Nominate up to two. No past winners. None of Caden or Windchime's chars since they won this month. You can nominate one of your own only if you nominate someone else too.

Nominate up to two. Long-runners and/or on-going threads are best, 'and' being preferred. Threads do need to be active. Jay and Elayne- this month's winners- can be involved, as can the characters in question, so long as it isn't only them again. It doesn't matter whether or not you're involved in what you're nominating.
Couple/Shipping
Only official/plausible, please, no crack. Nominate as many as you like. SG including Ryan or Elayne including Jae can win again, just not both players (or the same couple, obviously x3) again. It doesn't matter if one of the chars are yours, just be sure to nominate someone else in the unlikely event you're shipping only your own chars with each other. (Note: x3 Doesn't necessarily have to be just a 'couple'. *shot*)
