"Would you like to try?" Flipping to a new page she offered the pencil to Shadow. "If you don't want to use the pencil I have crayons that I'm sure Haunter will share." Haunter hearing about the crayons grinned and disappeared inside the tent only to float back out with crayons. Setting them next to the umbreon he opened them up to share. Rikka looked over at Haii as he spoke up again. "Oh. Hm." Wanted posters. She might want to check them out just encase Adam's picture was up there. Okay yeah he was a theif but she just didn't have the heart to turn him in. She wanted to take care of him. Especially after learning some things about the people who raised him. [/scrolly]

Taking a black crayon in her mouth, she made to try and draw out something that came out as a lopsided circle with extensions that could either be interpenetrated as legs or hair... or a variety of things, honestly. Haii blinked at the answer that was given back. In truth, it had left him a tad... curious, maybe... "Do you know something or?" Haii asked raising an eyebrow. [/scrolly]

He now had a drawing buddy. Grabbing a blue crayon he started to draw Shadow. Mostly because she was using his black crayon. So instead of drawing her black he was drawing her blue. Pulling out a yellow crayon he drew her markings then colored the drawing in. Rikka looked over at him and almost seemed to look sheepish, like a kid caught in the act of something. "Oh nothing. Just was a little curious about the wanted posters." She looked at the two pokemon quickly, since she knew she was the worst liar ever. Though she hadn't technically lied......Only told half the truth. [/scrolly]

If one looked carefully enough, it might have looked like a head with hair now... Hm.... Meanwhile, Haii was quiet and found himself looking at Rikka carefully. He wasn't sure why, but something about the way the girl had said her previous statement was... off....However, he wasn't one to actively pursue things and instead just nodded. "Ah" he stated. Sheesh she hated lying but he might not care for thieves and she didn't want Adam to get hurt again. Hearing Haii she sighed in her head. At least he wasn't gonna pursue anything. Peaking over at him she smiled. Moon blinked and wondered if the boy was gonna cook anymore of the pancake batter before he melted his little copper pan. [/scrolly]

Well there was one burned. Sighing, he flipped it off and then started another. -_- Sigh. "You can start with the few already made ya know," he finally stated making a motion to the pancakes he had set aside. Shadow, meanwhile, was working hard and trying her best to get the rather odd stick-figure that she was now drawing to look like Haii. It was far from perfect, really, but ... well... [/scrolly]

Hearing him she shook her head. "I'll wait till you're done cooking." She didn't mind waiting. Looking at Shadow's picture she smiled. "Thats pretty good. With a little more practice you could be amazing." Haunter looked at Shadows picture then showed Rikka his quickly. He didn't want to be out done. "Oh yes. Its beautiful Haunter." Haunter grinned and went about showing the some what childish drawing of Shadow around to the others. He liked it when Rikka complimented his drawings [/scrolly]

Making a few more pancakes and finishing up what batter he had, Haii put the pan down finally and sat back. "I don't carry any sort of syrup or anything... but yah," he stated shrugging his shoulders slightly. Shadow smiled a little and set down the crayon she had been using. Watching Haunter fly around, she chuckled to herself rather quietly. [/scrolly]

Haunter showing Moon now. Moon on the other hand looked at it and gave him a bland stare then moved over to Rikka. She was making it clear she perfered Rikka's Drawing better. Haunter scowled at her and raced off to show someone else. Chuckling Rikka looked over at Haiir. "Thats fine. Syrup would just get messy if someone had to haul it around all the time." Taking a pancake she rolled it and took a bite. It was rather good for being instant. "This is really good." Pulling off a piece she offered it to Moon who ate it then nodded agreeing with Rikka. Rikka took another piece and handed it over to the eevee who was still hiding in her hair. Night ate it then rubbed her ear. Smiling Rikka looked over at Haii. "Thank you for cooking breakfast." Shadow, who was now smelling the food fully, slowly wandered over towards her dark haired trainer before brushing up against him like some sort of cat. Repressing a laugh, Haii broke off a piece and handed it over to Shadow. The Umbreon was rather pleased to say the least of it. At Rikka's thank you, Haii found himself looking away. Moon looked over at Rikka and seemed to laugh at her. If the girl could have gotten into gear this morning she probably would have fed everyone. Moon rubbed against Rikka and climbed into her lap and laying their to stare at everyone. Rikka fed her another piece then rubbed her ears gently. Night noticed Moon getting more and jumped into Rikka's lap, right on top of Moon. Moon pushed him over with her back legs and laid her head on Rikka's leg. Rikka chuckled at them and fed Night a little more too. [/scrolly]

"Your pokemon are at peace with you," he mumbled a bit before taking another bite. "It's probably the best state for a pokemon to be in." [/scrolly]

"Yeah. Moon has been with me since she hatched and Night well I found him hurt." Her face turned a bit sheepish as she looked over at him. "Plus it may be I have a tendency to take better care of them then myself." She smiled at him even as she rubbed the back of her head. It wasn't that she was shameful over it, just a bit embarrassed over admitting it aloud. Moon looked at Rikka and nudged her hand. <Thats where I come in. I help her when she forgets.> Though the boy wouldn't understand her it was obvious she had RIkka's back. Of course she wanted to give back to the girl who had raised her. [/scrolly]

"I... tend to do that as well," he answered back somehow pulling something of a half smile onto his face. "Pokemon are just something... different than people," he continued as he thought about it. Indeed, it was just easier to get along with pokemon than it was with people, and Haii knew it. Shadow's ears perked a little at Moon's comment, yet she simply found herself smirking a tad in turn. Steel, meanwhile, rolled his eyes a little as he heard the conversation from the air. [/scrolly]

She was glad he understood it was nice. "Yeah. They're awesome." Rubbing Moon's ears she took another bite of the pancake in her other hand. Pulling a piece off, she gave it to Night. Rikka loved her pokemon to death and knew she would be at a loss if she didn't have them. Especially since she had no sense of direction when it came to traveling. Moon looked over at Shadow and arched her brow. <Whats with the smirk?> If she needed to she would pounce on the other Umbreon. She was proud she got to take care of Rikka. There was no other girl she would rather take care of. Rikka was pokemon's dream trainer. Kind and always looking out for them even if it put her in danger. Rikka was also the same way about people once she got attached. Even if it was bad for her health. [/scrolly]

He wasn't good at much aside from getting himself into fights and possibly fixing a few engines when need be. However, that was far from any sort of real work, and if the world was different. Meh, he wouldn't worry about it. Pokemon were here to stay. "I heard.... up here once the king banned people catching pokemon...." Haii mumbled after a moment. Shadow blinked at the comment and shook her head. <No it's not that it's just.. I understand> she answered back looking back at Moon with a sort of conviction in her eyes. <Haii's good at getting himself around.. I'm just glad I'm here if he ever needs me.> she explained. "I bet you could find something you liked." If pokemon hadn't existed she probably would end up being an artist which as she learned over the years had its ups and downs. Though she hadn't painted very many of them they all ended up ranging in the money zone. Well in any case Pokemon existed and she wasn't gonna worry. At his next statement she nodded her head. "Yeah he did, he viewed every wild pokemon his. But it didn't stop people from breeding. Cause technically your didn't catch them from the wild. Though it left the pokemon a bit limited." Moon nodded her head understanding now. <Their both wonderful trainers. Even though Rikka has no sense of direction. I fear for her if she didn't have any of us. Good thing that wont happen.> She shuddered at the mere though of Rikka on her own in the world. Well she had her mother but yeahh.....Rikka liked to travel and learn. [/scrolly]

Well that was true.... So it wasn't as horrible as people made it out to be, really... Then again, for people down in the Orre where pokemon were limited and it was doubtful that one would come up from there to Era with more than one pokemon, it was very limiting. "Did you catch all your pokemon?" was finally what was asked. Shadow smiled a bit and nodded her head. <Down in the Orre, you have to kinda know your way around or you'll die in the sands> she stated nodding her head slowly. [/scrolly]

She really didn't have to catch any of them. They joined her of their own freewill. Oh well. Moon nodded her head. <Well I since I'm with Rikka she shouldn't ever get lost.> Usually that's how it went. Usually their was those times where she ended up sleeping in her ball and Rikka was left to walk by herself. Though most of the time when that happened Rikka didn't stray that far from the path.
