Creepy Fogginess(Open/Mod)

[Snow Soul]

It was slightly cold out but nothing a well dressed person couldn't handle. The haunted grove was just another stop on the way to the Central capital. A shiny Sableye moved through the Grove silently using the shadows to his advantage. A normal Sableye also made her way through scouting a head to make sure it was safe. They didn't want their Trainers falling into a trap of sorts. Ninja's weren't the best liked in the world for some.

Slipping out of the shadows a girl with brown hair and brown eyes looked about. Deciding it was safe she headed towards a house and grave yard she had heard was around here someplace. Where could it be? Zipping up her black jacket a bit more she headed deeper into the Haunted grove. She really wanted to see the grave yard. People had been saying it was haunted along with the house. She figured it was just territorial ghost pokemon. Stretching out her arms she looked over to her sister's hiding spot. She had come along to make sure she didn't get into trouble. "Come on. There is no one here but us. And well maybe ghost pokemon."

Allis eyed her twin and slipped out of the shadows to walk along side her. This place was notorious for being haunted. Though her twin wanted to see the graveyard that was rumored to be here. Heading deeper into the Grove with Aisla she looked about noting that the fog would probably be floating in any moment. She could feel it in the way things were getting silenced. Pulling her cap she hid her short brown hair under it. This was going to be a long couple of days. Why did her sister like creepy things so much? Actually she really couldn't complain considering she liked them just as much. She did have a Sableye after all. Styxx slipped in next to her and looked around before he took Allis's hand and kept walking.

Simi looked over at Styxx and grinned showing her teeth in that creep smile that Sableye's had. Moving forward she used her surrounding to her advantage and looked about. Perking up she looked around. Maybe there were other Sableyes here. That would make Allis and Aisla happy. So she set forward looking for any Sableyes she could find. They could be good friends. Grinning she slid into the shadows and moved forward scouting for any pokemon.

[KARP KARP!]

Ty walked silently through the grove, Blazer right beside him. The Arcanine rarely traveled inside his Pokeball, unless they were in the city. Otherwise, he was right beside his master. Ty had heard this place was haunted, and being the adventurous type he was, he had to check it out.

Blazer, being the loyal companion, had to protect his trainer. And the fire-typed canine had the means to do so. The team and trainer were well fed today, having made a pretty decent steal.

Suddenly, the Arcanine stopped in his tracks, and Ty did the same, following the lead of his Pokemon. "What is it?"

"Arrrrr..." Blazer growled, not liking what he smelled and heard. It made him...uneasy. And he didn't like that. People were near. And Pokemon.

Cautiously, Ty walked on ahead, to see what he could see. Blazer slowly followed, still growling warily.

Styxx let go of his trainer and tried to follow after Simi who seemed to disappear before his eyes. Grinning he knew two could play at that game. Quickly he followed after her. Though now that he though about it where had Asuka gone? Allis had also noticed her Purrloin was gone and hoped she didn't get into any trouble. Stopping she looked behind them and slid into the shadows before the person and his pokemon got any closer. Standing very still she used it to blend into her surrounding.

Aisla watched her sister disappear and decided to keep in sight. Cause after all the person would probably think it was an ambush if they both hid after he had heard them. Humming softly she kept on walking deeper into the Haunted Grove. She wanted to find the....Was that it? She could see something in the distance but what it the Grave yard she was looking for? Simi noticed that Aisla had spotted something and ran forward before realizing Allis had hidden again. Running back she grabbed on to Styxx and dragged him to Aisla.

Asuka the Shiny Purrloin had actually doubled back and was following after the boy and the Arcanine. He was bound to have something Shiny. Sure it was a habit Allis was trying to break but she couldn't help it! Shiny things were just sooooo compelling. Keeping her footsteps light she stayed behind him hoping he would have something shiny.

[KARP KARP!]

Ty continued pressing forward, looking around. He was starting to get a little nervous, but he didn't show it.

Blazer, however, could tell. He stayed close to his trainer also a little afraid, but not showing it. He knew Ty was afraid, and that alone made him uneasy. Ty wasn't one to be afraid.

Ty pet the Arcanine. "It's fine, Blaze."

"Arrr..." He growled, but relaxed a good bit. Neither noticed what was coming up behind them, they were too focused on what they thought was ahead.

"Someone there?" The thief called out, his foot snapping a twig as he went.

Aisla heard him call out and stopped turning around. She took on the look of an innocent girl just exploring about. Carefully she put a slightly scared look into her brown eyes while making her voice tremble a bit. They were good at illusions. "Hello? Who's there?" Her voice Trembled on cue and she shouted a victory in her head. Sometimes she couldn't do it like Allis.

Allis watched her sister and slipped into the shadows close to Aisla to make sure she didn't over do it. Though for now she seemed fine. Allis blinked and again wondered where the Purrloin had gone. Then is hit her. She had doubled back. Great she was probably looking for something shiny that she could make hers.

Asuka spotted the shiny necklace then as he moved forward. She only had one chance. Racing forward silently she jumped up onto the boys shoulders and unlatched the necklace skillfully before she grabbed it and ran forward to Allis. Silently she hid next to Allis before anyone could spot her. Well Allis had spotted her with the shiny neckless. Great another point to the klepto cat.

[KARP KARP!]

Ty put his hands up to show he came in peace, though that was sort of thrown off by the large Arcanine by his side. Sure, Blazer was nothing but an over-sized lap dog, deep down, but he didn't look it; especially when his protective streak kicked in. "No need to be afraid," he said softly. "Just checking this place out. Not going to hurt you."

He paused, blinking when he felt the slightest touch on his neck. "What the?" He looked around, trying to figure out where his necklace went off to. Blazer's ears sort of twitched, he could smell something else. But he couldn't see it or hear it. And it was close. That unnerved him. Ty turned his focus back to the girl, trying to ignore how naked he felt without his necklace.

"Anyway, I'm Ty. That's Blazer."

Aisla watched him as he came forward his hands raised. Well he didn't seem like he could harm anyone. Especially since he let Asuka get the necklace off his neck.So he was drawn to the mystery as well? Simi darted forward looking at the Arcanine. Suddenly she let loose one of her creepy grins that Sableyes had when they showed their teeth. Running back to Aisla she slipped into the shadows disappearing. Styxx had already hidden next to his Trainer.

"I'm Aisla. And the Sableye was Simi. She likes to hide." Her voice still held the slight tremble as she watched Ty approach.Taking a step back slightly she tried to make a show of keeping her space. Cause of course she wanted to look like a scared young woman. Maybe even look like she was slightly lost. Well until she found out more about this person.

Allis watched and shook her head. The boy was obviously not very good at figuring out illusions and seemed to be of the nice sort. Of course he could be good at illusions. Spotting the arcanine she decided she really wanted to pet him. For some reason he just begged to be petted. Looking down at Asuka she noticed the kitty playing with a necklace. Keeping quiet she grabbed the necklace from her sending the kitty into a pout. The shiny purrloin huffed otu a breath and walked out of her hiding spot to go love on Aisla. Though Aisla would probably have seen her take it from her spot in the open.

[KARP KARP!]

Blazer sort of jumped at the sight of the Sableye, showing his teeth. When it vanished, he sort of relaxed. "Easy, boy," Ty whispered, reaching up and scratching the Arcanine behind his ears, causing him to ease up more.

"Blazer's protective, and sort of...wary, but he's really just a big baby." The Arcanine let out sort of a whine of protest. Ty blinked, finally realizing his necklace was gone.

He stared, sort of amused. "My necklace," he said quietly. "How did...?" He looked around before dropping to his knees and feeling in the grass for it. "Did I drop it?" He looked up at the girl.

"You haven't stumbled on a necklace with a fish on it, have you?"

Aisla actually chuckled when she saw the big Arcanine jump at the smile of her sableye. He really was a lapdog. She really wanted to pet him now. Though maybe it was time to drop the facade. He seemed fine and his pokemon was ok. Simi slipped out of the shadows again and grabbed Aisla's hand just as the fog started to roll in. Glancing around she looked over at Ty. Blinked then looked over at her Twin's hiding spot as she showed a necklace with a fish on it.

"Ah Ya. Apparently Asuka has decided to go on a lapse in out training." Aisla looked down at the Purrloin who had started rubbing against her leg. Dropping the scared facade she let her usual confidence show. "She is a bit of a klepto." Walking over to Allis who had stepped out from behind a tree she waved slightly keeping her hat on. It looked more like she was a friend traveling with her at the moment. Taking the necklace she grabbed the Purrloin and carried her over to the boy. "Say Sorry." Asuka took the necklace and hesitated before she gave it back. Jumping down she went back over to Allis.

Allis watched then leaned down and picked up her cat pokemon. Holding her praised the pokemon for giving it back. They were getting better. At least she didn't wonder off to ramble through someone elses house for shiny objects. Allis looked over at the Arcanine and asked softly since she wasn't as outgoing at her sister. "Could I pet Him?" She loved pokemon especially the big fluffy kinds though Styxx would be her favorite. Speaking of the shiny sableye followed behind her as she moved a little closer to the Arcanine.

[KARP KARP!]

Blazer kept his eyes locked on the Sableye when it reappeared and took Aisla's hand. He'd never hurt a human before, but he was still sort of edgy. Actually it wasn't the girl he was worried about. Meanwhile, Ty was still looking for his necklace, it had no real value, but it was sentimental to him. It was a gift from his dad, but Ty never really liked him. The necklace was passed down by his mother's family, for him.

He stood up when another girl appeared from behind a tree, and the Purrloin gave the necklace back. He put the steel necklace around his neck again, smiling. "Never thought I'd see the day I was stolen from," he mused to himself with a chuckle.

"It's fine," he said with another smile. He was really amused by this. Then, the other one asked to pet Blazer. Ty looked at the Arcanine, who had relaxed now. "You can pet him, he's never hurt anyone. He's gentle but protective."

Aisla smiled and held her Sableye's hand as she leaned against the tree. The Fog would probably get pretty thick in a few minutes. Looking about she realized she couldn't see the Graveyard. "Drats!! I can't see it anymore!" Simi looked around and grinned with her teeth showing. Pulling Aisla along she pulled her in the right direction of the graveyard leaving Allis and the boy behind.

Allis blinked and looked back as her twin disappeared. Styxx grabbed her shirt and followed her over to the Arcanine. Allis smiled and ran her fingers through his fur gently. Putting Asuka down she hugged the big fluffy pokemon. "He's so soft!" Letting him go she picked up her Sableye who should have been heavy but Allis was used to heavier things. "I think I need to catch up with my Sister. You can follow if you want." Smiling at him and his pokemon she headed off in the Direction Styxx pointed.

[KARP KARP!]

Ty watched as Aisla said something then disappeared into the fog with Simi. He had to smile when Allis pet Blazer, then hugged him.

Blazer, now convinced that they weren't a threat, liked the attention. He sort of snuggled into the girl; his trainer had a gentle touch, but it was nothing like the gentleness of a female.

"Yeah, he is. He's powerful, but he's just as gentle. Blazer and me have been together for quite some time. Seen and been through a lot," he mused. "The best companion a guy can ask for."

When Allis picked up the Sableye, he and Blazer followed. Hey, it was good to have company every once in a while.

Aisla ran after Simi as she tried to see through the fog. Cursing silently to herself for getting distracted she finally spotted a blob of something. The house and the graveyard maybe? She was hoping to find more Sableyes. Probably would but it was worth a try.

Allis looked behind her as the boy and Blazer followed. She loved big pokemon. Maybe once everything was settled down she could go into medicines for pokemon. Usually it was only a Joy who did that but maybe they wouldn't mind her joining. Humming quietly she cuddled her Shiny Sableye and looked about trying to spot her twin. Aisla could move fast usually faster then her.

[KARP KARP!]

Ty and Blazer followed behind the girl and her Sableye. Both of them sort of scanned the area warily; this place was...in a word...creepy. Arcanine stayed alert, ready for anything. Ty was just on the lookout for Pokemon.

"So, uh...you come around here a lot?"

Allis looked back at him and shook her head. "Actually we are out here cause she wanted to see the grave yard. I followed along because I heard a rumor of Sableye's out here." Allis was fine with talking since he looked more like he was ready to run. Listening she quickened her pace. She thought she heard her sister up a head.

Aisla squeaked and tripped over a head stone. "Simi! you could have warned me!" Sitting up she looked the head stone over before she realized she must have past the house already. Looking over she spotted the outline of it and smiled. She had found it! Wait where was Allis? Looking about she wondered how far behind her sister was then shrugged. Her twin would catch up. Though she was probably content to cuddle the Arcanine.

[KARP KARP!]

Okay, though Ty would never admit it, not even to Blazer, he wasn't a huge fan of ghost types. Nothing against them, they just....sorta creeped him out. Little did Ty know, this was a secret shared by his Arcanine.

"Oh, uhm...cool," he said. "I was just seeing what I could see, personally." As he walked, he was still looking around. Since he wasn't watching where he was going, one thing was inevitable.

His foot hit against a fallen tree branch, and he fell face first into the dirt. Blazer, also out of it, saw his trainer fall, and helped him to his feet by the collar of his shirt. Then, the Arcanine got an idea, remembering Ty's conversation with Alvaro.

He leaned down a little, and Ty, taking the hint, climbed on the Arcanine's back. That taken care of, they continued their trek behind Allis.

Allis slowed her pace again once she heard her sister start complaining. Well she found something. Blinking she looked back at Ty and his Arcanine. Was that a quiver she heard in his voice? or just uncertainty. Suddenly she grinned as he glanced around. Setting Styxx down she watched him seem to disappear into the fog. Yeah she wouldn't do anything but she wouldn't deny her pokemon the chance to scare someone new. "I take it you don't like ghosts too much? You know they say the place is haunted and that the ghost doesn't take kindly to strangers." Okay so maybe she wanted to have some fun of her own. Whistling slightly she kept walking toward the grave yard. Styxx grinned as he popped up behind the boy and his Arcanine. Carefully he tugged on the Arcanine's fur then disappeared into the fog again.

Aisla looked up as he sister seemed to appear out of the fog. Hearing her whistling she wondered what he twin was up to. Though apparently Simi knew for she disappeared as soon as she heard the whistling. Simi grinned and wondered who the victim was. Silently she looked at Styxx then grinned. Disappearing into the fog she found the Arcanine and gently tugged on the fur on his right side before melting back into the fog again.

[KARP KARP!]

"Me? Not like ghost?" he chuckled nervously. "It takes a lot to scare us."

Blazer jumped, feeling a tug on his fur. Then another. Ty instinctively climbed down, looking around as Blazer did. The thief kept a hand on the Arcanine's side to comfort him.

"It's okay, Blaze. It's okay." Though what Allis said sort of creeped him out--alot.

Then he noticed something. Allis was gone. Maybe she wasn't far behind; the fog was thick. Blazer stared into the fog, fangs bared.

Allis heard his nervous chuckle before she had disappeared a head of him. Smiling to her sister she sat down and pulled out a flute. Slowly she played a haunting tune just for fun. Glancing at her sister she watched it Dawn on her face exactly what she was up too. Simi slipped out of the fog behind Ty and tugged his clothes gently. Disappearing back into the fog Styxx appeared next to Blazer and tugged his fur gently.

Aisla couldn't help it she burst out laughing. It was rare that her sister would pull a prank so it was just hilarious. Stifling her laughter she got up and walked over to the house to see if any pokemon were inside. If they could find a young Sableye they could train him or her to be a ninja like them. Strong and quick they could be the masters in pokemon battles.

Not far off, a Venonat could be seen hopping through the fog rather quietly. A Murkrow cawed from somewhere in the fog, though it was hard to tell exactly where it was coming from. A Gastly suddenly fazed through a tree a little ways away and seemed to be looking for something. Sitting on a branch not far off, a Litwick could be seen.
