Selene was walking Growlithe at her side as she reached the area she was going to find to start her own breeding program in her parents farm. She would start slowly gaining a few at a time. She wouldn't let herself forget she would have to take exellent care of the pokemon to make sure that they were happy and would want to be around her. She had growlithe out right now as an extra set of eyes and such.
Selene knew it was alway possible for her to run into another pokemon. She knew Growlithe wouldn't let anything happen to her if he could stop it from happening. She smiled as she reached down and scratched him behind the ears as she moved on stepping over branches and roots. She was curious to see what kind of casting Fate would hand her. She smiled as she couldn't wait to meet the unknown.
While she walked through the runic Glade she felt the wind against her back and smelled the scent of growlithe as the wind ruffled his fur. She smiled as she continued onward. She went on pausing every so often as she listened to the different sounds. She was not sure what to expect as she heard something that she couldn't tell if it was pokemon or human.

What she had heard was probably the rustling caused by a certain melanistic Nidorino. The Poison-type stuck his head out of the bushes, blinking as he noticed the girl and her Growlithe. Turning his head slightly, he let out a noise to indicate where he was. Right behind him was a black-haired woman who looked fairly disheveled. Walking out onto the clearer area near Selene, she smiled.
"Hi there. Sorry if we startled you. I'm Ruka," she introduced herself before motioning down to the Nidorino who now sat beside her. "That's Taizen and this," she motioned toward the messenger bag at her side, which held another Pokemon, "is Jacques." Normally she didn't go so far as to introduce her Pokemon, but this girl had her own companion out so it was only fair.
Taizen simply nodded his head to the pair, but the Jollaby waved happily.

Selene smiled as she saw the other trainer who came up. She introduced her pokemon and herself. Selene looked down at her growlithe as he moved to get between her and the other pokemon. Shaking her head she watched look stop. "Pleasure to meet you Ruka, I am Selene, and the protective. Sweetheart here is Loki," with a smile she held out her hand. Selene was curious as to why the girl before her was here but she wasn't sure of how to ask. She looked at the clearing and smiled "mind if I let out another sweetheart of mine for a bit?" she asked knowing shadow would love the chance to graze here.
While she waited for a reply from the girl before her she watched how Loki reacted to the new person. She saw he was a little tense but nothing turly out of the ordinary since someone new was about. Shaking her hair and running a hand through her bangs Selene felt the breeze and smiled it wouldn't be a dry hot day. She was use to being around fire pokemon but being hot not by choice never felt good.

"Nice to meet you as well. Of course I don't mind. I try to keep only a few of my Pokemon out at a time unless I'm sure the area is safe. Other than Jacques, of course. He's rarely in his Pokeball." After the explanation, she simply knelt down to pat the Nidorino's head around his horn. He seemed to enjoy the attention, but he was keeping silent vigil watching the trainer and her Growlithe. It wasn't so much that he was worried or anything. It was all about making sure his human was alright. She could let down her guard and relax. He wanted to just make sure. He was calm, however, and wasn't about to attack for anything less than someone lunging at himself or Ruka.

They are my only sweet hearts," selene said as she threw her pokeball up into the air. She smiled as her words were spoken, xcome on out shadow," she couldn't be happier as the dark smoky black ponyta came out from the brightwhite light of the pokeball. She smiled as she saw her dear ponyta dancing to see her. "Calm down shadow, you needed time out of the ball like most so graze the immediate area and be careful," she said as she smiled and petted her sweet ponyta. "Runs meet shadow," she said as shadow started to graze close to the group. My two beautiful pokemon and were actually out here trying to find new blood for my parents farm," she said as she smiled as she relaxed a little and petted loki. "So what are you doing out here?" She asked curiously.

"Hey there, Shadow. You're quite the rarity, aren't you? Gorgeous, though, that's for sure." Smiling brightly, she refrained from reaching out to pet the Ponyta as her human had done. She knew how finicky such creatures could be and she didn't want to chance getting burnt. Looking back to Selene, she nodded her head.
"Farm, huh? That's interesting. What do you do on the farm?" That alone had caught her attention. She missed her own family's farm, but she didn't want to assume this woman's family shared her own's occupation. At the question, she shook her head. "Nothing in particular, really. Just enjoying the scenery and looking around for more Pokemon myself." Her Nidorino watched the other two Pokemon without much interest anymore, but Jacques waved eagerly.

My family and I are breeders, well im trying to build my own base to start doing some breeding on my own a little and grow the gene base of my family's farm," she said as she smiled as she saw that Ruka watching Shadow.
"Shadow bow,"she said which allowed others to pet her it was her one command that readied Shadow for others. After she said that Shadow did a bow and relaxed as she waited for the foreign touch. She loved her master's way of warning her. "you can pet her now if you want to," she said smiling. "And thank you for the complement of shadow," she said as she relaxed.
Loki laid down on at Selene's feet. He could tell that this was going to be an interesting day and right now he felt that with Shadow out now he would have more ears and eyes on Selene.

I'm a breeder, too, as well as my parents. But they don't live in Era. I'm living with my grandparents to help take care of them." As she wached the equine bow, she gave a small giggle and smiled, reaching out to rub the side of Shadow's neck. "Well behaved, too. Even more impressive. I'm lucky to have found and bred mostly docile Pokemon, but there are exceptions."
After a moment, she stopped fawning over Shadow so she could go eat. Taizen gave up at this point. He couldn't well keep tabs on both Pokemon and he also wasn't worried about Ruka getting into any danger, either. Jacques happily waved at both Pokemon even while staying safely in his messenger bag-pouch.
