Not all combos possible are listed since it would be silly to have the winners be, say, Jack and Nero, as those are both Jay's chars, or Yuki and Whit as those are both Flora's.  >> And... xD It is. My own decision was SOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooooooo close between them and what I picked. It'd be amazing to have Whit and Nero win and not put the gender on either just to confuse people. x'P

No I didn't, Jay. Whitney and Nero each have two cummulative votes. Jack, Rex, Ven, and Yuki each had FOUR cummulative votes. It doesn't matter if a specific option in the poll wins or not; they're only set up in pairs to allow members to cast two votes without risking they'll cast both on the same gender, off-setting the balance of the poll and so-on, as well as to ensure the same player doesn't win both. In other words, the recenet vote for Rex and Nero, DID break the tie, despite not looking like it, at least for the male side, because it bumped Nero to three votes, still losing, but Rex to five. Likewise, either option with Felis would push one of the two leading girls over even though guys would still be tied.
