It was a wonderful day for a battle. Stretching slightly she looked over the battle area. She only had Albus for this round. Well he was the only one she knew personally. She also had her opponents Scimitar the Absyta and Chazz the Kingdra. She would use the pokemon she knew the best last. That way it would be easier. Hopefully. Though she really didn't like fighting against her own pokemon.
She sweatdropped at the thought of fighting against Asuka. She would probably realize that Allis couldn't chastise her for taking any of her opponents shiny things. It could get interesting. Styxx was ready to battle her again. She had told him to pretend it was practice which it was kind of. It would be good experience for all her pokemon. Pulling out the Absyta's pokeball she wondered if the other Trainer would have had a chat with his pokemon. He might have told them to make sure she lost. That would be a bad thing.

To say that he had been pleased with the exchange of pokemon would be a down right lie. He had lost two of his pokemon in this battle, but he still had Adam on his team. Thankful he was aware of some weakness with his pokemon, and therefore might stand a better chance. Either way his pokemon would obey there temporary trainer, though they weren't very thrilled either. As he saw her pull out a pokeball, he chose to let out the Sableye since it didn't have weakness to the most pokemon. "The first move is yours." Benjamin smirked a bit to himself, wondering how the younger girl would battle.

A jealousy rose up in her. Yeah she had resigned to this but Styxx was her baby. She had had him since he hatched. Taking a deep breath she let it out slowly. Alrighty then. Pulling out the Kindra's ball she let him out. "Alright. Chazz use Dragon dance then Twister." She was familiar with dragon moves since her pokemon was a dragon type. Keeping her demeanor calm she also adopted a bit of a timid stance. No need for her opponent to know she was in her element when battling with dragon type moves and pokemon.

The Kingdra empowered itself and lashed at Styxx with the Twister, harming and trapping the foe both. Benjamin, however, did nothing. Apparently, "the first move" meant "the whole first turn".
(At well over a week since posting, Ryder has officially forfeit this turn. Please feel free to take another turn's worth of moves, Rikka. I'll calculate them all at once, assuming the whole match doesn't end up forfeited.)

(Grr sorry life kind of kept me busy all the sudden)
BENJAMIN WICKED
Wicked watched as the attack hit his pokemon, but since twister was weaker even with the dragon dance he wasn't sure it would be super strong. "Fight back with toxic." Not the strongest move out there, but it would take away some of Chazz's energy every turn he was affected by it. He waited before picking to go with another attack so to say "Use flash." The blinding light would help them and make it harder for Chazz to see his Sableeye.

Finally she called out her next set of attacks. "Chazz Protect then Smokescreen!" She let her voice quaver as if she wasn't sure of herself. A cocky opponent usually ended up making mistakes so she watched him, making her whole demeanor bleed insecurity.

The Dragon Dance raised the attack of the Kingdra, but because Twister was a special type move, it didn't receive the bonus of a boosted stat. As Benjamin called out attacks, Allis had as well, but the Kingdra was by far the quicker and brought up a Protect deflecting the two attacks before throwing out a Smockscreen. [atrb=valign,bottom]

Benjamin sighed as the two attacks were deflected by the protect. "Use ice punch." He just hoped that the Sableeye could see through the smoke and hit his target. He watched as the pokemon attacked, hoping that Chazz wouldn't throw up another protect. Though if he did there was a fair chance that the move would fail.

Allis blinked as she remembered that styxx had keeneye so the smoke screen wouldn't do much. Listening to the boys orders she called out her own in a nervous voice. "Use hydro pump to keep him back." Hopefully that would keep the ice punch from hitting by using the force of the water to drive her poor styxx back. |

The Hydro Pump rushed out of the Kingdra but missed the Sableye. Meanwhile, Styxx formed an Ice Punch and made contact with the Kingdra. However, it lacked STAB and wasn't a super effective move therefore only doing a bit of damage. [atrb=valign,bottom]
