Name: Seto Kaiba
Age: 25 DoB: Aug 23, 1985 Gender: Male Sexual Orientation: Straight
Occupation: Trainer
Affiliation: neutral
Party: Pichu Grovyle (Won't Evolve) Growlithe PC
Supplies: pokeballs X5 Camping gear knife
Appearance:
Kaiba is a very tall male, about 6'2, and his body shape seems to fit his height. He has medium length brown hair, and has striking blue eyes. He normally wears a long jacket, which seems to have points to it in some places. On his coat it has the internals KC, for Kaiba Corp, though he does not work there any more. His jacket has straps on it, to make sure it stays on him. Under his jacket he always wears a black shirt, and black pants. He also has a belt buckle that says KC on it as well. His shoes are all black, with a nice shine to them.
Personality: Would you say cold, would you say heartless, I would say neither. I would say more that he isn't understood by those who see him. His brother really is the only one who knows the real him. To outsiders he's cold and mean, he's heartless, and doing things only for him. Well, thats part true, he only does things that help himself, and if he owns someone. He's best noted for being Sarcastic, and for insulting people all the time. Though he can't help it, when people make clearly stupid mistakes. He says the truth, and doesn't care if it hurts peoples feelings as well. I would have to say a big part of his personality is him being so stuck up, not looking at lower class trainers. Trainers who he thinks are weak, aren't worth his time, and he'll go out of his way to insult them. Though, he doesn't go after women as much, unless there really asking for it. Women seem to made him think twice, and be a bit more careful as to what he says. If your all up in his face, he does have a temper, so you should watch out, or if you make a threat towards his little brother, then your dead. But he does hate it when he loses his cool, to him its a weakness, but its something he can't fight.
What others don't see of him, the side only his brother sees, is a bit more caring. His pokemon see it to, that side that wants to protect them at all cost. To him his family is very thing, and he would defend them as much as he could. Though sometimes he does lash out at his brother, but soon after he always admits that it was his fault. He doesn't want to hurt his family, but that temper can sometimes get in the way. But over all more gentle towards his brother and his pokemon. His loyalty to them will never change, it will always stand strong, through the test of time.
Other: Family: Real Father: unknown Real Mother; unknown Adopted Father; Gozaburo Kaiba Adopted Mother: unknown Brother: Mokuba Kaiba
History:
It all started in a orphanage, with him and his brother. Both of them grew up at the orphanage, and it wasn't until he was ten, and his brother was five that they were able to get out of there. A man named Gozaburo Kaiba came to the orphanage, and after some sly thinking, and playing the game Chess, Kaiba had won there freedom, and Gozaburo had to adopt him and his brother. Though life with Gozaburo wasn't easy, his foster father made war crafts, and made Kaiba and Mokuba become home schooled. Seto was worked to the bone, not giving any free time. He hated his life, and this is where he started to lose his childish temper, and it become more emotionless. He started to stop caring about his feelings, only to make sure that Mokuba was happy. During this time, his mind turned to pokemon and how powerful they were.
He got his first one a Treeko when he was 12 years old, and it quickly became his best friend. He always had to hide it from his foster father though, since Gozaburo didn't want him to have it, and if he found it, they would go back to the orphanage. So Treeko would stay outside in the day, and sneak back inside during the night to sleep with Seto. Like I said before, his father ran Kaiba crop which made weapons, but Seto didn't like that, so he plotted with Gozaburo's board members, to over thrown his evil foster father. It worked, though it wasn't without its battles, and when Seto was 16 years old, he took over the family business. Though like his foster father, the board member's were also wicked, but for now he needed them to help carry out his ideas.
Though when he reached the age of 18, he fired all the old board members, and got himself new ones. He now had a full pokemon team, and made it his goal to do things for pokemon, his brother was now 13 years old. Seto didn't have much of a personality, and Mokuba, missed his old brother, but there was no going back. Seto fought in many battles, and tournaments, but even never won a tournament. It drove him nuts, since he had picked up rivals. One was called Yugi, and his friend Joey, though Joey was a weak trainer in his eyes. It wasn't long till KC become strong again, under his leadership.
Now that he's 21 years old, he holds his own tournament in order to get the strongest pokemon ever, if you lose in the tournament, you have to give up your strongest pokemon. He holds this, and there's nine notable people in it, one of them is a mad man, wanting to take over the world, and to take over pokemon as well. He doesn't think much of it, he was just nuts, and he'll crush him in time. Though it bothers him that Yugi is in the tournament and his friend Joey, and of course his annoying fan crowd. It went on, people got kicked off, and he was one step closer to become powerful again. Though Yugi and his friends kept saying that he didn't know what he was getting into, that the mad man was a threat, and that he should kick him out. But Seto didn't listen.
For the final part of the tournament he took them all to the old KC headquarters, for the final fight. It was a double battle, to pick who would go against who. How it ended up was that Seto and Yugi would fight, and Joey and the mad man would fight. Joey lost his battle, which made Seto happy, but in the end Seto also lost to Yugi, making him go into a fit of rage, and to also relive his past. He almost left the battle area, but his brother told him to go back, and to help his rival win, which he did, but he's not happy about it. After it was all over, he went back to running KC, his Treeko had turned into a Grovyle, and he had let the rest of his team go. Now that he was 25 he wanted to start over, so he closed down KC. Why, because mostly for his little brother. He promised him that when the tournament was over, he would spend more time with him, to make up for past errors. Though his brother thinks that its not all the way shut down, even though Seto tells him it is. Other people would say that the stress just became to much, and thats why he left for a much more easy life.
Him and his brother left, to find a new place, running into one of his old friends who told him about this region, how it was a good place to start over. There weren't alot of people here, and it was far away from the busy life of the city. So that's where him and Mokuba left to, and now they've just reached it, and wonder whats out there. 1) << You complain about that history being long? *SHOTHARD* x3 Nothing wrong with its length, SG is just an ass, so compared to several other chars.. xP This point has no purpose outside my being a smartass.
2) xD You realize that in changing Mokuba to be accurately Mokuba you need to change all the places in the history and personality that says "she", "her", "sister", and "Phoenix" too, right? xP
3) ....'8'D; Could you.. maybe.. please... read over this for spelling and grammar? *patheticwhimper* 'x3; I KNOW SG is an atrocious overbearing grammar nazi to a point it's not even practical anymore but it still bugs me... ;3; I'M SORRY DON'T BE MAD AT MEEE.
4) Personality already discussed so yar. x3 Eagerly waiting to see what you do with it.

1. I meant longest history I've put on this site so far XD I normal write better, just having my mues dying and then coming back to life is messing with me 2. Went through, I think I got all of it. 3. Its alright I have a grammer friend in real life, and she's always pointing these things out. Atleast you don't yell it in my ear or correct me mid sentence 4. Personalilty fixed for the better I hope, its been a while since I've watched Yu-Gi-oh and seen how Kaiba acts

2. You'd missed a few; I just fixed them myself. I also fixed Mokuba's age; hope you dont' mind. '^^; Depending on which account you go by, he's either five or seven years younger than Seto. Despite the fact you made Seto 18 during the main series events, which is the dub version and puts Moki seven years younger, I went ahead and used the five to keep them closer since you'd intended them even closer than that. I figure crossing canons can't hurt as long as there's some basis for both things. 'x3;
3. ... When I said "don't be mad at me", it didn't mean "I don't still want you to do it"... '^^; I'm not going to not-accept over it, but a few specific instances...
Capitalization of proper nouns is your friend, and crops are plants grown for food on farms.. '^^;
To insulate is to make something less conductive of heat or electricity. '^^;
Really, given you spelled these words and others CORRECTLY at other points, I am literally mentally incapable of fathoming any possible reason for your getting them wrong at other points other than sheer and utter laziness. Yes, even on "crop", because had it been JUST capitalization or JUST one-letter-off misspelling, that could've easily been a random type-o, but BOTH? Odds drop significantly... Also, in your last reply, "muse" is not spelled "mues"... <__<'
4. :3 Yes, that personality looks much more accurate.
-----
While the rushed vagueness and poor grammar of the history make me cringe, and I have a few other minor nitpicks, there's only one point I'm actually going to ask you edit before I'll accept.
WHY did he just suddenly shut down his company? Give a better or more detailed explanation for that than simply "he suddenly decided he wanted to start over", especially given his company had meant SO much to him in the years prior, and I'll accept. (... 'x3; While you're DOING that, I would very much LIKE if you could pleeeaase revise for spelling and grammar thoroughly, but as I said, I won't refuse to accept over it.)

That's a worthless pitiful and completely void excuse unless you can provide me with some sort of actual mental debilitation that justifies it. There is NO excuse for not being able to remember to hit your shift key when you type "I". There is NO EXCUSE for not being able to spell "grammar" (which does not have an 'e') when it has been typed in the very post you're replying to. When it comes to awkward wording or imperfect sentence structure, these things are fine. They can be written off as a side-effect of verbal speech making it difficult for one to remember things. When it comes to mistakes on things you should have been taught in second grade and every year since, there is NOT an excuse. Period. Unless you have an actual learning disability which directly correlates to it, there is nothing. And even THEN, I know a good number of dyslexic individuals of varying severity who still manage to almost if not completely hide the fact that they are 90+% of the time simply by bothering to use spellcheck and taking a little extra time to reread what they've written before posting. <__< So NOW what's your reason? ' ; If you couldn't tell, people trying to give her the bullshit that "I'm just not good at grammar" for low-level things is one of SG's very biggest pet peeves... *SHOT* ----- x3 I still think actually fully shutting down as opposed to going on leave or giving the company to someone else or something seems severe and a little out of character, but the implication it just may still be running underground and stuff is pretty nice and intrigues me as to whether this could be used later for fun. :3 As such, APPROVED~ Gratz.
