He'll listen to Damien, but on the off chance that he was traded or given to someone else--not that that's likely, the unfortunate trainer would have a very tough time with this pokemon. Spectre tends not to associate with other Pokemon, being a loner. He doesn't seem to have sympathy for anyone except his master, but that's another story.
