Personality: A gentle pokemon by nature, this Panpour loves helping others any way she can. She is extremely balanced and can work indoors as well as outdoors or pretty much anywhere where she is asked to. She is a tad OCD and likes to clean things in her fee time and can be seen washing a few floors or walls or just about anything, really, whenever she isn't ordered to do anything else. She also seems to adore flowers and likes watching them grow often doing well as a gardener when asked to be one. She won't battle unless attacked first, but when that stipulation is satisfied, she turns into a sniper of sorts squirting her water gun almost like a bullet attack. Her skill and speed in general is extremely high even if her attacks themselves aren't up to par with the other two strengths.
