Maggie allowed herself to be hit against the attack. His silly little rock attacks were enough to hurt her, but not by much. The type resistance combined with such strong defenses were going for her, after all.
Forming another Flash Cannon, Maggie calibrated the crystal's reflective properties. She shot it towards the crystal, causing it to bounce off several of them, and eventually shot towards the Onix's face.

Semele tried to follow the Cannon's movements but the various crystals abound made that very tricky. However, he was wise to the ways of the crystal formations and ducked barely in the nick of time, the 'horn' atop of his head being struck instead of his full face. It may have been a glancing blow, but it still hurt like mad due to the type effectiveness. <Agh... I am not too fond of steel.> He mumbled, rubbing his head/horn with the tip of his tail. That had given him a headache!
Luke watched, his previous cocky attitude slowly starting to deflate. Was... was Semele losing?! <Get a hold of yourself Semmie! Take down this over-sized magnet!> He spat, pawing the ground nervously. Semele sighed at the Lairon and looked up at Maggie. Well if she was hovering so high... he smashed the side wall with his body, loosing a large rock, before chucking it at Maggie in a Smack Down. Enough of this hovering business! |
