The game has ended. Claim your prizes Here
So we're going to play a little game here. The more activity it gets, the more and better prizes won by all.
So I've typed up two lists of prizes here. What we're going to do is everyone's going to keep posting in this topic naming two characters per post. You can have one of those be one of your own characters until you've named all of them (whether someone else names one of them before you or not), but the other in those posts and both in every post after yours must belong to other players. You may not use the same two players you used in your most recent post (posts prior to that are fine), either of the same players listed by the poster immediately before you (unless one of those players is you and you haven't named all your own characters yet), or two characters of the same player in a post.
For example:
This assuming "Bob" had already named all his own characters or didn't want to. If he hadn't, he'd also be allowed to name his own "Billy" even though "Annie" just had.
Now, if "Annie" was the next player to post, she could name any of her own characters she hadn't yet, but she could not name any of Bob's, because she just did in her previous post, or any of Carl's or David's because they were named in the most recent post.
This won't be enforced too strictly, of course. It'll just be pointed out if people accidentally break the guidelines, as I'm sure there'll be a few who find it a little confusing at first, and of course judging from the way some Pokemon Eliminations and such go I'm sure some will be purely accidental from people posting about the same time. x3 Those cases will be fine. The guidelines are just in place to try to make sure lots a wide range of players get included.
Now, those two prize lists I mentioned. The first list will give prizes based on what number a character was mentioned the first time. This list will be put in a randomizer at the end of the contest so no one will have any idea who could get what, nor will the actual order affect prizes. The first character is as likely as the middle is as likely as the last to get anything fantastic or mediocre. :3 The second list will award incrementing prizes based on how many times a name is said. This is not directly proportionate to add a little more randomness. Overall it gets better with more, but occasionally a few less times might have a little better prize than a few higher. ^^
This contest will close on the night of June 25th, offering about two and a half weeks and giving you just a few days afterward to spend tokens on Spring prizes. ^^ Remember, too: you can also save any tokens you don't spend this season for the Summer or later festivals. :3 Have fun~
