Murky Crystals (Mod/Open)

When Wess saw the two Pokemon, his jaw dropped, his eyes sank in, and he shook his head fiercely to rid his mind of the scene.

He kept on watching, however, and eventually he was in too many giggles to properly communicate with the Lairon and Onix. Around that time, Maggie the Magnezone popped out of her ball.

"Magggneeeee. Magnezone!" she chimed robotic-ly.

<Well, I dunno. If we chipped away there, then gave it a pearly, electric gloss, you'd look down right nice.>

Blair, meanwhile, resurfaced, and looked around. She desperately hoped there would be a female Feebas or something out there~ Someone she could relate to. After all. She didn't like talking about her feelings with males. ;3;

[DJ Boomkitty]

The Lairon peered around at the Magnezone before tsking and waving a hand dismissively towards her. <Listen honey that was a nice idea and all, but leave the fashion to the experts.> He boasted, turning his (rather doe-eyed) gaze back up to the Onix.

The Onix snorted down at the Lairon before looking to Maggie, tilting his head at her. <Don't mind my friend here... who're you? I'm Semele, and he's Luke.> He pointed down to his Lairon boyfriend, whom gaped up at the Onix. The Onix, named Semele, chuckled down at Luke before bopping him gently with the tip of his tail.

<Oh Honaaaaay. But if we rock polish that ass, you'd be so sexy, like model, cheeyah-leader; somethan' prettay!> Maggie went along with how they were talking. Just for giggles~

<I'm Mag-gay, by the waaaay.> Maggie said, enhancing her vowels for even more giggles. Teeee heeeeeeee!

Meanwhile, while Wess consistently giggled, the Beartic made her way back towards the ledge she could hoist herself up on. She felt sort of bad for leaving the Feebas. So, she sat and watched him. :3...

[DJ Boomkitty]

Both Semele and Luke's eyes blinked in unison at Maggie's suddenly flamboyant talk, the two looking at one another before the Onix began to chuckle. Luke, however, narrowed his eyes before storming up to Maggie. <Listen here honey cakes, that bad boy is MINE.> He whispered with a growl. <You'll have to get through me for a chance at him... or to polish his ass!> He snapped. Semele sighed at Luke but said nothing... he was very stubborn at times.

The Feebas was just staring at himself in the crystallized mirror, a frown dominating his features. How sad he was, just how sad...

<Hon-ayyyyy. Why do you keep yourself couped in heyah if you want to be lookin' prettayyyy. There are so many beautiful places outside, and even more beautiful places to get beautiful~> she chimed, rebuffing the Lairon's threads.

Meanwhile, Beartic continued looking at the Feebas. She took a deep breath and asked, "Why are you so sad?"

[DJ Boomkitty]

Luke the Lairon twitched at Maggie's words before raising a paw up and shaking his index finger in a 'nuh-uh-uh' fashion. <Nuh-uh sweetie, you aren't taking my Semele anywhere. I've had enough of you!> He roared suddenly, flinging up mud at the Magnezone in a Mud-slap. Bitch slap? Eh, same difference... except with mud... ^^;

The Feebas startled and looked at the Beartic. Oh, so she came back...? <Oh, its nothing much...> He mumbled, blushing slightly. <I'm just the ugliest thing the world has ever hatched...> A sniffle.

Maggie's eyes narrowed. Terribly. She got this extremely pissed look on her face, that screamed, "Mirror Coat" time.

A Mud-slap hurled back towards the Lairon while Maggie began cleaning herself off.

The Beartic sighed. She couldn't let him feel sad. D:

<You're not ugly. The only reason I swam past you was because I was hungry and didn't want to chomp down on such a beautiful fish~>

Upon having the mud re-slapped into his own face, Luke gasped. Then he gasped again. A third time, even. He then snapped his claws three times. <Oh no you di-int!> He sassed, making to charge into the Magnezone fiercely but was stopped short by Semele, whom picked up the smaller Poke'mon (to him, anyway) with his tail. <Chill Luke, you'll break a nail~> He chimed affectionately, the Lairon blinking and inspecting his claws closely. Oh dear...

The Feebas blinked, perking up. <Do... do you mean it?> He crooned, swimming closer to the Beartic. <But... how? I'm so ugly!>

<But yeah, look look. My trainer over there, he needs some buddies like you guys. He's such a great little lap kid, I stick him close to my antennae and do shows with him on it. He's basically for rent, so if the both of you wanna come and get dolled up, he'll love it. Plus, the aunt he stays with is a coordinator. You guys'll get to strut your stuff!> Maggie chimed.

Blair, meanwhile, looked towards the Feebas. <Even if you think you're ugly now, which you're not, you'll turn into something so gorgeous, you'll be loved by millions. You just have to be patient, pick up your self-esteem, and believe you're beautiful in every single way.>

[DJ Boomkitty]

The Onix considered Maggie's words, head tilting somewhat. At her offer, a low rumble escaped his throat in thought, looking down at Luke. He knew the Lairon would most likely be against it, but... <I must see... if he is worthy of such sparkling sexiness.> Semele decided, putting Luke down off to the side and facing Wess and his Magneone. <Battle me! If you win, then so be it.> Luke gawked, but then chuckled. There was no way Semele would lose!

The Feebas brightened up considerably, nuzzling into the Beartic. <Oh, you really mean that?!> He cheered, bubbly tears coming from his eyes. <I... I will! I am pretty! I'll be prettier one day!> He boasted proudly.

Maggie chuckled lightly, nodding at Semele. If she could fight him appropriately, the two would become her trainer's. Hopefully. Tee heeeeee.

The Magnezone started off with a Magnet Rise, her fake demeanor leaving to be replaced with the calm and collected one that normally takes face.

Both had a considerable disadvantage and an advantage over the other. One was Maggie's weakness against ground attacks. However, her steel strength allowed her a fighting chance.

Maggie then let loose with a Magnet Bomb, hopefully inflicting some damage.

Meanwhile, the Beartic continued talking to the Feebas.

<You are beautiful, and you're gorgeous. If you just boost your esteem and really believe that you are, you'll become one of the finest in the land. My trainer would really like a Pokemon like you, y'know?>

Semele roared defiantly as the Magnet Bomb made contact, its super effective hit making the giant rock snake cringe. However, he wasn't going down that easily! The Magnet Rise prevented any of his ground-type attacks from landing, so he decided to go straight for his stronger rock-type moved. He lashed out violently with a Stone Edge, hoping to knock Maggie right out of the air.

The Feebas blinked and swam close to the Beartic. <R...really? He wouldn't mind me?> He squeaked. If he could get stronger... he'd become even more beautiful!

Maggie attempted to dodge the blow, but her blunt mass caused the female's right side to be hit, knocking her off course slightly. After righting herself, Maggie realized that she took that attack rather well, thanks to resistance.

Still under the effects of Magnet Rise, the Magnezone took a deep breath and unleashed another Magnet Bomb.



Blair nodded at the fish. <I could bring you to him, if you want. You're a very pretty fish, after all~>

Semele growled as another bomb came towards him, retaliating quickly with a Rock Slide, slamming his tail into the side of the cavern to cause boulders to slide down and effectively take the bomb's blow. He smirked over the rubble at Maggie. <This is fun... I haven't had such a good workout in a while! It'll be nice for my thighs.> He nodded. Wait... wait, thighs, wut-?

The Feebas blinked and swam in circles excitedly. <Oh I'd love to! Please lead the way!> He chimed out, very excited at the possibility of a new future.

[wess]

<I hate to break it to you, but snakes don't have thighs.> Maggie said, spinning around. While her bomb failed, hopefully this would.

Rotating her magnets quickly, the Magnezone let out one of her strongest moves: Flash Cannon.



Beartic nodded. Holding out her hands, she attempted to scoop the Feebas up before heading back towards her trainer.

[DJ Boomkitty]

The Flash Cannon was true to its name, lighting up the cavern with a bright light that only reflected off of each crystal. Semele flinched; he couldn't see! When he noticed the move it was too late and it struck him, sending the rock snake into a wall. Luke watched with a horrified expression. <Get up boo!> He yelled, Semele groaning, but still grinning.

<Powerful... but can you hit me underground?> He said ominously, performing Dig to burrow down. <This is my turf... lets see you play on it.> He rumbled from his location underground. Hmm. What would Maggie do?

Maggie smirked after it hit. However, she had to put up with a dig now? .3. Oshit...

Using Magnet Rise once more, the satellite flew up as high as possible, hopefully from the proximity of where she could be effected. She quietly stiffened her body, causing an Iron Defense to flutter over her. Meanwhile, she looked down at the ground, trying to calculate where he'd appear.

Semele knew Maggie was untouchable due to her Magnet Rise, but the Onix was a patient one... smirking, he said nothing, deciding to perform a Rock Polish to up his speed... it could come in handy for tricky situations. However, he remained underground for now. Luke smirked up at Maggie. <He's a lot smarter than that 'darling'!> He drawled, with a quick cackle.

Maggie simply shrugged. If the Pokemon didn't want to appear, it was fine by her. She could simply just simply keep raising her stats higher and higher. This time, she used a Barrier on herself. She was four stages above her regular defense. It would be wise for the Onix to surface soon, otherwise her defense will just grow and grow.

((I'ma hold off on the Beartic and Feebas for now. They'll come in after this fight is over. :3

[DJ Boomkitty]

After a minute, Semele rumbled from beneath the Earth. <You are smarter than the others, I will give you that.> He mused. <Most would have come spiraling underground after me, yet you do not... kudos.> With that, Semele burst forth from the ground in a Stone Edge, aiming upwards towards Maggie. Luke cheered from the sidelines... much like a girl.
