Gotta' Catch Em' All ? [MOD]

Xion sat atop her Arcanine Cujo. He was almost a playful puppy at the moment, excited to actually be going near the fire pits. Xion was also flanked by two other pokemon, a Gastly and a Seviper. Taboo was the Gastly's name, he floated along side Xion. Mage, the Seviper slithered along her other side.

" It's nice to finally have another fire pokemon! " Xion glanced down at Cujo and just shook her head. " How do you even know we are going to catch a pokemon. With the noise you're making you are going to probably scare them all away."

Taboo and Mage chuckled at Xion's last statement. Her Arcanine growled slightly. " We will..." He said quietly. That was when the team heard footsteps. Pokemon foot steps. Xion climbed off her Arcanine and smiled awkwardly. " Well isn't it your lucky day" She patted Cujo on the neck.

[Jay]

Not far away, a Baltoy was spinning around a rock and looking at it rather inquisitively as though there were something it would just not let go about it. A Magby was watching the Baltoy from behind a rock a few meters off. Maybe it was some sort of game? Who knew. Farther away, a Ponyta was galloping off towards the east.

Xion saw the Baltoy aswell as the Magby. She heard the galloping hooves from a Ponyta further east. She thought about her options. She decided to jump back ontop of her Arcanine and sent him forward running after the clopping hooves. She caught sight of the flaming pony. She smiled and asked Cujo to run faster. Her ran right infront of the Ponyta and skidded to a halt.

" Mage, Poison Tail." Her sharp tail glowed purple she made her way towards the Ponyta hoping to hit the pokemon, maybe even get a critical hit.


Used Poison Tail

[Jay]

The Poison Tail hit the Ponyta and caught her off guard. She cried out from the pain and then seemed to cringe from something else. She hadn't been hit with a critical hit, but she had been poisoned in the process of being hit. Shaking her head defiantly, the Ponyta stared at her attacker. Forming a Flame Wheel, the Ponyta retaliated.

She smiled as she saw that the Ponyta was becoming a little weaker. She saw a wheel of flames form around the flaming horse. She saw her Seviper almost panic slightly at the sight of the flame wheel coming towards her.

The flaming wheel did indeed hit her Pokemon. She pulled herself back together, shaking her large viper head. " Mage, Swagger..." Her large Pokemon began to glow red. He gave the Ponyta a intimidating look. Hoping to render the Ponyta confused. It would be much easier to catch that way.

[Jay]

The Poison was actually the first to move and made the Ponyta cringe slightly. Then the Swagger came into effect. The Ponyta felt herself tense as her attack raised. However, the side effect of this being the confusion came a second later, and suddenly the world was spinning or so the Ponyta thought. Shaking her head defiantly, the fire horse tried to see strait. Managing to fight past the confusion for this turn, the Ponyta used a Thrash attack on the Seviper.
