need Lee. Despite the fact taht he was well aware that he needed Ieri's teachings, Rogue had put it into his own mind that he didn't need Lee in the least despite how much the older fighter tried to teach the younger one. Rogue wanted to get ahead... ahead of everyone and everything as fast as possible, and this notion was what drove him towards the light now becoming even more viable. Suddenly Rogue felt a hand seize his shoulder and force him to stop. Recoiling, the young Tyrogue turned and found that the Hitmonlee had stopped him. The Tyrogue looked suddenly very challengingly at Lee as though saying the words 'you can't stop me'. However, Lee, for rather good measure, stepped firmly on Rogue's foot and kept him perfectly stationary until he heard Ieri coming straight up as well. Hearing the sound of a hiss, Lee turned his head and sighed knowing that if he had not stopped the Tyrogue, the young pokemon would have been subject to something that he was not ready for in the least. Ieri caught up and stopped again as he heard a hiss. Turning his attention to Rogue, who looked suddenly struck for anything other than apology, looked downwards and sighed to himself. It was only then that Ieri allowed himself to look off towards what had made the hiss. He could see the outline of an Absol along with several other pokemon. Two people appeared also on the sand, yet Ieri could not clearly define them. Rogue, in an effort to make himself look bigger, called out his name and shook a fist at the Absol. However, in one swift motion, the Hitmonlee had smacked him over the head causing the Tyrogue to sigh and stop his motion. Ieri sighed outwards once more before turning his full attention towards the group. "Sorry to disturb you," the nearly white haired man sighed. "I was unaware anyone else was at the beach this late in the dusk..."

[Sorry it took me so long to reply, I got busy unexpectedly with work and such ^^; Summer rush is a real drag when you're low on staff at your job. ] Dear You
Looking back down from Gil, Kage took a cautious step forward, it's glowing red eyes focused intently ahead once again as shadow's began to form in the distance. It was then that Raven had finally seen with his own eyes what the pokemon sensed - their company. Raven knew that, more than likely, the stranger meant no harm to them. But at the current moment, with a pokemon running toward them, a larger one close on its tail, Raven couldn't be too sure. The one thing he was confident about at the time was the fact that these pokemon had to belong to the large man behind them.
Standing up behind him, Oz dusted the sand off of him before stretching, hands high above his head, eyes closed, enjoying the tingling sensation running through him. Feeling a tug at the hem of his shorts, Oz paused and opened his eyes, looking down at the Totodile who looked up at him with a grin before stretching its own arms up, standing up on its toes to reach up to Oz. Smiling, he bent over and picked up Zeph, the pokemon quickly making its way to stand on Oz's shoulders behind his head, grasping the sides of his head right above his ears to keep himself up.
Oz then made his way over to Raven and, standing behind the older and larger boy, peeked around him to look at their "company" as he finally came into the light. He gripped the back of Raven's jacket as the obviously older male sighed - about what though, he missed. Kage, on the other hand, who was already quite content at glaring at the reason for the sigh, growled back at the fist shaken at him before smirking, satisfied as the Tyrogue was hit over the head.
"Sorry to disturb you,"
Gil finally rose his attention up from the two fighting type pokemon to the man as he spoke. So, the man wasn't out for a fight, at least that's how it appeared, nor did he mean them any harm. Feeling slightly relieved at this, Gil offered a slight, barely noticeable smile before the man continued.
"I was unaware anyone else was at the beach this late in the dusk..."
Feeling Gil relax made Oz feel at ease. He knew that his partner could tell when things were alright, though, Ozarious really didn't mind trouble, he was just too tired at the moment to deal with or cause any. "We just arrived here not too long ago," Oz offered the explanation to Ieri, cutting Gil off before he could say anything. "taking a break in our trip from the mountains." Zeph, as Oz spoke, focused its beady red eyes on Ieri, still holding on tightly to Oz's head.
Looking down at Oz as he spoke, walking out from behind him as he did so, Raven almost glared at the boy for taking the words from him... almost. He could never be mad at him... "We've been flying non-stop since we left." He finished for Oz, looking back up at Ieri. "And you? Out training at this time of day?
Sincerely, Oz & Raven

Rogue sighed and stood in front of Lee once he was allow his feet again. The Hitmonlee then proceeded to keep one hand on the Tyrogue at all times. <I'm going gonna do anything gosh.....> Rogue stared a fraction backwards at Lee who simply rolled his eyes. The Hitmonlee felt no compulsion to answer this wording and simply waited for Ieri to finish talking and explaining Rogue's blunder of things. <Come on I know you can talk....> Rogue said suddenly defensively at Lee in what from a human's perspective would be a mix of 'ty and rogue' words. However, the Hitmonlee continued to ignore the youth none the less. Ieri nodded at the beach comment before making a small gesture towards Rogue. "I have been trying to calm this youth down with training sessions at the beach," Ieri explained. If Lee could have smirked, he would have. Rogue just rolled his eyes in irritation. He knew at least from the gesture that he was the one getting blamed or something of the like. "And I didn't realize the time had shifted so quickly due to it," Ieri spoke firmly but in a non threatening voice. It was what he used in when referring to people that were not recruits or higher knights but simply people that he believed deserved respect in some fashion or form. "When my Hitmonlee noticed something coming on the beach, I decided to make the notion to see what it was, and just as I started walking, my Tyrogue decided it would be more fun to run ahead of both my Hitmonlee and myself."Rogue rolled his eyes again hearing the words 'hitmonlee' and 'tyrogue' yep he was getting blamed and knew it. However, Lee stared down at Rogue for the first time fully staring at him. <You are not being blamed. He is simply explaining what had happened to have us running down the beach.> Lee sighed to his immature friend. Despite the fact that the Tyrogue was a child and making a blunder of things, Lee internally respected him and considered him a friend none the less. "As I said before, sorry for the disturbance," Ieri put on a light smile and allowed Lee to relax a bit. The Hitmonlee was prone to his trainer's emotions, and seeing Ieri smile would have made Lee smile... if he had a mouth. "My name is Ieri by the way." [OOC: It's understandable :3 take your time with things. Real life and work comes first.]

Dear You
Seeing that the tyrogue seemed to be held at bay, Kage snorted as he turned his head, sitting down and leaned his head against Gilbert's hand gently. Feeling this, the man looked down at the Absol, who looked up at him with red eyes. Gil knew that Kage was ready to leap at any given moment, he could feel the tenseness running through the pokemon's body. Running his hand through its soft fur as a reassuring gesture, Gil nodded softly before looking up again. He didn't think a battle would ensue here. Not a hostile one at least.
"I have been trying to calm this youth down with training sessions at the beach. And I didn't realize the time had shifted so quickly due to it,"
Moving his golden eyes from Irei down to rogue, Gil studied the humanoid pokemon for a bit. He could see the revolt that came with youth in its eyes as it glared up at the hitmonlee behind it. He was familiar with dealing with a youth in revolt, after all, he was traveling with Oz. Feeling a smirk touch the corner of his lips, Raven looked back up at Irei with a short nod, "Understandable. Working hard always makes one lose track of the time."
"When my Hitmonlee noticed something coming on the beach, I decided to make the notion to see what it was, and just as I started walking, my Tyrogue decided it would be more fun to run ahead of both my Hitmonlee and myself."
"Which would've been us." Oz spoke up, the totodile on his shoulders nodding as if to confirm what his master has just said. "I apologize if we interrupted you. When I saw the beach, I thought it would be a good place for our dragons to land." He paused, looking back at the charizard and Flygon, who's eyes were both trained on Irei, before looking back at the man he spoke to, "I didn't think that anyone else would've been outside at this hour. Well, not outside on a beach, at least." He finished with a small smile, Zeph grinning as well, muttering a happy "Tota!"
"My name is Ieri by the way."
Looking up from Oz at the introduction, Gil pulled the cig from his lips, blowing out the smoke, "Raven." He stated simply before taking another drag and closing his eyes.
Sighing softly at Gil's usual attitude, Oz bumped him slightly, causing the elder man to fumble a little over his Absol. The reaction brought a momentary grin to Oz's face before he looked at Irei, the grin fading into another soft smile that, surprisingly, came fairly easy to him, "I'm Ozarious. Call me Oz. It's nice to meet you, Irei."
Sincerely, Oz & Raven

Ieri nodded a bit to himself understanding the process of how all three of them came fully into meeting. It was a strange meeting, to say the least of things, yet then again it wasn't an unpleasant one or something of the like. He hadn't spent much time around people since the kingdom fell nearly a year previous and he had failed his duty as Captain of the Royal Knights. His pride was the only main work at play which drove him even then to search for the Queen to restore her which would in turn restore him as captain once more. With this pride came the idea that he had to protect himself as well as the Queen which in the end drew an endless search in which he simply searched not talking to anyone for fear of alerting them to his plans. However, in it all, meeting two strangers on the beach was more of a coincidence rather than a full meeting, and the other two seemed peaceful enough. "Nice to meet you both," he said aloud making a half bow with his head and shoulders in tow. No matter what he tried to do, in the end, this more or less instilled movement that was designed in itself to show respect where it was permissible remained a part of Ieri. He would not kill the gesture fully in fear that upon restoration of the crown he would lack the general standings of showing respect. However, this also meant that he could appear strangely formal to anyone around him. This was a double edged courtesy in such a time as war, yet Ieri was willing to take the risk. Rogue finally spoke out once more more or less trying to make amends if any were to be generalized at that point in time. He knew Ieri wouldn't let him fight the Absol without due course of reason, so he settled on making it at least peaceful giving him a better chance of attacking on Ieri's command with a battle instead. Upon seeing this and believing that Rogue was mellowing out for the evening, Lee sighed outwards and slowly released his grip on the Tyrogue. However, he was ready to kick Rogue if the need persisted. However, the Tyrogue had his hand out now and was rubbing the back of his head with a light confused and worried face as though believing that he wasn't about to be forgiven for his outburst.

Dear You
Looking away from Irei, Raven dropped his now spent cigarette into the sand and stepped on it, twisting his heal a bit to grind it into the sand, making sure it was out. Kami moved forward and lowered itself onto its foreclaws as he stepped away from the cig and snorted, bits of flames escaping from its nose, torching the butt to ashes.
"Nice to meet you both,"
Oz watched contently as Irei bowed to them, crossing his arms and standing up a little straighter. So formal... I wonder just who this guy is... He wondered as the his charizard stepped behind him, a soft yet deep growl slipping past his maw, his being focused on Irei. He knew that the man most likely meant no harm to his master, but Ryuu wasn't willing to take a chance. Tilting its head up, Totodile looked up at the charizard and reached up, poking its nose with a grin. "Same to you, Irei." Oz wanted to comment on his formality, wanting to ask why, but he thought better as to keep his mouth shut, settling to chew on his bottom lip thoughtfully instead.
Although the Tyrogue seemed to settle down, Absol was still tense under Ravens hand, flashing a smirk at the others behavior. so young and reckless. Little troublemaker... It purred softly the thoughts, letting them seep through the purr in a poisonous matter. Looking down at Kage, feeling the ideas slip from him, Gil scratched at its chin gently, causing the pokemon to lift its head gently and lean into the attention. "So much Tension, Kage." He muttered to the Absol, continuing his attention.
Shifting his attention back to Irei, Gil smiled softly, "How long have you had your little troublemaker?" Seeing as it was a young pokemon, Gil assumed that it wasn't long, But he was slightly curious of the answer he would get in return. "Has it faced a real battle yet, or just your training?" Kage seemed to perk up at the words, looking up at Raven curiously. It wasn't often that his owner spoke like this to others, What are you doing... It wondered, mewling softly.
Sincerely, Oz & Raven

"He has been with me less than a year, but he's far from my newest pokemon," Ieri sighed outwards thinking on Tai, his other Tyrogue, who was always stirring the trouble pot along with Rogue and picking fights with the other Tyrogue. Thankfully, both Tyrogue appeared to like to quarrel with each other until both of them collapsed out of fatigue which gave them both experience along with giving Ieri and Lee a chance to relax a bit more. "As for battling, he's been in only a few true fights," Ieri nodded a bit to himself. Once again pride shot, Rogue nearly flopped on the ground. He detested when Ieri gave so much information willingly. However, Lee appeared at peace with the matter. "Your Absol appears very strong," Ieri said aloud and with the relaxed yet analytical air that he took on when he judged something or rather... measured it. Rogue looked up at the Absol and all but leered at the fact that it had gotten a compliment. Lee sighed and bonked the child on the head with an easy fist. The Hitmonlee was a leg pokemon, not an arm one, so his bonk was less in damage and more just a reminder not to be stupid. A strange smirk appeared to work onto Ieri's face for a moment as his eye finished moving over the Absol. "How about a battle?" he asked with a still calm air. "Rogue needs the experience." At hearing the word battle, Rogue's head shot up, and his heart instantly started to quicken. He knew the term, and he was suddenly very excited at the idea of it. Lee sighed outwards as best one can sigh outwards without a mouth, and simply crossed his arms in waiting again.

Dear You
"As for battling, he's been in only a few true fights,"
Listening with interest, Raven returned the look that his Absol had given him, seeing the hopeful look in its eyes. It had been awhile since Kage had a good run and he knew the pokemon desired it. Upon hearing these words from the tyrogues master, Kage looked at the pokemon yet again. So, inexperienced in true battle as well. It thought, tilting its head slightly before continuing in its analyzation, you seem to spit out big words for someone who tends to bite off more than you can chew. Despite these thoughts, The Absol knew not to judge its opponent simply by looks or behavior.
"Your Absol appears very strong,"
Shifting its attention from the young pokemon to its trainer, Kage stood up and took a step forward, keeping eye contact. He knew that it was a compliment and truthfully, it was the first he had gotten other than from Oz and Gil - it felt good. "Thank you..." Raven replied, unsure of how to reply to the compliment, not usually receiving any from others, seeing as they preferred to stay away from him. "Kage's very proud of his power. But he tries hard, and does a pretty good job at it... I don't blame him." He continued with a smile at the white pokemon next to him.
"How about a battle? Rogue needs the experience."
Now that's what he was talking about. Kage glanced at the tyrogue, knowing that he would get his fair share now. Well, that is... if Gil accepted. Turning its head, it glanced back at its trainer, eagerly awaiting the response. Seeing Kage's response and the way that the air changed around the pokemon, Gil quickly made up his mind. "A battle sounds like fun right now. Eh, Kage?"
Hearing these words, Absol purred out its name darkly before stepping foward in the sand, taking a battle stance before Irei and his tyrogue. Seeing this, Oz stepped off to the side, ushering the other pokemon to back up, allowing the others room. Don't let your demeanor fall now boy. The Absol taunted Tyrogue with a sneer. Oh yes, he was going to enjoy this.
Sincerely, Oz & Raven

Rogue's face all but turned into a petrified grin as he heard the acceptance. Stepping forwards and managing to get away from Lee who had also heard the accepted battle, the Tyrogue took an attack stance and was ready to 'get the show on the rode' per say. Ieri smirked a bit and sighed outwards again knowing Rogue's nature far deeper than the Tyrogue even knew. After another moment, Ieri watched Lee step back as well as the Hitmonlee moved into a more central area to watch the fighting. He would not fight, yet he wanted to see how at least one of his apprentices was doing. Suddenly Ieri stopped for a moment. "Would you mind if I let another pokemon out? I have another Tyrogue that might want to watch this battle as well to see more of what it is like. He won't interact in the fight though. I will make sure of that." Ieri looked over at Lee who more or less gave an 'I understand' look back at him. The Hitmonlee knew his other student would want to be in the fight as well, yet he would hold him back... or just step on his feet as he had done for Rogue. Neither of the Tyrogue had the extreme leg force that Lee had, and this gave him an advantage on subduing his apprentices. Rogue all but groaned thinking on Tai actually watching as well. However, it also gave him more incentive. If he could prove that he was strong enough to beat the Absol, then he could finally get one over on the other Tyrogue. It was a a give and take, in this way.

Dear You
Watching the reactions that Rogue gave to the approaching and the stance that he took, Kage turned its head slightly, tilting it as he did so. He knew that the Tyrogue wouldn't back down from this, and hoped that the young one would give it his all. He had a lot of pent up energy to put into this battle. As sparks of electricity danced around the sickle like growth from its head, Kage purred at the Tyrogue - to anyone else, it may have seemed like a taunt, but it was a sign of familiarity, a wish for one to be well - for he doubted that the Tyrogue would be happy after this.
Psh, so full of himself, Kage is.
"Would you mind if I let another pokemon out? I have another Tyrogue that might want to watch this battle as well to see more of what it is like. He won't interact in the fight though. I will make sure of that."
Shaking his head, Raven ran a hand through his hair. "Of course not. I wouldn't mind doing the same." He ended his words with a sharp whistle, Tsukeru the Eevee responding to it by running up to stand at Ravens side. "I too have a youngling. He's seen plenty of battles, but he fights almost recklessly. Trying too hard. Seeing as he looks at Kage like a bigger brother, I figure that if he studies him, he'll become a smarter fighter when he evolves." He finished simply, Looking down at Tsu as the Eevee looked up at him.
Studying Kage was perhaps the smartest thing that Tsu could do, especially since Gil had plans for the small one to evolve into an Umbreon, seeing Kage - a master of dark type moves - would be exceptionally important for the young canine.
Sincerely, Oz & Raven

Rogue grinned back at the Absol with a grin only one with a full amount of pride to be spent could. He was ready to take on this Absol! He didn't need to simply watch the Master, the Hitmonlee, all day long. No it was hist turn again, and he was going to prove himself especially to Ieri and Lee. In the back of his mind there was also someone else he was going to have to prove himself to, and that would be Tai. Ieri nodded and took out a pokeball. Throwing it open, Ieri watched as the form of yet another Tyrogue appeared. This one, with blue shorts, looked around and found the face of Rogue before sticking his tongue out. Rogue grew a stress mark and appeared to be ready to fight him instead of the Absol. However, Lee put his hand on Tai's shoulder and caused the Tyrogue to stop before explaining that it was Rogue's fight with an Absol not their personal quarrels to be had. Tai looked at the Absol, and his eyes grew large for a minute before he smirked to himself. He wanted to challenge the dark pokemon! Raising a fist he was about to make the notion before he was smacked on the head by Lee who was not pleased with how things were going. After a moment, Tai reproached and sighed knowing that it was indeed Rogue's fight. Rough smirked to himself and then got into a full fighting stance once more. "This is Tai," Ieri explained to both Raven and Oz. "He is my second Tyrogue and also a different color as you can see." Tai smirked a bit at the mild notion of his coloring. He was proud to have blue shorts instead of the normal brown ones. Rogue rolled his eyes after another moment. "Anyways, back with this battle, shall we?" he smiled lightly no in the friendly way of battle. "I'll allow you the first move."

Dear You
Listening as Irei explained the second Tyrogue, he could tell right off the bat that the two had rivalry issues. This only seemed to entertain the Absol further. Perhaps this other Tyrogue would serve at some sort of distraction? No... he doubted it. He didn't want it either. He wanted to take Rogue down while he was at his best.
"I'll allow you the first move."
Nodding, Gil looked at Kage who seemed to be ready for anything. "Very well. Kage, clear your mind." As the command was spoken softly, Absol closed his eyes and focused, using the move Calm Mind. Its entire being seemed to glow as it tilted its head back, almost purring as it felt itself grow stronger.
"Now, psycho cut."
Snapping its eyes open, Kage smirked as the sickle appendage began to glow a deep purple. Lifting its forepaws off of the ground, the sickle continued to glow brighter and brighter, Not going easy, I like that... With that, Kage slammed his forepaws down and tossed his head twice, sending two sickle shaped masses of purple flying toward Rogue.
Sincerely, Oz & Raven

Ieri smirked a bit watching the Psychic move come towards Rogue. He knows the weakness against Psychic attacks that fighting types have. Alright then. "Rogue use Endure and take the hit!," Ieri answered back. "Now use Counter!" he ordered. The Tyrogue, who had managed to endure the Psycho Cut that could easily have knocked him out, retaliated with Counter getting ready to deal twice the damage for the physical type psychic move that had been lain to him so painfully. [@_@ I refereed to bulbapedia and Counter is said to work against any physical attack, and then I looked up Psycho cut and made sure it was physical so this should work *insert head/desk here*]

Dear You
Watching as Irei made the appropriate moves to save his pokemon, Raven nodded, quickly moving his attention back to Kage as the attacked rushed toward the dark type. "Bounce!" "Ab..." He muttered as he crouched, watching the attack come closer, "Sol!" Pushing against the ground with its powerful legs to soar high into the air, the counter missing. Looking down at Rogue, who was even smaller now at this height, and the flying sand from not only him leaping, but the counter slamming into the grains, Kage smirked. Not bad, young one...
As he began to fall back toward the earth and Rogue, his ears keenly picking up on the next command, "Aerial ace!" Purring as he fell, his body began to glow as he prepared to attack when he landed.
Sincerely, Oz & Raven [LOL, Its all good xD I trust you :3]

"Protect!" Ieri said aloud causing the Tyrogue to react quickly and form a defensive measure against the Aerial Ace that could probably have knocked him out. "Mach Punch," the white haired man said aloud. The Tyrogue didn't even wait to nod before moving forwards and using a Mach Punch in close range towards the Absol. Tai was watching the battle in awe. Despite the fact that it was not his battle to play, he was still making tiny motions with his appendages on what motions he should do next. Lee would have smirked if he had had a mouth. Instead, he simply crossed his arms and said nothing.

Dear You
Seeing the fighting type dodge his move, Kage hissed, narrowing his eyes. It was no matter, this was far from over, he would have his chance again. Then, Rogue came at him with a mach punch. Both Raven and Kage knew that this was a fighting type move, and that it was one of his weaknesses, and they both knew that he had to react fast. "Quick attack!" It was a smart move, using a fast attack to dodge. But it wasn't fast enough. As his form began to blur from the quick motion, the punch brushed past his hip, connecting enough to do damage. "SOL!" He roared not only in pain but anger.
"Not bad..." Gil mulled, looking at the two pokemon on the field. Kage was now standing there in a highly offensive stance, his head lowered, entire being focused on Rogue. His breathing was coming out heavier than normal from the last attack, but he would push away the pain as much as he could to keep going as long as he could. "Kage, Psycho Cut, again."
Lowering himself further into the sand, he pushed off, darting toward the other as his scythe began to glow purple once again.
Sincerely, Oz & Raven

"Rogue! Fake out before he can finish the attack!" Ieri called out. The Tyrogue formed a Fake out and shot it towards the Absol quickly trying to make him flinch and unable to use said attack. "Then Earthquake!" The Tyrogue nodded and formed a powerful ground attack before releasing it.
