Breeding ((Jay))

Adrian walked through the sliding doors of the breeding center. The glass doors moved aside then returned to their place once she passed. She looked around curiously. Adrian had never visited this particular building. The rumor was that the breeding center had been closed during the revolution and had recently opened up again. Adrian watched the people around her walk quickly up stairs and down hallways. She pursed her lips, unsure of where to go. The building's structure was a bit confusing. The duchess raised her gaze to the tall ceiling. There were at least three floors above the main lobby.

She sighed impatiently and decided to start climbing the stairs. A man pushed past her and Adrian gripped at the rail to keep from falling. Her teeth clipped together angrily and she considered grabbing the man by the back of his collar and showing him what happened when someone messed with nobility. She held in her spite, if only for the time being. Should she encounter the same man on her way out of the breeding center, he would be in trouble.

The duchess reached the second floor and it looked similar to the first. There were a couple cushioned benches beside the wall. She took a seat and proceeded to wait for her partner, Yue. Adrian had told him to meet her at this place to have their dragons breed, but so far she hadn't seen him. Adrian looked out the many windows into the courtyard. There were many groups of people and pokemon out in the grass. Could he be out there among the crowd?

Yue "Leon" Alias sat perfectly content in the courtyard near the breeding center with a cup of tea and a saucer. He looked rather obscure, to say the least of things, with said cup and saucer outdoors, yet no one seemed to question him for they were all to busy with their own pokemon. The white haired man continued to hold his saucer and sip his tea a bit longer. Ah such lovely stress..... he mused to himself thinking on everything he had to do at that point. It was extremely overwhelming, and in the midst of it all, he found himself drinking tea in a court yard focusing on little to nothing other than his tea.

He had promised Adrian to head to the breeding center because she had taken a fancy to his Dratini, Jet, and had suggested breeding them. Said Dratini was truly old enough to breed, in truth, which always caused the white haired man to question why the dragon pokemon insisted on remaining in such a weak small state as his Dratini form. Either way, it meant nothing at the moment for there was still things to get done.

He would have had his Happiny who still refused to evolve for some unknown reason despite the fact that she had been carrying her Oval Stone around for quite some time, in Yue's opinion, yet she had a craving for his tea that he had never known in any other pokemon. She can take her sweet time as I take mine.... Alias thought to himself after taking another sip and finishing his tea. Getting up, the white haired man set the cup and saucer on the bench he had been sitting on and looked a moment before walking into the breeding center building.

The cool rush of air that hit the white haired man made him smile a fraction before he grinned a bit and started up towards the second floor. Upon arriving, he noticed Adrian was already there. "Forgive me, Duchess," he smiled lightly. "It appears I am late."

Adrian crossed one of her legs over the other and tapped at the floor impatiently. A couple near her were talking in excited voices about the possibility of their pokemon breeding. There seemed to be an anxious hum in the air, probably because the place was so newly opened. People rushed to the facility, eager to use its technology. There was a sign Adrian saw on her way in boasting of the center's technological advances in pokemon breeding. She wouldn't be impressed until she saw the outcome of her breeding.

The duchess lifted her stare until it rested on Alias. A curved brow raised. In other situations she might stand up at another's entrance, but as it was she was royalty and could continue sitting. She did uncross her legs and watch her partner approach.

"Hello. Yes you kept me waiting, not for too long, luckily." Luckily for his own safety. The duchess didn't take well to uncourteous behavior. "Let's not hesitate any longer, I believe we sign in at the desk over there," She waved a hand in the direction of a secretary, "Then take our pokemon down to the courtyard." Adrian had watched others go from the those stations and return with eggs.

As ready as ever Yue noted to himself as his face took on an extremely light demeanor. "Alright, M'lady," he answered back lightly starting over to the sign in without even bothering to sit down or anything of the like. The white haired man was anxious to get back to his work, but he would not deny the Duchess of the South. Instead, he would be courteous and perfect as he usually was in order to keep control over his lab. Ein had been that way with Nascour, so Yue felt no different than he had previously.

Finally coming to the desk where a clerk appeared to be clearing things, Yue smiled lightly and explained that he and Adrian were having their pokemon bred. The man nodded and had them both sign a few papers before explaining everything. After a moment, Yue found himself walking down the stairs and towards the courtyard.
