She couldn't be a bad host. Plus it was already nightfall. Where was he gonna go? "You can stay here if you like. Its already nightfall so this would just be easier. And I have plenty of blankets." As if to prove a point she reached into her bag and pulled out a blanket. Smiling she wondered what Caerus was up to. He was oddly quiet for having gone outside. Caerus let out a puppy dog grin and jumped to the next branch then the next. He was getting the hang of this. Upon jumping to the next branch he missed it completely as he had over judged the distance. Kiki looked up from her food and disappeared. Appearing on a branch below the falling dog she reached out her arms. Upon touching the Growlithe she teleported poth to the tent next to Rikka. Rikka blinked and noticed both Kiki and Caerus drop when they had teleported back. Widening her eyes, for Kiki quickly told her what the growlithe had been doing, she checked them both over and pulled Kiki into a hug. "Well neither of you got hurt so thats a good thing. Caerus quit trying to climb the trees." Caerus just sat up and wagged his tail giving a lopsided grin. [/scrolly]

However, before he had a chance to say anything, Kiki had appeared with the Growlithe. After a brief explanation as to what happened, Haii found himself looking out and wondering what Ryo was doing. The hybrid had watched the dog pokemon fall and had been about to seize him when it seemed someone had taken up his work. Pft, that was fine with him. "I....Well...........alright.....If it's fine with you," Haii finally answered slowly looking back at Rikka as he caught a glimpse of Ryo sauntering into the tent again. [/scrolly]

Oh well. She probably wouldn't get an answer if she asked about it. It still hadn't hit her that he was a guy in her tent. Though it might in the morning. Handing him the blanket she smiled as he accepted her offer. "Absolutely fine." Moving Moon and Night to a corner where they could sleep she set the slightly happier Kiki near her friend Cloud. They both got up and poked their pokeballs. It was just a bit crowded for them so they chose to sleep in there balls. Caerus yawned but wagged his tail a bit when Ryo walked in. He found the hybrid pokemon fun. For some odd reason. Any other pokemon probablye would have been mad that the pokemon had taunted them. Not Caerus he was happy to see the pokemon. Opening his jaws he let loose a big old yawn. Curling next to the tent wall he wagged his tail a few more times then was out like a light. [/scrolly]

Returning Li, Sai, and Ryo, Haii put the pokeballs to the side of him. Steel, who was too prone to sleeping in trees more often than not, simply got up and flew out of the tent before landing in a tree just over it. He was a metal bird and far from something of snuggle value, anyways. Shadow watched as Steel flew off and then took that oppurtunity to lay down and curl up rather easily next to Haii. "........................Night....." Haii finally stated leaning up against Shadow and using her as something of a pillow. The Umbreon, though at first a tad startled by this, relaxed after a moment. "Night Night." Wrapping her arms around the big fluffly fire dog she closed her eyes and seemed to fall quickly to sleep. Moon and Night seeming to realize the they weren't near Rikka got up and crawled on top of her before going back to sleep themselves. [/scrolly]

Time passed, and he eventually did fall into something of a half sleep, yet it wasn't really restful when it came down to it. The time shifted slowly, and soon enough, the sun was rising. [/scrolly]

She also ended up sleeping well past the break of dawn. Finally waking up she stretched and sat up sleepily. Moving Moon and Night next to Caerus she moved and slipped out of the tent. Stretching until she was on her tippy toes she looked about. The runic glade was very pretty in the daylight. Plopping down on the grass she rubbed her head. Trying to get her mind into gear she slowly went over what she was supposed to do today. Though at the moment nothing made sense. She wasn't really a morning person, though she didn't get grumpy, she just had trouble waking up. [/scrolly]

As Rikka walked out, he looked over from where he had already started cooking some sort of concoction over a fire. "............Morning," he finally stated. [/scrolly]

Well she kinda hadn't. For an odd reason she thought he might still be sleeping. Watching him cook she wondered what it was. Realizing she hadn't answered back she smiled sheepishly. "Morning. Whatcha cooking?" Standing up she wondered over to him before sitting back down a few feet away from him. Caerus yawned and rolled over on top of the Umbreon and eevee in his sleep. Moon woke up and squeezed out from under him. Shaking herself she glared at the fire dog before stretching and exiting the tent to find Rikka. Night was slower to wake up and had a few difficulties trying to get out from under the bigger pokemon. Finally getting free he stretched and raced out after Moon. [/scrolly]

"It's supposed to end up something like a berry pancake though without eggs and things...." he finally shrugged his shoulders a little. Indeed, he'd bought the mix, and all he had to do was add water and then flip it with some berries and things. It was far from hard, but it did go a little out of his way on normal days. Shadow, who was by this time sitting a bit a ways away, was watching Steel as the metal bird circled overhead. [/scrolly]

Really? She had never had instant pancakes. She tended to eat her dried meats and fruit while traveling. Though what he was doing sounded like a good idea. Then again her bag would get heavier if she had to carry a pan with her. Hearing a bark she looked over to see Caerus barreling out of the tent and after some sort of butter fly. It was rather cute. Hopping up she ran to the tent and pulled out her sketch book before moving back to sit near Haii again. Flipping to a new page she watched Caerus run around after the butterfly. Catching the pose she wanted she quickly started on the rough out lines. She wanted to catch the moment in time where Caerus had used the tree root to jump after the butterfly like he could fly too. Moon wondered over to Haii and Rikka. Spotting him cooking she stood up on her hind legs to see what it was. It looked like pancakes. They had had those the last time they got to stay in a hotel. Though these looked different. And where had he gotten the eggs and milk and stuff. Looking at Haiiro she tilted her head and watched him with a questioning look. She hadn't heard his previous answer to Rikka. Night ran and jumped up onto Rikka's shoulder. Spotting Haii he slid under her hair and hid there. [/scrolly]

Indeed, though he would never admit it outright, he was a fan of copper. It was light, conducted well enough to make great cooking tools, and conducted electricity well enough that one could use it to hot-wire engines. Growing up in the Orre taught a person one thing and one thing only: that you had to know your engines. If you didn't and got stuck somewhere, you were doomed simple as that. After a moment, he fipped it again and set it on a paper towel before pouring out the instant mix and starting another. Haii's eye slid sideways seeing that he was being watched by one pokemon before he simply went back to cooking. In another second, his eye slid forwards and watched Rikka drawing. He... reminded she did that didn't she? Now... No he was sure... "Have you drawn more since last time?" he asked calmly not really looking at Rikka at that moment. [/scrolly]

"Yes. Its fun. Plus it helps me show others that even in a drawing a pokemon is having fun Or their having a sad moment. Even what happened next. I like thinking that when one looks at my drawing its actually alive." Finishing the rough sketch she flipped through her sketch book and found a good one. It was Caerus asleep on his back with Haunter getting ready to sneak up on him. In the background Moon and Night watched amused over the Haunter's antics. Flipping it around she showed Haii. "I bet you can tell what happened with out me telling you." Grinning she watched him cook and stored the image away for later. She had a feeling he didn't often cook in front of others. [/scrolly]

"About to prank him?" the dark haired man asked raising his eyebrow a little but already assuming that was what it was. So then, her sketchbooks were like a photo album when Haii thought of it that way. It was a way to remember.... Flipping another before waiting again, Haii looked over towards Shadow who had turned and started to move over towards Rikka curious as to what the pictures were. [/scrolly]

"Yeah. Caerus had fallen asleep before the rest so Haunter had taken it upon himself to wake the poor puppy up. His style." Spotting Shadow moving closer she flipped to another picture. This one of a Charizard who looked a bit dumbfounded and prideful that he had hit Haunter with a snowball. Haunter in the picture looked all confused while it seemed Moon looked a bit smug while standing in one of the melted spots Charizard had created. "In this picture Moon had covered the snowball in a light shadowball which ended up with the snow ball actually hitting him instead of going straight through." Which was the main reason for Moon looking smug in the picture. [/scrolly]

Shadow, who was now staring rather intently at the picture, seemed to be turning her head from one side to the other trying to understand it for all it was worth. After a moment, she chuckled a bit to herself whcih only came out sounding like 'bri bri'. [/scrolly]

"A guy's I met up in the Glacial Village I believe....Hmm might have been another town...Anyways the guys name is Kero." She failed to mention that he was a noble because everyone had a different veiw on them so yeah. Hearing Shadow she grinned. Haunter who had seen the picture seemed to heat up for a moment then ranted at Moon who didn't even give him the time of day. It had been funny at the time. Flipping to a new page she showed Shadow a picture of the Serenity garderns. Though it was still in the winter so in the picture everything was covered in snow. In the middle was her pokemon Kiki, cloud, Moon Night, Haunter, and Raikiri. Their was also an Azumaril, Grovile, Minccino. Which belonged to her friend Cody. They were playing keep the ball away form Haunter. As was seen By Kiki have the ball in her grasp with psychic and flying out of Haunter's reach. [/scrolly]

If Haii hadn't spent a good deal of time in southern Era due to the climate matching that of his own home down in the Orre, Haii wouldn't have recognized the name. However, he did in fact think of it. A ... was he a Duke or a Count or ....? Bah, screw Era's legal hierarchy. It made no sense to him. "Isn't he a....?" Haii started but stopped not wanting to sound stupid for asking the wrong title. Shadow, meanwhile, was looking at the pages rather carefully. That was... rather cool, really. Turning her head to one side, the Umbreon continued to stare at the page. Hmm.... She wondered if she could draw like that somehow... though she had no idea how to go about doing it. [/scrolly]

It was the Haunted grove and all its creepiness. Even though she had been attacked by a pokemon there she still had wanted to draw it. In the picture if one looked closely they would probably find the hidden ghosts or the shadow in the shape of a human figure. Hearing his question she actually looked very sheepish. "Sorry I didn't ask his title." Well she hadn't thought about asking when they were having hot coco. Well if she saw him again she would have to ask. Well it occured to her she could have asked but it slipped her mind well in anycase she didn't remember it now. [/scrolly]

"Bri..." she mumbled to herself something along the lines of 'pretty' if not some other compliment that was rather hard to tell of at the moment. "Ah...." Haii answered back simply nodding his head. "Something of the south though... I heard of him when I was down there.... something about wanted posters," he stated shrugging his shoulders a little. [/scrolly]
