In the sake of fairness (the kindergarten kind, not the pure chance kind xP), in the event of ties in which one or more players have won something else as well, winners will be determined in whatever way allows the most members to win something if possible. If all tying players have won in no or an equal amount of other things, dice will be used.
In a similar light, if the winning thread focuses on the winning couple, the players will be asked to decide which they'd prefer to win, and the runners-up of the other category bumped up to winning that. If the players cannot agree, dice will be used to pick which they get.
Finally, while usually the main and other spotlights are separate, the couple can include one but not both Chars of the Month. x3

Conflicted feelings linger.
Yue x Kali -- Engaged
The Shadow master and his young apprentice. This odd relationship encompasses a wide range, as they have a tendency to act like each other's both parent and child, as well as hate each other from time to time, while of course being lovers and best friends. Recently, on Kali's birthday, Yue proposed.

All four of them somehow end up in The Hive on accident, with no idea how they got there or how to get back out. Hysterics ensue.

Kali and Yue go out to celebrate her birthday. Over the course of the day, he finally tells the mass bulk of his secrets, including his real name, much of his childhood, what happened to his eye, and the real reason he keeps turning down her advances~ Also features Nathan and Ami some late in the topic.

Ty leaves a bar drunk and feeling terrible only to run into Teme, a bounty hunter after his head. Enter Faith, the world's most violent mini-blonde. Mass Teme vs Faith vs all three trainers's Pokemon war breaks out. Ty, meanwhile, just passes out and somehow manages to miss the warzone/catfight completely.

Sen heads to a bar to look for a man, but is approached by a woman, Bianca. In walks Ty, who hasn't seen Sen since he dumped him. Ty tries to ignore him as best he can, hitting on Bianca instead. Ty wants her, while Sen wants him but won't admit it, fighting with him for her when he really just doesn't want her to get Ty, and Bianca rather likes them both.
