Hope saw instanly and yell'd out "Psycho cut!". The absol turned around and his horn lit up purple. The majestic Pokemon then swung unleashing the energy in a slashing motion as he was hit by the hypnosis. (Damn it oh well I will just have to hope for the best now) Hope thought to himself.

Haunter cried out as he was hit and floated back over to Rikka. Blinking he realized his Hypnosis had hit. He grinned and looked to Rikka for the next attack. "Use Dream Eater." Haunter grinned and slipped over to the foe to use Dream eater on him. When that was done he slipped back over to Rikka and licked her face. Rikka gave him a look but he only grinned and waited to see if the Absol would wake. |

Hope sighed for a moment and then looked at the girl and her Pokemon. "Nice combo, But you have to realize pshichic moves have no effect on absol". "Now use sleep talk!" Absol stood up and ran using a bite attack.

Rikka sweat dropped as she learned something new. She hadn't come across an absol before. Haunter slipped below into the sand to avoid the attack before he popped up behind the Absol. "No time like the present to learn something new. Haunter use Fire punch." Haunter grinned and raced toward the absol aiming to hit his foe. |

Absol shook his head as he woke up. "Absol Zen-headbutt again. " The Pokemon then used another zen head butt at the ghost type Pokemon. Hope was thrilled with the battle.

Rikka sweat dropped as the Haunter panicked and was hit by the Zen-headbutt. "Oh Haunter. Use Ice Punch then get ready to dodge this time." Her and Haunter still had a ways to go. They would get there. Sooner or later. Probably later. |

Absol winced as he was pushed back by the impact. Hope smiled he loved to battle a smart opponent someone who had much to learn but none the less. "Absol use double team." All of a sudden there were about ten carbon copies of Absol. They were surrounding the ghost type Pokemon. "Now use Fire punch!" All the Absol's Horn's lit a blaze. They then charged forward.

Haunter Gasped and sunk beneath the sand to avoid the attack. Coming up behind one of the clones he looked toward Rikka for another attack. "Thunder punch followed by an Ice punch." Haunter flew forward and tried to use Thunder punch on the absol. Which he quickly followed with a Ice punch. |

Absol winced as he was blown back by the impact. "Use protect." The absol then protected itself from the attacks. It's energy shield was pushed into the ground or sand rather. "Now use psychic". The absol then burst with psy waves.

Haunter slipped under the sand again using it to his advantage of dodging attacks. "Haunter use ice punch again followed by another fire punch." Rikka watched as Haunter rose behind absol and tried to use ice punch. Which he quickly followed with a fire punch. When that was done he floated over to Rikka waiting for another attack order. "Haunter you should be preparing to dodge." Haunter only grinned at her and floated waiting for the Absol to attack. |

Absol manged to dodge the first punch , but not the second. he went back pushing the sand out of his way. By the end his paws were buried in the sand. "Want to call this a tie?" They had been battling for awhile and neither Pokemon were budging.

Rikka nodded at his question. "Sure." Smiling she hugged her Haunter. He was a good battler. Pulling out the rest of her pokeballs she released the pokemon she had called back. Moon stretched after being released and wondered who had one. Kiki sat and stayed near Cloud. While Furret took off to find something Shiny. Night moved near Moon as he eyed the people. "Alright Haunter wanna rest or are you gonna bug the others?" Haunter yawned and poked his pokeball. "Alright." Returning him to his ball she stuffed them in her pockets again. |

Hope smiled whole heartedly and returned absol to his pokeball. The Pokemon was tired and he knew it. "Sorry for making you wait. " Hope spoke the other boy. "Sometimes battles can take awhile".

Zack smiled and hopped up to his feet "Well I know that!" he said with a smile "I'm not new to battling!" he started laughing to himself and began to return his pokemon. "So what now?" he said to the both of them "Are you guys going anywhere in particular?"

Rikka smiled and scratched the back of her head. "No Actually I kinda got lost while my pokemon were playing a game." In some ways Rikka looked a bit Sheepish. She wasn't the best at directions and since her pokemon had all been playing they kinda had gotten off track. Kiki having gotten bored started talking to Abra and Moon. Night slid behind Rikka almost as if to hide but was paying attention to everything. |

Hope let out a chuckle and looked at the girl. He opened his mouth and said "I can get you guys out of here no problem. That is if you want me two." Hope looked from the girl to the boy and waited for a response.

Zack smiled and laughed a bit "Well I'm not really lost...I was just doing some battle training." he looked up into the sky "I've kinda taken a liking to this desert....I was thinking about going to see the palace." Zack bowed slightly to both Rikka and Hope. He then began to head off (in a random direction) hoping he would run into the palace.

Rikka smiled and nodded her head. Blinking she looked over at Zack. "Uh. The palace is right over there.." She pointed in the direction of the palace which was the opposite of where Zack was headed. Though thinking about it the palace would be fun to see. "Though the palace would be fun to see." Moon watched everything and wondered if that boy was bad with directions also. |

Hope looked in the distance to try and find the palace. He thought he saw it but could not say for sure. He simply smiled and looked at the other boy. Directions could get tricky in the desert after all. He began to walk toward the palace more to make sure the girl was right.
