It was good to laugh. As the saying went Laughter was the best medicine. She listened and tilted her head. So she had been right. "Maybe your bored?" She knew when she got bored she tended to drift away and do something fun for a while. "You sound like you need fun in your life. Maybe spice up the battles by doing double battles or something. Maybe set some rules. Like you can only attack if you say this word first." Okay her idea's might be a little dumb but they were interesting to think about. Moon actually sweat dropped at some of those idea's. It sounded like something Rikka herself would do instead of something this person would do. Night shook his head and decided he wanted to be dry now so he hopped down from the tree and headed to the tent. Moon soon followed kind of embarrest for her Trainer. Bumping into Night the two raced back happily toward the tent. [/scrolly]

"Double battles are more common down in the Orre than they are here... I used to battle with Steel and Shadow as my two, and when I came up here, I caught more," he answered back with a nod. Shadow sighed to herself. She missed the south and the sands a bit. It was so much warmer there and so much more pleasant as far as she considered anyways. "I've heard somewhere uses triple battles, but I've never tried," he bit the inside of his cheek at that thought. [/scrolly]

Tilting her head in curiousity she thought about it. "Sounds fun. I haven't been in a double battle yet." Maybe thats why the idea was appealing to her. At his mention of triple battles her eyes widened like a little kids. "Really? That would be soo cool to see." In her excitement she lost her balance and ended up hanging upside down from the branch. Her legs were the only things holding her there. Squeaking she wrapped her arms around the branch and tried to right herself again. More then likely she had done this once or twice before because soon enough she was sitting up like she had been a few minutes before. [/scrolly]

Sweat dropping a little, he wondered why he had acted so fast and hadn't assumed that she would do that. Meh, instinct one could guess. After a few seconds, he relaxed again causing Shadow to breathe out quietly wondering what all this motion was for. "You've never been in a double battle?" Haii finally questioned deciding to continue their previous conversation at least for now. [/scrolly]

Maybe she could see a triple battle. It would be awesome! "Nope. Probably because the people I meet are varied. Oh and I forgot about double battles." Maybe it was because she had never actually thought about a double battle before. It would be neat to be in one. Plus it would be better way to help her pokemon grow stronger. She would have to suggest a double battle next time she battled with someone. Though she knew she would probably forget. [/scrolly]

He was fighting off the urge to suggest a battle right then and thee. It was peaceful at the moment, but....but... After a few seconds, he chuckled to himself and shook his head a bit finally managing to wave it off. "Have you ever had headaches after being around psychic pokemon?" he asked after a moment. It seemed almost completely random, yet that was what had come to Haii's thoughts directly after that. [/scrolly]

Oh he probably thought she was stupid or something for not ever having a double battle. The change in topic was random but she didn't mind. She had a tendency to change topics all the time. "Hmm I don't think so. But Kiki is still hesitant about letting our bond grow so that might be it." She really had never had a headache. Though now that he had brought it up she kinda wanted to ask Kiki and Cloud about that. It could be interesting to find out why. "Do you get headaches?" [/scrolly]

"Sort of..." he finally admitted with a sigh. "Ever since Sai's gotten more confident and has been talking to me more, it seems to get worse." Now how come he got headaches? Slowly her mind clicked over to where she stored lots of information. "Maybe Your apposing the bond or something? It might be at the back of your mind your not ready for something as intimate as sharing your thoughts." Even as she thought about it her eyes seem to appear a shade lighter with the thoughtful look in them. Kiki can you come here real fast?... As soon as she thought it both the ralts and Abra appeared on the branch. Kiki didn't even have to ask before looking to the man beside her. Looking to she blinked. Cloud looked to the boy and projected his thoughts softly. ("When do you get the headaches? Is it during the communication part or after?") Kiki was willing to do a lot to make Rikka Happy and in return Rikka made sure she was happy. It was a nice feeling being cared for, but she didn't really want to approach the other mans mind. She was still hesitant about entering Rikka's, but it was easy with Rikka. She was just so open anyways. [/scrolly]

Looking at him carefully, Haii felt his hand tighten on Shadow just a little. The Umbreon looked up suddenly confused given her dark attribute generally blocked out psychic currents. Tilting his head he narrowed his eyes. Kiki watched and tilted her head before moving closer to Rikka. Cloud listened to his reply and nodded his head. ("Do you fear something by letting a pokemon into your head? Or Are you not ready for something as intimate as a psychic knowing your thoughts?") Rikka watched knowing what they were talking about because of her bond with Cloud. Blinking could it be he didn't want someone else in his mind yet? Rikka absolutely loved it. It was fun and her pokemon could talk to her about all sorts of things. Though Kiki every now and then would block her out with a weirded out look on her face. It was almost as if she hadn't expected how easy it was that Rikka accepted things. [/scrolly]

Something in him was backing up extremely fast and trying to throw around words that such a suggestion was wrong. "It only gets worse when one of them evolves," he stated rather quickly. Oh so that was it. Otherwise why was he getting so defensive? Actually he was also backing away quickly. Pulling out slowly he broke off the connection. Looking to Kiki he nodded his head. Kiki looked to Haiiro then to Rikka. Rikka looked a little confused. The two psychics vanished back to the tent. He was a bit too defensive at the moment to be reasoned with. "Uh...erm...." Now what could she say when her pokemon seemed to think he was too defensive in his mind. Swinging a foot in the open air beneath her she looked down. "Maybe you could take it a bit slower with your psychics?" It was the best thing she could come up with in the circumstances. [/scrolly]

Because of her bond with Cloud she had felt his mind go defensive through Abras and back away. She hadn't meant for him to get all defensive. Quickly her mind looked for an excuse to escape. It wasn't her fault that he ... no he wasn't even going to admit it. Not at the moment and not ever... However, deep down he was sure of what he had been about to actually think aloud..."What?" he asked suddenly raising hie eyebrow and concealing his previous thoughts. "No it's ... fine," he answered back. If he had realized that she had noticed because of his silence, Haii might have said that it was simply because he didn't talk much but oh well. "I'll figure it out," he finally stated offering a smirk of sorts. Hey, it was at least close to a smile. [/scrolly]

Looking over at him she watched him and blinked at his smirk. Well it was close enough. She smiled back slightly glad she was forgiven. "Wanna go back to my tent and have something to eat?" She was hungry after all the activity. Moving she slipped down to the branch below her and looked up at him. "I can feed your pokemon too." Her smiled was sincere as she went about climbing back down to the ground. [/scrolly]

Slowly moving Shadow off his lap and into one arm, he began to climb down slowly as well. Shadow's entire form seemed to go on edge from having being held in such a way, yet the Umbreon managed to stay calm and not panic too badly. "I have some pokemon food of my own, but maybe we can mix...." Haii stated aloud as he finally got down to the bottom again and put Shadow gently on the ground. The Umbreon sighed outwards glad to have her feet on full ground. [/scrolly]

Stretching she listened to his suggestion. "Alrighty. I always have lots." Grinning she started walking back to the tent. When Rikka mentioned that she always had a lot, he wondered how but then figured that she probably made her own like he did or something. It was a lot cheaper than having to buy form a store when it came down to it. Finally pulling out the bag of pokemon food, he walked into the tent. Shadow hesitated a moment, and because of this, she was licked. @_@; Hu... Looking back at the Haunted, Shadow sweat dropped and shook her head in mirror irritation. <Hey what was that for?> she called. "Do you make your own pokemon food?" Haii asked as he began to take out the other pokeballs he had on him. His team of six was stable seeing as all the others were back home in Agate. [/scrolly]
