Appearance:
Jenny has a delicate face, and slender hands. Her curves, which grew in during her late teen years, have now blossomed and given her body a fine milk shake shape. Her natural skin color is a very pale peach, though she can hide this quite easily, and never appears with the same skin tone.
Her eyes are naturally a blue violet, though she likes to change them to a baby blue, emerald green, or silver. Her hair is a light purple, and goes down to her lower back. However, the color is the only thing that changes about her hair. She doesn't change the length, but the color will vary to dark purple, to black, to brown, and to blond.
Personality:
Jenny was raised in the poorest Nobel family, and thus grew up very humbly. Her family was mainly used as companions to the royalty, and very few of them ever made the throne. From birth, she was striving for the unobtainable. It has made her steadfast in her determination. She was born with amazing bounds of bravery, and was unbelievably bright. While not at genius levels, she is very smart and clever.
Well, she could be if she tried. Most of the time in battles, she just charges straight into battles, and uses brute force to win. She was raised as an only child for the first thirteen years of her life, and because of this she has become pushy, and some what bratty. But she is a kind person at heart.
Jenny has virtually no temper, but has very little patience. She is normally very gentle, but when provoked can be very dangerous. She is very courageous, and stands up for what she believes in. This does not mean, however, that she will not do underhanded things to achieve her goals. She believes that the ends justify the means. She is also overly cautious, and changes her appearance before going out.

History:
Jenny grew up in her parent's small castle for the first thirteen years of her life. She was given most of everything she wanted, but was raised by a sweet little old maid instead of her parents. They never had much to do with her, but Jenny never felt like she was missing out on anything. The old lady was probably the best person to raise any child. She was homely, and kept alive Jenny's dream that she could be Queen, despite the odds against her. She was also the one to giver her her first Pokemon, a Meowth.
As soon as she turned thirteen, she was sent to live at the castle as a maid. It was then that her parents gave her a Spiritomb. It was there that she met Queen Alice, one of her many cousins. The two became close friends, and Jenny became her personal servant. Jenny idolized the younger Alice, and confided many things in her. It was Alice's longing to be free that gave Jenny her idea on how to revive the government.
When Alice took the throne, Jenny had high hopes that she would be named the heir to the throne. But with all of her work trying to get the country stable again, there was no time. When the rebels stormed the castle, Alice managed to escape, but Jenny lost all contact with her. She raided the storeroom, and took a Tauros. She fought her way out of the castle, and Meowth evolved into Persian. Ever since then, she has been on the run, staying away from even her own family.
She fears the rebels, but remains watchful for a chance to seize the throne. She plans to carry out her plan for rejuvenating the Region as soon as possible.

Cold. She was so desperately cold. She shivered, wrapping her arms around herself, and cuddling closer to the Persian, who fondly licked her forehead. The cat Pokemon purred comfortingly while the rain poured down and ran onto Jenny's tennis shoes from the over hang that branched into the alley. Days like this that she wished she had gone back to her family. But the rebels were after them as well. She hated to think about what would happen if they found her.
She shifted, and the Persian looked up and over it's shoulder at her. Jenny smiled, and stroked his head. He shoved his hand further into her hand, and began to purr. He settled back down, and she turned to look out in the street. People rushed about in the rain, without a care in the world. But none of them were that stupid. The fate of their region pressed down on all of them.
Oh how lucky those who came from the other regions were. They didn't have to worry about this place. They could just go home. But Jenny? Jenny couldn't leave. This was her home, her home for over twenty years. She wouldn't be able to just leave, and never come back. Besides, she had a dream. A dream she had to fulfill, no matter what. Jenny cringed as she thought of Alice. Oh Alice. So bright, so happy, so joyful. So many ideas, and dreams.
But so young and naive. Jenny kicked a stone away from her and glared at the ground. She then took in a breath and calmed herself. She took out her contacts, and closed her eyes. She cuddled deeper into the warm, but damp fur of her Pokemon, and drifted off to a dreamless sleep.
