Oh darn I was going to volunteer Seth for right hand man xD (he's going to be just as annoyed by the japanese words as I am). Uhm put him under misc member if there is such a category.

XD The reason for those is that I based this off of Japanese mafia. It's closer to how Kamui sees his gang. :P I was debating making a third 'hand' if you wanted to take that position instead.
