Anya was excited to have a new friend but when the Hydreigon's expression turned from happy to panicky Anya immediately became worried. As she was pointing at something behind her...both Anya and Gible turned around and their eyes grew wide with the sight of the Sandstorm.
While Anya was frozen with fear Gible was used to this type of thing as he had lived here all his life. He quickly looked toward the Mesa and used Rock Smash on it to make a large hole big enough for the Hydreigon to fit through. <C'mon!> he exclaimed aloud as he began to pull Anya towards the hole and shoved her inside.

The Hydreigon reacted at the sound of the Gible's voice and seemed to snap back from her initial sudden frozen worry to what they actually had to do about it. She waited for the girl and the Gible to get in first more or less assuming she could be an odd 'plug' to this hole with the back of her hide, and indeed it seemed to work well enough as she moved in. The hole was a tad cramped but eh...

Anya sighed and sat down in the middle of the large hole in the mesa. She definately didn't like being caught in a sandstorm but didn't sitting in the dark even more. This made her decide to call out her Gligar.
"Gligar use Metal Claw to light up this place." she said as Gligar did what he was told which made it so everyone could see. Anya was just planning on sitting there until the sandstorm ceased.

The Hydreigon sighed outwards to herself as she saw what the girl was doing. One head looked back out at the sand storm that was raging outside before she pulled her head back inwards once more. The large dark dragon simply seemed to be waiting as well. Fifteen minutes passed by rather slowly until finally the rushing sounds of air seemed to stop. The Hydreigon pulled her head outwards and stared out for a few seconds before looking back inwards. <I think it's stopped> she stated slowly moving out again finding that the sand had, in fact, stopped rolling. Sighing to herself, the Hydreigon managed a smile and looked back at the girl and her pokemon.

Anya slowly came out of the hole after the sandstorm had subsided. She looked around and found it to be more desolate than before so she looked up at the Hydreigon and said "So thanks you Hydreigon! And do you still want to come with us?" she said as she held out the same pokeball again "It would be nice if you could protect us like you just did!" she smiled and waited for the pokemon's response.

The Hydreigon blinked at the girl's words before slowly all three heads smiled in unison. Reaching the center head downwards, the large dragon pokemon pressed the pokeball and disappeared inside. The ball itself didn't struggle once and simply rang in capture.

Species: Hydreigon
Gender: Female
Ability: Levitate
Personality: Despite her rather ferocious merciless appearance, this Hydreigon couldn't be farther from this. She's actually very sweet, gentle, and loving towards most, and it takes a considerable amount of effort to piss her off. She takes on a mother air towards children and pokemon, and she seems to feel a driving compulsion to protect others from harm no matter what the costs are to herself. In her free time, she enjoys helping others, playing games, and simply enjoying herself as much as possible. She will battle if asked to though it isn't her favorite sport, really, and she tends to go easier on those she knows are inexperienced. That being said, if you somehow manage to get under this Hydreigon's skin, by harming a child or something of that nature, she will thrash you to the ground and will keep on her rage until she's run out of energy.

"Yes!" said Anya as she danced around with Gible for a bit at the fact she had caught a very strong, high level pokemon in one of her first outings in the Era Region. Anya looked up into the sky and thought for a moment "Hey Gible...I think we need a flying type pokemon...maybe doesn't have to be Unova...I think I say a Pidgeotto flying earlier...let's go and find it!" she said as they ran off out of the hole in the mesa and began to search once more.

Though the Pidgeotto seemed to have left, what appeared to be a Karrablast was scuttling around looking for something to eat. If anyone paid enough attention to the small bug type, they would noticed that the the coloring of said pokemon was lighter than normal, and even in the light he mildly sparkled. Oh hey, a shiny pokemon. Flying not far off from the Karrablast, a Combee seemed to making a beeline for a tree where, if one looked, a Swablu could be seen snuggled up on a branch.

Anya looked around in the air for any flying type pokemon and so far she had absolutely no luck. Gible however who's field of vision was not as good as a human's was staring at the Shiny Karrablast with awe...he had never seen a pokemon like that even if he had lived here his whole life. Tugging on Anya's pants he pointed at the bug and said "Gible Gib!" to which Anya looked at it and suddenly had the urge to go near it. As she moved closer to the bug pokemon she pulled out some pokemon food she had carried on hand for just the occasion she needed to lure the pokemon in. Once she was in range so he could hear her she said "Here Karrablast...come get the food.."

Sniff.
Sniff.
Oh? Was that.... food? The Karrablast stopped a moment from his search and looked around. Upon locating the girl with the food, the small shiny bug seemed to light up considerably and clapped his hands together before scuttling forwards. "Kar!" he greeted though his eyes were more focused on... well the food she had. He hadn't eaten in a while, and life was kinda hard on this giant rock, after all! However, upon seeing the Gible there as well, the Karrablast found himself becoming a bit wary. He didn't want to get attacked now.... but uh... food...heh...maybe? Pointing at the food, the Karrablast fell silent after that.

Anya looked at the Karrablast who looked at the the food with hunger pains and then looked at Gible with fear. It seemed everyone viewed Gible that way. However the small bug pokemon pointed at the food and then stopped moving for bit. Anya looked at Gible and stuck out her hand to pet it and said to the Karrablast "Gible's harmless...he wont attack you. Here." she said as she put the food on the ground in front of her. Gible began eyeing the food with curiosity but was more intrigued to see what the Karrablast would do.

Upon receiving some reassurance and a pet, the Karrablast seemed to smile innocently and took a bit of food. MMmmm yummy<3 "Kar!" he grinned in a thank you to the girl before he clapped his hands together and smiling lightly.

The side of Anya that never got a chance to truly came out had to come out when she saw how cute the Shiny bug pokemon was "So cute~!" she exclaimed as she reached down and picked the bug Pokemon up holding it above her head as it sparkled in the head. "Hey Karrablast! How would you like to be my pokemon?! It'll be fun! You could travel with Gible and I and i'd keep you out of your pokeball most of the time so you could see the world! So what do you say?" she said as she took a pokeball from her belt.

Lifted up, the Karrablast blinked surprised but beamed looking back at the little girl, or what he presumed to be a little girl seeing as it was hard for him to tell age with humans. However, after a moment, he clapped his hands together and nodded his head. "KAR!" he called easily. Well, if anything, he was positive, neh? He'd taken a quick thought and decided it was alright. .... I mean really... what was the worst that could happy? This little girl was cute, and she had food so...?

"Alright! Let's get you Karrablast!" she said as she pulled out a pokeball and tapped it on the bug pokemon. At this point she figured she had enough pokemon from this area and had spent enough time on it so both her and Gible decided they would move on. With a last remembrance of how much time they had spent there...all the friends they had made all the adventures they had..and with one final view on the whole Mesa...they finally said their goodbye and left with many new friends in hand.

The Karrablast disappeared into the red light, and the ball itself dinged in capture.

Gender: Male
Ability: No Guard
Personality: This Karrablast is rather odd, really. He seems to have an obscure balance of pride and want which causes him to want just about everything he sees but is conflicted by [i]how[/i] he gets it. Most of the time, he wishes to do things honorably and fairly, working hard and proving that he can be independent. However, when he is desperate, he is prone to panicking and giving in rather quickly. He can't tolerate pressure well but has somewhat good battling skills. Around most, he is kind, positive, and a little kukie. However, this light personality allows him to make friends easily.
