but I have become acutely aware of how bad I need to play

basically all of my characters

but random [Open] topics only get one so far

so I'm making a topic so I can discuss stuff like this with people and ahve it on-record so I can look back and also so we can have ideas and like "oh hey these people should be friends" etc

--Whit and Nero need to talk again/more \o/
--I should have Rosemary talk to Yue at some point since she had a lot to do with Cipher/Snagem in Orre like working on snag machine \o/

I have many... intresting... characters... lol, and they are always up for meeting new people. =D

Lance: No Im not >_>

Ignore him. He wants to. Somewhere... deep inside...

But yah xD, I have 7 characters. Ummm, I can sum them up for you so can get a quick idea of who they are and what they are like.

Kero: Count of the South and proud of it. He often gets in fights when meeting someone the first time due to being a bit head strong. He is the one who set up a bunch of wanted posters for criminals and is set on 'cleaning up' the streets. Currently he is dating and traveling with Alvaro.

Adam: Homeless, street rat with an extreme number of issues. He's crazy. Doesn’t like being touched but enjoys hurting/killing/scaring people. There are two sides to him. Sometimes the innocent, weak bagger and other times the frightening 'going to steal your stuff and kill now, k?' He is very soft spoken though he rarely speaks anyway. Most often just stay away from him but he can be rather interesting.

Sen: Openly gay, always happy, thief. Currently Felis has him locked up for stealing from Xavier however we could do a 'in the past' thread if you would like to post with him. He's guaranteed to hit on your character if they are guy or 'unknown' sex. Might hit on them if they are female. May try to steal from them depending on if he thinks its worth it. Usually its one or the other.

Lance: Stubborn, stern, hot tempered and the brother of Felis. His personality changes depending on who the character is and who they know. Most often he uses the fake side until he knows who the character is. That is, unless they piss him off right at the start. He treats girls nicely but thinks of them as nothing more than objects. (he is very sexist) Ummm, have a thread of some things Im looking for to rp with him. Such as possible girls to have short term relationships with, and some males to complete 'Kali's challenge' to tell guys he thinks is pretty that they are pretty.

Rider: I haven’t rp’ed with him much yet, but he is a flamboyant gay guy who is amazingly good with mechanics and what not. Currently he is riding around the south on a hover craft looking for work. He has a Cleffa with him that thinks she is a stuffy. He hits on everyone though is only interested in males. Ummmm… he likes pink… yes

Aurora: Havent used her much yet either. But she’s a fourteen year girl who just lost her parents in a shooting. ((Happened in the only thread she’s got right now)) She’s the sister of Hope, and a very kind hearted, loving girl. She loves fashion and wants to become designer someday.

Athrun: Hard to get him in a thread alone as he is often by Tray’s side. He’s Tray’s servant and is completely in love with the guy. He acts very kind and shy though inside he’s not as nice as he appears to be. Stutters his words a lot and is rather easy to get along with as long as you aren’t bashing Tray or his family.

...........a past!thread with Sen and Layton sounds like it would be the most hilarious thing (Whit also sounds super great)

Lance and Yuki need to talk a few times. :B be it by chance (aka we're too lazy to think up any other reason) or by some reasoning I think it would be so great to get Yuki to like, meet Lance, think his politeness is awesome, see him on a bad day/mood/something and be like WAT NO YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE LIKE THAT and ruin her progress on not being sexist 'x3

if Rider likes pink he should like Faye! I........okay I can't lie I always give my original characters a color theme I CAN'T HELP IT and Faye's is pink x'3; ...also could be hilarious with Layton.

Faye and my soon-tobe-approved Skye share her interest in fashion, but since I don't idk how well they would do in talking about fashion........... Soleh's a generally kind and caring sould and would be perfectly willing to do all she could to try to help Aurora but idk how that would even come about. hrm.

Aaand I don't know what I'd do with Tray either so uhm! ops.

Hi. *waves* I'm always up for making RP plans. Here's a quick description of my characters.

Rosalyn: An awkward, extremely introverted woman who sees things in a strange manner and seems to show little emotion and prefer to watch people than interact them, mostly because she stammers and has a problem articulating her thoughts. She also has a difficult time reading others, and considers herself to be bad luck. Trains a wide variety of pokemon, but ends up with a large number of 'frightening' pokemon by simple virtue of not finding them scary. Wants to be a coordinator.

Faith: A hardcore Rebel assassin, whose default mode seems to be anger. Misanthropic, prone to swearing and violence at the the drop of a hat, hates being touched, and being friendly toward her just seems to piss her off. Whether this is overcompensation over the fact that she's a tiny five foot tall blonde is debatable. Extremely self-centered and sometimes seems a little psycho, but fairly calm and tolerable if someone can navigate her minefield of issues. Trains almost exclusively bug types.

Bianca: Part successful pokemon dealer, part shamelessly flirty bisexual party girl, Bianca has a boatload of issues hidden under an easygoing smile, and never gets too close to someone (or at least tries not to), half due to being worried about getting hurt and half due to being worried about hurting someone else. Has a love of swashbuckling stories and dragons, crippling fear of psychics, and probably an unhealthy amount of confidence regarding everything from her stunning good looks to her pokemon battling skills. She's currently dating SG's Alaric, but she's still a horrible flirt and sleeps around (which she warned him about).

Trisha: Drummer for the band Grass Ice and Fire. Gothic, bookish, and obsessed with all things creepy, especially ghosts. Hangs out in graveyards and abandoned buildings for fun. Pretty friendly, but very low-emotion in her reactions to things and very go-with-the-flow. Originally from Unova, and still a bit in awe of the natural (and semi-supernatural, sometimes) beauty of Era despite having lived there for years.

Mileena: One of Tray's servants like Athrun is, but she does have days when she's on her own. Friendly and acts like a bit of an airhead, even though she's actually very bright when she can actually focus on something. Frequently gets distracted by her own wandering thoughts and daydreams. Loves ice-types, cats, and pretty much anything that's cute and lets her hug it.

Marco: Singer for Grass Ice and Fire. Fairly laid-back and friendly, but likes to joke and occasionally try to get a rise out of someone, though he hates to actually upset someone. Fairly feminine in his looks and some of mannerisms, but laughs off any comments about it, or about the fact that he tends to prefer men over women, or about the fact that all his band mates (and all of his current pokemon) are female. Trains psychic types.

Amelia: A rough-around-the-edges redheaded lesbian bounty hunter with scars on her arm, and a little on her face, from a clash with a pokemon thief when she was sixteen. An overall good person, with a strong sense of justice, but very cocky and hot-tempered. Tends to say the first thing that enters her head, and flirt pretty blatantly with women.

Lol I do remember that thread with Kero and Yuki xD I’m not sure who else he would be good meeting either though.

Adam is a tricky one and most often it’s easiest just to join on of his threads at random, or having him join at random =P Normally he completely frightens the character. Somehow Rikka managed to withstand his outbursts though.

Lol and I’m always up for the past thread with Sen and Layton! XD It will be… very interesting to say the least. Lawl, oh man my minds already picturing through it. Im oddly not sure what he would think of Whit. Most likely try to get into their pants but yah xD

XD Lance would so blow it eventually. That will be fun, though before we start that one I need to see what will happen between Lance and Ruka. Weather or not she will be dating him and if he is or isn’t cheating on her. If she ends up dating him then he’ll probably cheat because he’s an ass like that. Though he’ll have to be careful because he wouldn’t want to do anything to dampen his image in front of Felis. XP

I’m willing to put Rider up with anyone right now x3 I haven’t been able to get much rp’ing in with him yet so I still wont know how he will react to some people. It should be fun x3 Haha same goes for Aurora xD

Rosalyn: while it would be kinda hilarious to have Yuki talk to her due to errbody being awkward all up in here, it would also be hard to play that? idk \o/ thoughhh I guess Whit would be a possibility too since idk Whit should make for hilarity with just about everyone \o/

Faith: If being friendly just pisses her off, Faye should be...interesting to play against, to say the least. Faye's fine enough when you're nice to her, but when someone's rude to her she's rude right back. And, while she's not cool like an assassin or anything, she doesn't really have morals regarding other people or things. She's in school to be a doctor, for the money mostly but also making a living with something she doesn't mind doing, and is a lot less hit-or-miss that anything else she'd like to do, if that gives you any insight :B

OLOLBIANCAAA I've heard so much about her from SG you don't even know x'3;
okay so she'd be great against either Soleh and/or Yukiko. Also maybe Flora and Faye could be lulz

Trisha: I...really don't know. \o/ Whit is always good for lulz I guess

Mileena: I guess Yuki for their shared love of Ice-types, if for different reasons... maybe also Soleh idk

Marco: I feel like saying Yuki again but I feel like I'm signing her up for too many things oh well I'll still say Yuki /shot

Amelia: olol I think Soleh would be hilarious with her \o/

Rosalyn...It's kind of hard for me to judge how she'd react to someone until she does sometimes, but something about her meeting Whitney just makes me laugh, because she really doesn't think about gender when judging people at all and would just talk to him/her like anyone else (ie with a lot of word-stumbling and general awkwardness but still) without making any effort to figure out if she was talking to a guy or a girl. And she'd probably get a little 'D'awwww' over Whit's Absol if she met him since her family raised them. I do think it'd be funny to have her and Yuki try to talk to each other, though, even if it may get hard to play.

If you don't mind the chance of Faye getting punched, putting her and Faith together could be fun. Faith's problem with nice people is because she has a 'every human being is a complete asshole until proven otherwise' attitude and believes people who are overly pleasant are just hiding something. The fact that Faye would snap right back at her could be refreshingly honest in hindsight, but it'll still set off her temper.

Heeee. Bianca really has to meet Yuki, if only for the presence of Aphrodite. Gardevoir really freak her out because they're humanoid and empaths, and Yuki's pokemon-as-equals attitude would just put her further on edge. I've really wanted to show that part of her personality in RP rather than just alluding to it. Meeting Soleh could be fun too; I can safely say that Bonbon will get a lot of cooing and cuddling if Bianca gets half a chance.

Trisha and Whit could be fun, since she's so very goth and s/he just dresses like it.

*snooort*...I now have the image of Mileena's super cuddly Sneasel, Lapis Lazuli, trying to be bestest friends with Persephone.

And something about Marco meeting Yuki strikes me as fun, too.

Amelia and Soleh...Yes, that definitely would be hilarious. Amy's just so...ridiculously forward and unsubtle and would so hit on her. And possibly also cuddle Bonbon if she can manage to do it in way that she still looks tough.
