"Jalen...it's not safe..." Sofia said quietly before pulling out his pokeball. The last thing she wanted was for him to get hurt...even if it was funny watching him try and stand guard over her,"Return..." Jalen turned around when he heard Sofia's voice and was about to argue when he heard the buzzing and sweat dropped. Well...Sofia was ordering him to return so it wasn't retreating after all...right? Nodding, he disappeared inside the pokeball without another word. Sofia replaced the pokeball in her bag, glad that Jalen had listened to her when she heard Kero say her name. Nodding in response to his suggestion, Sofia moved out from under Argus' protective hand and was about to follow Kero when she heard the buzzing and froze, face as white as a sheet. Frightened tears streaming down her cheeks as she once again hid behind Argus. Argus looked over in the direction the buzzing was coming from and narrowed his eyes. If that was what he thought it was he had to get Sofia out of here...and quickly. Picking up Sofia, he held her in his arms before following after Kero, thinking that it was best to leave before the source of the buzzing showed up. [/scrolly]

[KARP KARP!]

Jade frowned as Mr. Fishy flopped about after the Weedle. With one hand, she called the Magikarp back to his Pokeball, clinging to Zander. Then, she called out Lacy; and the Granbull looked around.

Yeah...Lacy would be a good choice. Jade really wanted that Linoone that ran by, but the sound of buzzing distracted her from that.

"Uhm...good idea. I vote anything that'll get us out of here. Especially if that sound is what I think it is..." The last part was said quietly, but followed by a shudder. Zander buried his face in Jade's shoulder; he could tell she was afraid, and that scared him.

"Chaaaar...." he whined.

[Caden Bunny]

The buzzing was getting louder as the pokemon behind it came closer towards them. It was a Beedrill, and it didn't look happy. Suddenly a Venonat came flying out from the bush and was running from the Beedrill. The Linoone was running in the same direction as them as the Beedrill started flying after them. That's when it was seen that another Beedrill wasn't too far behind it, also flying towards them, but maybe not at them. <Nooo not that Beedrills DDDX > the Linoone shouts out in fear as it runs. The Beedrills.... like to swarm everyone.

[Jay]

Nami had pretty much agreed with Kero and had been about to follow him when the sound of buzzing grew louder. Damn it curiosity of what it was had gotten the better of her, and as Nami turned to look, her blue eyes seemed to grow while her pupils shrank. "RUN!!!!!!!!!!!" she screamed suddenly scooping up her Torchic under arm and high tailing it like some sort of marathon runner on steroids. Panic was her adrenaline, adrenaline was her movement, and Nami was piratically flying as she ran pushing straight past Kero as she continued to run.

x___x OH ARCEUS WUT.... Buck hadn't even gotten a full warning as to what was going on before he was suddenly scooped up and run with.

He tried his best to hurry the group along faster but it was too late. The Beedrill came into sight and was quickly joined by a second not too far away. Sure, they were flying type pokemon but as long as they were bugs he didn’t care! “Go, GO!” He yelled out after Nami yelled for them to run. He found himself running as well, trying his best to keep an eye on the girls as to not lose them. Blue quickly took off Kero’s shoulder and flew beside him, ready to attack anything that got too close. [/scrolly] [bg=brown]

The Rhyperior remembered all too well what had happened that day, and had sworn to never let anything harm the young girl again. It didn't help that despite his best attempt to get Sofia as far away from the Beedrill as possible that he wasn't very fast. Finally setting Sofia down, he stopped and stood in front of her protectively before motioning to her pokeball bag. Glaring in the general direction the Beedrill were coming, Argus used Stone Edge towards the offending Beedrill, hoping that Sofia would take this chance to escape. Sofia heard the Beedrill and clung to Argus all the more, shivering and whimpering in fear. It wasn't until she felt her feet touch the ground again that she opened her eyes only to find Argus standing in front of her and gesturing to her pokeball bag....wait...what..no Argus D8 ! Sofia was about to argue when the Rhyperior used Stone Edge on the Beedrill, making the young girl realize that her beloved Argus was serious, pulling out a pokeball, she released Makena, her Ponyta and climbed on. "Argus..."she whispered before Makena, spooked by the sound of the Beedrill, sprang into a full gallop, getting as far away from the Beedrill as possible. [/scrolly]

[KARP KARP!]

Jade returned Zander as the Granbull stepped forward, taking a defensive stance not far from Argus. In a flash, Maxine had been called out of her Pokeball, standing beside Lacy to defend their trainer.

"Graaaaaan..."
"Dooooom..." The two pokemon growled in unison.

Jade had started to run, but stopped, not wanting to leave her Pokemon. That was when Maxine turned and barked at her. <GO! We'll catch up.>

Jade didn't understand the words, but she got the gist of it. Albeit hesitantly, the woman turned and began to run. "Let's get the hell out of here! I fucking hate this place..." It was then that she remembered there was a young girl in their midst and she put her hand over her mouth as she ran. Oops.

[Caden Bunny]

The two Beedrill were coming towards them, but didn't seem to be targeting them... they were just passing by. Suddenly, one of them was hit by a move and fell to the ground from the sky. It got back up and seemed to glare the the pokemon, but the other started to fly up and above them. The angry one didn't move to attack them yet, but looked like it was ready. DX It was just flying and they freaked out!

The fleeing pokemon just kept going, not looking at any pokemon behind them.

[Jay]

Adrenaline was Nami's drug at the moment, and all she could do was keep running. Her ears caught the sound of galoping, and as the brown haired woman turned her head, she caught sight of the Ponyta with Sofia on it. Had it been any other place, Nami might have stopped to say how insanely cute the pony was, ye at that particular moment, this thought didn't even register in her mind. Instead, she was just glad to see that the girl was with them. Looking in another direction, Nami found Kero running as well. However, for all her head motions sideways and back, Nami couldn't see Jade. "Jade?" she asked turning her head all the way back only then to trip on a root and fall flat on her face as her form continued to roll making a horrible rick-roll pinball effect and causing her to hit a tree in the process. "Ow...." Nami groaned a little. Buck's eyes were then and there as he was smashed between the ground and the crazy brown haired chick he knew as his trainer's form repeatedly as they rolled.

It seemed a few pokemon were stopping to help scare off the Beedrill in order to help the humans get away. Sofia was safe, Jade was… somewhere behind them and Nami was… Kero stopped running suddenly, watching as the woman fell to the ground. There had been nothing he could do to stop her tumbling as he was much too far away but it didn’t keep him from rushing over to her. He stopped right in front of them and knelt down with a rather worried expression on his face. “Are you two ok?” He asked, holding out a hand to help her up. [/scrolly] [bg=brown]

Makenna kept running until the buzzing of the Beedrill had faded away almost entirely and eased into a walk, more curious as to where they were at now that the immediate danger was gone (or so she thought). Sofia clung to Makenna, tears streaming down her face as she thought about Argus...he had stayed behind on purpose and...he was really strong but...why did he make her leave if nothing bad was going to happen. Sofia had been so focused on Argus and why he had left her that she didn't see where the others were .__. she...hadn't gotten lost again....had she...? [/scrolly]

[KARP KARP!]

The Houndoom saw the Beedrill trying to fly over them, and promptly spun, launching a Fire Blast at it. The Granbull watched the other one with an evil glare, though not attacking just yet.

"I'm right behind ya! Somewhere..." Jade called when she heard Nami ask about her. Finally, the woman caught up to Kero and Nami. "Hey, uhm...where's Sofia?"

[Caden Bunny]

The lower Beedrill found itself getting hit by both attacks before it had the chance to dodge. It suddenly started to fall out of the sky, missing parts of it's wings from the Fire Blast. It's eyes were swirls and it was nothing but a pile on the ground when it hit, and didn't seem that it would be able to fly anymore. Poor guy... The other one saw what was happening to the other, and was about to help until it saw that it was already down and had no wings left. This beedrill didn't want that to happen to it, and started to fly away from them rather quickly. T_T Why was he cursed to be a bug?

Arceus why was she a klutz? Ugh. After a moment, she looked towards Jade who was coming up and then quickly back to Kero. "Thanks," she sighed a bit towards Kero before then addressing what Jade had--- Sofia? Nami's eyes suddenly darted around rather quickly. Where was the girl? Oh no.... they'd gotten separated and it was her fault for having run instead of trying to keep the group together and.... Nami was nearly biting her bottom lip off before she realized it. "We need to find her," was all that the brown haired woman answered back with before looking between Jade and Kero. "Erhm... either of you see which way she went?" Buck groaned a bit and muttered a few 'torchic's to himself before sighing. [/scrolly]

His pale brown eyes began to scan their surroundings trying his best to spot the young girl. “I… don’t know where she went.” He replied, looking back at Jade and Nami. “Blue.” The small bird let out a chirp as she heard her name and looked over at Kero. “Think you can fly up to search for her?” The small bird ruffled her feathers proudly as if to say, ‘Yes, yes I can.’ before taking off into the air in search of the little girl. Frowning slightly, the Rhyperior surveyed his surroundings, but there was no sign of Sofia or Makenna ... but surely they couldn't have gotten far. Sofia remained on Makenna as they walked around rather slowly, searching for the others they had found before the bugs had come and Argus had made Sofia run away. "Heeelllllooooo anybody here?! Heeeellllllooooooo!?" Sofia called out, hoping that someone would hear her and head her direction ... or perhaps Argus would find her. Even still, without having been here before Sofia wasn't sure where to go ... there were twists and tuns everywhere and it was scary and Dx. "Guys!? Heeeelllllooooo?! Nami? Kero? Jade? Anyone out there?" Sofia called out again in a fearful, shaky voice. [/scrolly]
