Personality: This Kabutops, put shortly, is an embarrassment to his species. While he carries the appearance of a vicious, savage, and primitive creature, the truth couldn't be further. He is not a next-generation fossil, bred in captivity, but one of those actually brought back to life. As such, he remembers the carnage of the world he came from, and- even with Era in a state of subtle war- he [i]much[/i] prefers this peaceful life.

He has developed quite a strong sense of justice, oddly, and will readily stand up for anyone smaller or weaker than him who needs it, though he'll be fighting his own natural cowardice the whole time doing it. While he prefers to stall and hope aggressors settle down, trying sometimes to talk his way through but not being very good at it, he [i]will[/i] fight for someone else's sake if the bully strikes first. If he really gets into it, though protecting someone is the only way he likely will, his inborn abilities actually make him a pretty capable fighter. For his own sake, however, he tends to quickly crumble under pressure and either give into and/or agree with his aggressor if he doesn't think he'll still be crushed or attempt a small distraction and run as fast as he can if he does.

Depending on his trainer's mood and the opponent, he [i]will[/i] fight sometimes under Lance's orders, too, if reluctantly and often trying to soften his blows for fear of hurting someone undeserving, and if only because he's actually more afraid of Lance than many Pokemon. If given a choice, however, he prefers a more artistic side of life: using his scythes to carve sculptures, draw, or prune and trim plants. He also has a romantic side, but he is rather shy and tends to react if approached far more than actually doing the approaching. His choices are also a bit limited, as he is actually quite gay, and unfortunately most of the males he is interested in would take one look at him and be more interested in combat than cuddles; while his actual interest is lacking, he [i]has[/i] been known to spend a bit of time with females if they are intimidating enough he fears angering or sweet enough he can't bare to upset them, though. If left to his own devices, however, he is very much a loner and will simply work on his artistic endeavors quietly unless called upon.

Ability: Illusion
Personality: This Zorua is extremely vain, but also very caring. He tends to use his illusory powers to scare off threats and protect both those he cares about and those who just appear to be innocent, though he will readily fight if they fail on their own. Of course, he also uses them to make himself look awesome (as if he needed a boost looking this good already). His tastes in this are a little flamboyant, often making his fur sparkle or making the illusion of flowers. Finally, he is a little bit motherly and tries to help heal any wounds he sees in others, be they mental or physical; the mental employ his illusions to create happy or comic scenes, while for physical he has gathered a fair knowledge of herbal remedy, and can use illusions to show others what herbs to help him find. Despite these tendencies, he is completely straight and honestly sees himself as quite the stud. When not fighting, flirting, or tending to others, he enjoys exploring and feels that everywhere he visits should be his, marking his territory often in essentially any outdoor location.

Gender: Male
Ability: Inner Focus
Personality: This Hypno is so much more a lover than a fighter. He loves to explore and as such quickly became extremely devoted to his dear trainer for taking him from his life as store merchandise, and due to this devotion he will do whatever is asked of him, within reason, including battling with utmost courage and vigor. However, he prefers it not come to that if possible, and employs skillful diplomacy with both people and Pokemon alike- the prior through telepathy, with which he is quite skilled. Above all else, he is a hopeless romantic and savors even the smallest token of affection, viewing a small touch or embrace as equally wonderful and all such things only the tiniest step below actual mating, though this is several steps below his ultimate goal: true love. He has always been interested in females, but lately has found himself just a tiny bit bi-curious; this may or may not ever turn into anything. While he only pursues other Pokemon, he does recognize that love could surprise him and has long since told himself he won't fight it if it does, though he is undecided on just how far he would take such a relationship if it ever occurred.
